\\ ELECTION INTEGRITY UPDATE The November 3, 2020 presidential election was challenged in 92 courts. 9 are still pending, 83 have resolved.
Of those 83 resolved: 53 were tossed on technicality (re: standing, moot, filing too early or too late etc.)
30 were resolved “On The Merits”. (evidence) Of those 30 decided On The Merits, Trump won 22 (73%).
This Cynical Patriot has previously written about the complicity of our Judiciary complicity in treason. The Progressive Globalist WEF coup is engaged in a “Gradualism” paradigm of warfare. Gradualism calls for slow, covert infiltration of the target society over generations so no one generation experiences enough change to be moved to resist, revolt or mount a counter-revolution. It specific avoids producing the sights, sounds & smells of traditional warfare. As posted previously, our Judges are rewriting Court rules to make it easier to advance the Seditious & treasonous Progressive Globalist WEF agenda. One of these changes is replacing the “Pound Principle” for heavy predisposition for cases to be resolved “ON THE MERITS” rather than on “technicality”. ( On a related issue, some municipalities are allowing non-citizens to vote & government attorneys do nothing, note that per Gradualism Warfare, this is an incremental step towards non-citizens voting in State, then National Elections.) As posted above, Technicality was the Progressive Globalist WEF method of choice for ruling against Lawsuits challenging the 2020 Election results. Technicality is also use to allow Judges to rule in favor of Progressive Allies & against those who oppose said coup. As an Election Judge in MN for more than a decade, this Cynical Patriot also raised the issue of auditing the computer code of the “Electronic Ballot Boxes” before each election from 2012 to 2020. It was made clear to me by the Minnesota Election hierarchy that this issue did not concern. Further, it was also made clear they didn’t want to hear about it anymore. This Cynical Patriot asserts that election fraud is too important an issue to let corrupt judges dismiss on technicality! Being the very foundation of our Republic, such litigation must be resolved ON THE MERITS by a jury. That said, clearly the oath of office to “support & defend the Constitution from all enemies, foreign & domestic”, means nothing to the majority of Judges, Government Attorneys & Lawyers. If it did, the majority of judges, Government Attorneys & Lawyers would meet & organize to restore the Constitution, Rule of Law & our Republic. Who is responsible for holding these folks accountable to their oath? Isn’t failing to uphold their oath, the same as treason? Perhaps when WE THE PEOPLE withdraw our CONSENT TO BE GOVERNED, justice & deterrent sentencing would best be served by exiling all of these folks from America, & requiring those who can prove they actually materially & vigorously did work to support & defend the Constitution, & suffered material retaliation, to apply for readmission to our country & restoration of their US citizenship?

NATIVE AMERICANS, PARADIGM SHIFTS & THE PROGRESSIVE GLOBALIST WEF COUP
When White People from Europe first arrived in America, the Native American Indians evaluated the threat to themselves by these first White folks from the perspective of their own cultures, traditions and laws (cultural bias). Thus, the Native American Indians did not see the first white people to arrive as a major threat.
The Native Americans chuckled that these White folks could not even survive the winter without their help. Further, these white folks did not even have bows & arrows to fight with. Neither did these white folks display the traditional warpaint & other accoutrements to signal to their enemies they were preparing for war. As importantly, these Native American Indians did not initially recognize nor understand the advantage the paradigm shift (http://Britannica.com/dictionary/paradigm-shift) in warfare to gunpowder provided to these new, weak white folks.
The Native American Indians were surprised & overwhelmed when the white people unleashed the gunpowder paradigm of warfare upon them. Without the traditional Native American Indian cultural signs of warfare to alert them, & not understanding the implications of the gunpowder paradigm of warfare, Native American Indians did not recognize the need to adapt and defend themselves in this new warfare paradigm. Thus, these white folks succeeded in taking control of these Native American Indians’ land, and replacing their rulers, culture, traditions and “Law of the Land”, with their own European rulers, culture, traditions and “LAW OF THE LAND”.
In later history, these White American colonists were moved to defend themselves from their British Rulers who were governing under the forced Metaphysics of the “Divine Right of Kings” (https://rebrand.ly/IsProgressivePCforDRK). Importantly, the “Shot heard around the World” signaled the official start of the American revolution & alerted the American colonists of the need to defend themselves. Despite great numerical & logistical superiority, the British would be defeated by General Washington’s warfare paradigm shift. Washington used guerilla warfare against the British (European) traditional Linear Warfare paradigm. As a result, the White Colonists succeeded in controlling British Colonial land in America, and replacing British rulers, culture, traditions and the “Law of the Land”, with their own government, culture, traditions & Law of the Land (US Constitution, Natural Law, unalienable Natural Rights of the Individual).
The US Civil War, WWI, WW2, Korea, Vietnam & Iraq wars all reinforced in the minds of Americans that gun shots, & other sights, sounds and smells of traditional warfare were reliable indicators of the need to defend themselves and their culture. Americans were lulled into a false sense of security, believing that the need to defend themselves in the future would always be signaled by sensing the traditional sights, sounds and smells of warfare.
However, most Americans have forgotten that CHANGE IS CONSTANT. &, this change causes unexpected paradigm shifts in human existence. Hence, most Americans presumed because they did not sense the sounds, sights and smells of traditional warfare, that no revolution or war is occurring. But, America is in fact in the middle of a revolution. Yet another paradigm shift in warfare has occurred.

The present Progressive Globalist WEF (World Economic Forum) coup is engaged in a “Gradualism” (http://rebrand.ly/GradualismWarfare) paradigm of Warfare. Gradualism calls for slow, covert infiltration of the target society over generations so no one generation experiences enough change to realize the need to defend themselves. Gradualism specifically seeks to avoid creating the traditional sights, sounds and smells of war that alert people of the need to pick up arms and defend themselves. Without the traditional sights, sounds and smells of warfare, most Societies do not even realize they are under attack, let alone recognize the need to defend themselves.
But Constitutional Patriots recognize the new indicators of war in this Gradualism paradigm of warfare. Despite its many flaws, our US Federal Constitution & Natural Law (https://rebrand.ly/ProofAmericaFoundedOnNaturalLaw) which form our “LAW OF THE LAND”, are far superior to any other that existed at the founding of our country, and to present. The Metaphysics of Natural Law was a paradigm shift from the forced Metaphysics of the “Divine Right of Kings”. Natural Law focuses on protecting the unalienable Natural Rights of the Individual rather than empowering Governments per the “Divine Right of Kings”.
The Progressive Globalist WEF Elites are waging war against us by incrementally infringing our Federal Constitution, Natural Law, Rule of Law & unalienable Natural Rights of the Individual that America is founded upon. Put another way, Progressive Globalists WEF Elites are slowly changing the “LAW OF THE LAND” which protects each of us from the trespasses of our unalienable Natural Rights by all others, including government itself.
Here are some more examples of their infringements of our unalienable Natural Rights of the Individual. To begin with, Progressive Globalist WEF Elites say the concept of unalienable rights of the individual are “nonsense”. Further, rather than humanity being comprised of numerous autonomous individuals, they assert humanity is a single social organism, like honeybees. The masses being expendable worker bees, with no rights, who exist only to serve the Progressive Globalist Hive Community as directed by the rich king and queen bees. For example, the solutions they propose to address Global Warming aka Climate Change are ineffective, produce greater profits for their stakeholders, increase the power of the Coup’s elite, and reduce the freedom of the individual. Now consider the “Minimum Wage”. Many rank & file Americans thought the purpose of this legislation was better wages for rank & file Americans. In reality, Progressive Globalist WEF Elites are racist, xenophobic & sexist(Chapters 7&8, 9, & 10 respectively, Illiberal Reformers, 2016, Thomas Leonard). They believe the White Male was so much more superior to all others, that if they raised the minimum wage high enough, businesses would be forced to hire only white men, on the premise that only white men could produce enough value to cover the new, higher minimum wage. It should be clear, Progressive Globalist WEF Elites do not have the best interests of the masses in mind.
Progressive Globalist WEF Elites intend to take control of our land & replace our culture, traditions & Law of the Land (Constitution & Natural Law, & unalienable Natural Rights of the Individual), with their own culture, traditions and Law of the Land. Ergo, Regardless of how this is accomplished it is seditious & treasonous, revolution & war.
How much more evidence that we are involved in an unconventional revolution that is using a new paradigm of warfare do you need, before you recognize the need to defend yourselves, our culture, traditions and our “Law of the Land” from these evil internal and external enemies? Will you act to defend yourselves before these Progressive Globalist WEF Elites consolidate power and enslave humanity for eternity?
What should you do? Who should you trust? Turn off Mainstream Media. Stop listening to politicians! Start talking & meeting, in person, with your friends, neighbors, coworkers, & classmates, and exercise your unalienable Natural Right to ESTABLISH TRUTH for yourselves using your own observations & reasoning (in free & unfettered debate). Only by organically ESTABLISHING TRUTH by consensus among those you know and trust, can you reduce the chance of being manipulated, identify the problem(s) we all face, and then make plans to redress the problem issues mutually identified. (You can often identify paid Community Organizers, paid Political Operatives & Progressive Globalist Cult victims by asking them to explain a position they just offered. People who are working from wrote memorization and/or cult indoctrination will stumble when trying to articulate their position. People who have organically arrived at their opinion will be able to explain their reasoning. Note the difference in confidence when they stated their position, & when they try to explain their reasoning for their opinion.)

RULE 1: “Power is not only what you have, but what the enemy thinks you have.”
Power is derived from 2 main sources – money and people. “Have-Nots” must build power from flesh and blood. (These are two things of which there is a plentiful supply. Government and corporations always have a difficult time appealing to people, and usually do so almost exclusively with economic arguments.)
RULE 2: “Never go outside the expertise of your people.”
It results in confusion, fear and retreat. Feeling secure adds to the backbone of anyone. (Organizations under attack wonder why radicals don’t address the “real” issues. This is why. They avoid things with which they have no knowledge.)
RULE 3: “Whenever possible, go outside the expertise of the enemy.”
Look for ways to increase insecurity, anxiety and uncertainty. (This happens all the time. Watch how many organizations under attack are blind-sided by seemingly irrelevant arguments that they are then forced to address.)
RULE 4: “Make the enemy live up to its own book of rules, principles, morals (prevailing metaphysics).”

Karl Marx was a lazy, drunk who was subsidized by Friedrich Engels, Sr., a wealthy capitalist businessman. Friedrich Engel, Jr. became Karl Marx’s best Friend. Friedrich Engels, Jr. “ghost-wrote” much of Marx’s work. One must ask why a rich Capitalist would subsidize a man dedicated to bringing down Capitalism? Clearly, rich Capitalists were unhappy with settled Metaphysics of “Natural Law” (John Locke’s, “Two Treatises of Government”, 1689) which led to American and French Revolutions. The Settled Metaphysics of Natural Law ended the forced Metaphysics of “Divine Right of Kings” which catered to the wealthy and the money lenders. The wealthy capitalist elites intended to restore their power & influence by replacing the Metaphysics of Natural Law with the forced Metaphysics of Marxism. America (and the world) is in the middle of an unconventional revolution/coup. There has been a paradigm shift in the methods of revolution, coups & war. It is variously called Infiltration, Permeation, or Gradualism. It calls for slow, covert incremental infiltration over generations so no 1 generation experiences enough change to be moved to resist, revolt, and/or mount a counter-revolution.
ALL IS FAIR IN LOVE & WAR!, but these sneaky, cowardly, evil, genetically-deformed leaders of this nontraditional coup, never bothered to draft & serve a declaration of war upon WE THE PEOPLE. In fact, a top priority of this unconventional coup is to NOT signal to the general public the need to defend themselves. This is done by NOT engaging in activities that produce any of the usual sights, sounds, smells, etc. that people associate with revolution/Coups/war.
Unaware of this undeclared state of war, you, the general public, all go about living your lives as though we are at peace. And, from this perspective, you trust that your Law Enforcement, Judges, Legislatures, Congressfolks, Governors, and Presidents are acting in accordance with the peacetime de jure per Rule of Law, Natural Law, the US Constitution, Natural Rights of the Individual & the sovereignty of WE THE PEOPLE. While we all must take responsibility for our own actions, it is important to remember the external forces acting upon us.
I remember when the President and Senior Statesmen in times of turmoil and unrest would make public announcements urging for calm, reason & observing peaceful; proper decorum.
Something has changed…, Instead now the Political Establishment encourages the masses to fight against each other. And, without someone “acting as the adult in the room”, I am afraid most of us have unconsciously slid into emotional, reflexive reactive responses rather than helpful, considered, deescalating, unifying discourse.
The Political Establishment is inflicting a form of PsyOps upon WE THE PEOPLE. It is the strategy of divide and conquer, to manipulate the masses.
Are we really, “too stupid to govern ourselves”, as the Progressive Globalist Elites like Rothschild, Soros, Rockefellers, Gates, and others say? Are we really going to let Soros pay a few Progressive Globalist Political Operative Community Organizer Trolls to whip segments of our society into an emotional frenzy and drive us like Buffalo over the intellectual cliff to the total enslavement of humanity for eternity that awaits us there?
Are we going to let the Progressive Globalist Insurgency dupe us into allowing humanity to be enslaved for eternity? All because we can’t get past our petty bickering over less important issues? As opposed to identifying and focusing on the most important issues? Those issues being the preservation of the unalienable Natural Rights of the Individual, Natural Law, the Rule of Law, the Constitution, the Accountability and Transparency of Government, and the Sovereignty of WE THE PEOPLE?
If we are going to claim the moral high ground, we must stop letting ourselves get sucked into prioritizing these divide and conquer wedge issues (e.g., Abortion, guns, sex issues & racism) that the Political Establishment brings to a boil every election to manipulate the outcome of said elections. We must fight against the Progressive Globalist Elite’s Psychological Warfare and focus on preserving the foundations of our personal freedom and our Representative, Constitutionally-Limited Republic.
Are we really going to concede that these arrogant, condescending Progressive Globalist Elites are superior to WE THE PEOPLE, or are we going to suck it up buttercup and hand them their intellectual asses by uniting against them?
I am as guilty as any for allowing myself to get into unhelpful debates with hurtful responses. Yet, I openly invite each of you to constructively point out to me when I am doing so(as much as I cringe at issuing that invitation). I challenge each of you to invite the same criticism to yourself to remind you when you’re are engaged in unconstructive debate and hurl insults and hurtful comments to others.

19th Century slave owners rationalized their slave ownership in various ways. US Slaveholders had a special moral quandary. America’s unique Metaphysical Philosophies & reduced to writing in its founding documents guaranteed the unalienable Natural Rights of every human individual. US Slaveholders, like other slave owners addressed this moral quandary by asserting slaves were subhuman…A step above livestock but still not fully human, and thus not entitled to these Natural Rights. The primary basis for this subhuman status of slaves was their alleged lower intelligence. Progressive Elites Say the Masses (regardless of race, creed, nationality or sex) are too stupid to govern themselves, and therefore, being genetically and intellectually superior, wealthy Progressive Elites should be free to rule the masses without being accountable to the allegedly ignorant masses. But then, similar to the circular logic rationalization of Slaveowners and Modus Operandi of 19th Century slave owners, Progressive Elites deliberately further intellectually suppress the masses (dumb-down). Progressive Elites do this through the use of Mainstream, Social Media and Major Political Party Propaganda & Censorship, Progressive Edward Bernays ‘Emotion and Base-Instinct Exploiting PsyOps Propaganda (http://rebrand.ly/ArtManipulation)’, Progressive Common Core Education and Indoctrination, and Cult PsyOps (http://rebrand.ly/CultPsyOps).
Progressive Elites also justify their racism towards specific minorities (Chapters 7&8, Ibid), Xenophobia towards immigrants (Chapter 9, Ibid), and their Sexism (Chapter 10, Ibid) for the same and/or similar reasons Progressive Elites ascribe to the masses as a whole.
Ergo, both 19th Century slave owners and 21st Century Progressive Elites engage in the circular logic of asserting superiority over their victims by alleging their victims’ inherent ignorance, but then enact rules and laws to ensure their victims will remain in that alleged state of ignorance.
How is that a progressive and enlightened thought process and behavior?
How is the hierarchy Progressive Elites Propose over the masses any different than the hierarchy Slave owners inflicted on their slave?
You must ask yourselves, “Why are none of our alleged political statesfolks (statesmen) pondering, creating and posting original philosophical political content like to unify us against those who would oppress WE THE PEOPLE?” Why are you personally not pondering, creating and posting similar original content yourselves? I challenge my fellow patriots to up their game, and begin pondering, creating and posting original content rather than simply let the wealthy, the political establishment and Mainstream Media control the political narrative for this next election and into the future. METAPHYSICAL HISTORY OF THE WESTERN WORLD

From the fall of Rome in 476AD to the present, there have been a few metaphysical paradigm shifts, 2 of which we will discuss today. The first, the rise of the forced Metaphysics of the “Divine Right of Kings” and the second, the settled metaphysics of “Natural Law” (1650 to Present).
(476AD-CIRCA 1940) FORCED METAPHYSICS OF THE DIVINE RIGHT OF KINGS
Under the ‘Divine Right of Kings’, the King/Queen was deemed to be a God or representative as God here on earth. As a God/Representative of God, the King/Queen’s authority and decisions could not be questioned by any earthly-being. As they derived their authority from (or as a) God, the King/Queen were deemed to always work in the best interest of the community & incapable of doing anything not in the Kingdom’s (Community’s) best interest. Some of the forced Metaphysics of Divine Right of Kings follow:
Hobbes described the Natural State of Man to be one of constant war, all against all. Therefore, he ascribed the main purpose of Government (King/Queen) is to maintain Law & Order.
Subjects had no rights, only permissions and privileges which could be granted or revoked at the whim of the King/Queen. The King/Queen owned all property.
95+% of subjects were little more than slaves being bound to the land as serfs and oafs (Feudalism) or being bound as indentured servants.
Truth was established by the King/Queen & Church. The Established Truth was enforced through rewards (favors & privileges) and punishments (the stocks, fines, exile, burn at stake, death).
Justice was by “Rule of Man” (King/Queen’s personal whim). The King/Queen’s judgements were final.
During the Enlightenment (1650-1800), Thomas Hobbes wrote the book “Leviathan” (1651) to justify and rationalize the forced Metaphysics of the Divine Right of Kings. (free https://gutenberg.org/files/3207/3207-h/3207-h.htm )
(1650AD-Present) SETTLED METAPHYSICS OF NATURAL LAW
During “The Enlightenment” (1650-1800), the people of the Western World began to start question the order of things under the “Divine Right of Kings”. For Example, why was the King/Queen, the King/Queen and why wasn’t he/she accountable to the masses? Over time, by applying the same line of logic that the Scholars of the Renaissance used, Enlightenment Scholars reduced to writing the rules and laws that predicted and governed the interactions of humans in the Natural State (pre-government) between each other and their physical environment. Settled Metaphysics is called the “Laws of Nature” aka Natural Law (Just as settled Physics is called the “Laws of Physics”). The Scholars of the Enlightenment emphasized they were merely reducing to writing that which always had been. Some of the natural Metaphysics Natural Law appear here:
RIGHTS OF THE INDIVIDUAL ARE NOT GRANTED BY GOVERMENTS; THE UNALIENABLE NATURAL RIGHTS OF THE INDIVIDUAL ARE INNATE AND INTRINSIC TO EACH OF US AT BIRTH.
Under the settled Metaphysics of Natural Law, each individual human born anywhere has unalienable Natural Rights, regardless of if their society or government says otherwise.
Under Natural Law, the primary function of government is to prevent trespass of the unalienable Natural Rights of the Individual from all others, including the government itself.
Pursuant to “Consent of the Governed” (aka unalienable Natural Rights of Elections & Revolution), the government is accountable to its citizens.
The US Declaration of Independence mentions the certain unalienable Natural Rights of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness
Bill of Rights – The US Constitution’s Bill of Rights (1st 10 Amendments) essentially just reduces to writing some of these unalienable Natural Rights. Those the Founders were alienated from which brought them to revolt, & those they were alienated from as punishment for said revolt were “top of mind” when they proposed the Bill of Rights. The 9th Amendment preserves those unalienable Natural Rights not already reduced to writing.
First Amendment – Freedom of Speech, Press, Association, Religion and the Right to Petition the Government for Redress of Grievances are probably your unalienable Natural Rights you are most familiar with. For brevity, we ask you to read the Bill of Rights (https://law.cornell.edu/constitution/billofrights) to learn some of our unalienable Natural Rights that were topmost in our US Founders minds at the time.
Private Property Ownership – Many have declared that all of our Natural Rights depend on the Natural Right to Private Property Ownership. Private Property Ownership includes Self-Ownership and each persons ownership of their inalienable Natural Rights.
Self-Determination and Self-Ownership – These 2 rights are intertwined. In each of ourselves owning each other, each of us has the right to determine for ourselves what course of action is best for their personal pursuit of their own happiness.
ESTABLISHMENT OF TRUTH. Another Natural Right you may not be familiar with is the right to ESTABLISH TRUTH for yourself using your own observations and reasoning. The US Founders admonished there must be full, fair, free and vigorous debate to provide each citizen with sufficient observations and perspectives from which they could Establish Truth for themselves using their own reasoning.
RULE OF LAW – Justice is by the “Rule of Law” whereby all people are to appear before the law as equals subject to only one set of laws, regardless of wealth, status or government position. (Equity and Equality)
During the Enlightenment (1650-1800), John Locke wrote the book “2 Treatises of Government” (1689) to rebut Hobbes’ attempted justification of the ‘Divine Right of Kings’ in “Leviathan” and to bring together, further explain and collate the many works of the Enlightenment Scholars in developing the settled Metaphysics of Natural Law including Natural Law and “Consent of the Governed” ( free old English https://gutenberg.org/files/7370/7370-h/7370-h.htm and purchase Modern Translation of same: https://www.barnesandnoble.com/w/two-treatises-on-government-john-locke/1119343355 )
THE METAPHYSICAL PARADIGM SHIFT FROM THE DIVINE RIGHT OF KINGS TO NATURAL LAW LED TO THE AMERICAN REVOLUTION (1776), THE FRENCH REVOLUTION (1789) AND WAS FOLLOWED ALL OVER EUROPE AND THE WESTERN WORLD BY ARISTOCRACIES AGREEING TO INCORPORATE NATURAL LAW AND NATURAL RIGHTS INTO THEIR GOVERNING DOCUMENTS RATHER THAN RISK REVOLUTION AND EXECUTION.
That said, we ask you to research the settled Metaphysics of Natural Law and Natural Rights for yourself. We have only scratched the surface here.
BEFORE WE GO FURTHER, PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT THERE IS A SMALL GROUP OF WHITE MEN WHO SEEK TO RESTORE A FORCED METAPHYSICS SIMILAR TO THAT OF THE AFOREMENTIONED DIVINE RIGHT OF KINGS. HUMANKIND WAS ENSLAVED UNDER TYRANNY FOR NEARLY 1500 YEARS THE LAST TIME WE LET FREEDOM SLIP AWAY, DO WE REALLY WANT TO LET FREEDOM SLIP AWAY AGAIN?ALL OF MY WRITINGS STAND IN OPPOSITION TO THE RETURNING AMERICA TO THE REGRESSIVE, FORCED METAPHYSICS OF DIVINE RIGHT OF KINGS AND VIGOROUSLY PROTECTING THE SETTLED METAPHYSICS OF NATURAL LAW AND EACH OF OUR INDIVIDUAL UNALIENABLE NATURAL RIGHTS. [For those of you Americans born from 1990 to present, perhaps you should ask your teachers how it is possible the cornerstone of individual freedom and the primary foundational pillar of America was taught to you in a single Meme and 1600 words, but they could not do so in 12 years of Primary School. Returning now to our final Natural Law topics, we would like to touch briefly further on 3 Natural Law concepts:
Design of Government,
The Nature of Man in the Natural State (pre-government), and,
Consent of the Governed.
DESIGN OF GOVERNMENT
Locke and the US Founders agreed Government must be designed with the Nature of Man in the Natural State(pre-government), in mind. But what is the Nature of Humankind?
NATURE OF MAN IN THE NATURAL STATE
Enlightenment Scholar, John Locke described the Nature of Man to be “a social animal with a tendency towards reason, but who could be selfish”. Transparency and Accountability were among the characteristics Locke suggested be part of any government’s design. But what was the US Founders’ assessment?
Perhaps the Cato Letters best summarize our US Founders assessment of the Nature of Man:
All [people] have free will and ARE NOT VIRTUOUS BY NATURE.
Our US Founders pondered what design would best work to protect the America masses from a government that nonvirtuous people would inhabit for generations. Thus, our US Founders, in designing the structure of US Government, included and provided: Elections (Consent of the Governed), Courts, Citizen Grand Juries, Common Law Juries, Checks and Balances, Transparency and Accountability, 10th Amendment, 5th Amendment Conventions of States, and admonished government needed to remain small, to minimize its ability to use power if it went rouge, etc.
But, what if even this ingenious design of government by our US Founders fails?
CONSENT OF THE GOVERNED
What if the government goes rogue? And the courts and elections are lost to WE THE PEOPLE as peaceful remedies?
From the US Declaration of Independence:
“That to secure these Rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just Powers from the Consent of the Governed, that whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these Ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its Foundation on such Principles, and organizing its Powers in such Form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient Causes; and accordingly, all Experience hath shewn, that Mankind are more disposed to suffer, while Evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the Forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long Train of Abuses and Usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object, evinces a Design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their Right, it is their Duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future Security.”
Our Founder’s admonished that WE THE PEOPLE must first document exhausting our peaceful remedies before we consider alternative remedies. (See US Founder’s, Declaration of Causes, 6JUL1775, https://historycentral.com/documents/Causes.html) Creating a current Declaration of Causes (DOC) listing all our current grievances, along with a deadline for redress is the next step. Once the DOC is delivered to our government, and our government fails to provide full and proper redress by the deadline, WE THE PEOPLE’s requirement to document exhausting our peaceful remedies is fulfilled. After WE THE PEOPLE document exhausting our peaceful Remedies we may consider alternative remedies.
What are WE THE PEOPLE’s alternative remedies?
Just as the term implies, alternative remedies include anything else the majority of WE THE PEOPLE deem reasonably likely to RESTORE OUR REPUBLIC. But thereafter it comes down to withdrawing our “Consent to be Governed”.
“Consent of the Governed” is politically correct for the unalienable Natural Right of Revolution.
FOOTNOTE * Teachers & Professors make Metaphysics far more difficult to understand than it needs be. Simply, during “The Renaissance” (circa 1300-1600), Scholars of the day believed they could apply their reasoning to their observations of the physical world and develop a set of rules and Laws that described and predicted interactions in the physical world. Settled rules of “Physics” are identified as the “Laws of Physics”.
During “The Enlightenment” (1650-1800), some new scholars adopted the Renaissance scholars’ same linear logic and line of reasoning. These new scholars also believed they could apply their reasoning to their observations, but this time apply them to the free interactions of humans in the state of Nature (Pre-Government)’ between each other and the physical world. And then, likewise develop a set of rules and laws that could describe and predict the outcome of these natural, unforced interactions. Similar to Physics, the settled rules “Metaphysics” are identified as the “Laws of Nature”. (America is founded on the settled Metaphysics of Natural Law, see “Laws of Nature”, 1st paragraph, US Declaration of Independence)

The fundamental reason for the endurance of Pound’s paradigm is its elegant simplicity: it promises to resolve each claim and each issue on its factual and legal merit, without letting procedural technicalities or traps derail the decision. No other vision—for instance, “decide claims by the most efficient means”—captures this most basic aspiration of an ideal civil justice system. Like any aspiration, resolving cases “on the merits” is never perfectly achievable.6 Nevertheless, this paradigm has continued to battle all other policy objectives—such as achieving efficiency, fostering settlements, preventing jury confusion, and balancing party control against active judicial management—in debates over the architecture of our procedural rules.
When the Social Darwinists (1870s) rebranded as Progressives in the US (1890s), they began an unconventional revolution by slow, covert infiltration. As evinced here, Progressive Elite Judges have been working to slowly change the rules to allow them to more easily fix case outcomes, while still appearing to be acting in the best interest of the masses and our country. Resolving Cases on Technicalities, Summary Judgement and/or Administrative Courts, makes it easier to fix cases and removes the uncertainty of having juries comprised of the allegedly ignorant masses, as part of the process.
Most of the efforts at procedural reform in the past thirty years have been attempts to walk away from, or tamp down the consequences of, Pound’s belief in a simple, uniform, discretionary, “decide each case on its merits” approach to legal procedure.5Although these efforts can loosely be associated with a law-and-economics perspective (in the sense that they are all attempts to rein in perceived excess costs in the present litigation system), it is fair to say that, while we are in the process of rejecting Pound’s paradigm, we have yet to come up with a paradigm to replace it.

In this instance, our traitor Progressive Judiciary argues for Court matters to be resolved by Judges on technicality for efficiency; rather than on Merit by Juries comprised of our peers. The pretext for this change being Economics (saving money). (Let me be clear, by technicality violation my interests is in violations of court rules and procedures in civil matters, not violations of constitutional rights in criminal matters.) But, in removing Merit to resolve court matters, Progressive Judges ignore the individuals unalienable Natural and Constitutional Rights to Due Process and a Jury Trial. (Apparently, Progressive Judges need a remedial course on what “Unalienable” means.) Progressive Elites have a history of advancing their evil, unconstitutional agenda by making it appear they are acting in the best interests of the masses. [e.g., The Minimum wage was originally conceived as an instrument of Racism. Progressive Elites reasoned that the less productive immigrants, minorities and women would be priced out of the labor market. Progressive Elites sincerely believed only White Men could produce value in excess of the higher Minimum wage. (Page 140, Chapters 5, 7-10, “Illiberal Reformers”, 2016, Thomas Leonard.). Eventually, business would choose to only hire White Men of their own accord, for this reason.]
Most of this thinking flows from the Progressive Elite’s assertions of alleged superiority over the masses (Pages 51-52, Ibid.) Some, but NOT all of the other unconstitutional things Progressive Elites believe, include that the concept of Rights of the Individual is “nonsense” (Page 25, Ibid.), the masses are too ignorant to govern themselves (Pg. 52,) and that the Constitution’s Checks and Balances are outdated and should be ignored (Page 66, Ibid.).
Under Progressive Democratic President Woodrow Wilson (1913-1921), the Progressives created a 4th Branch of Government. This Administrative State was created to spearhead the mostly unconstitutional Progressive Agenda, and to reduce government accountability to the masses by being inserted between WE THE PEOPLE and the original 3 Branches of Government. At the point where Progressive Elites took actions to make their unconstitutional thoughts a reality, their actions became Sedition (US 18 Code 2384), Insurrection (US 18 Code 2383) and TREASON (USC Article III, Section 3; & US 18 Code 2381).
Which brings us to the matter of Election Fraud 2020. As we have demonstrated, the Progressive Globalist Insurgency began in earnest circa 1913. As we introduced earlier, the Progressive Globalists premeditated plan was to overthrow our government via nontraditional revolution by slow, covert infiltration over generations so no one generation would notice enough change to resist, revolt or mount a counter-revolution. More than 100 years later, the Progressive Globalist Insurgency assessed that it had infiltrated enough key government positions and consolidated enough power that it could successfully rig an election without WE THE PEOPLE noticing, or at least NOT noticing enough to mount a counter-revolution. And this is how this final, conclusive grab for power has so far played out
The matter of Election Fraud 2020, was decided in an unconstitutional manner, without Due Process nor a Jury, in violation of each SCOTUS Judges’ oath to support and defend the Constitution from all enemies, foreign and domestic. Election Fraud 2020 was wrongfully resolved on Technicality rather than the Merits. And, the appearance that this was “lawful” was only made possible by decades of premeditated, duplicitous, criminal change to the Court Rules and Case Law to make such a decision seem “legal”. This premeditated, duplicitous slow change in Court Rules and Case Law replaced the “Rule of Law” with Progressive “Rule of Man” and “Might Makes Right”. These changes further evince the case that the US Supreme Court’s failure to hear Election Fraud 2020 matters was/were/are acts of Conspiracy Against Rights (US 18 Code 241), Deprivation of Rights under Color of Law (US 18 Code 241), Sedition (US 18 Code 2384), Rebellion and Insurrection (US 18 Code 2383) and TREASON (USC Article III, Section 3; & US 18 Code 2381).

I believe that with the recent series of articles I have written, I have irrefutably demonstrated that WE THE PEOPLE can no longer proceed with our lives as though everything is “normal”, or even will be normal if and when this bogus COVID-19 crisis is ever over. WE THE PEOPLE must begin to act to counter this rising despotism now… Now, while the small actions of many citizens acting in unison provides a good chance of restoring our Republic with the least disruption to each of our lives.
While some suggest more traditional, alternative remedies, I advise otherwise. I suggest that before WE THE PEOPLE consider alternative remedies, we must adapt to this new method of revolution the Progressive Globalist insurgency is utilizing. Most fundamentally, I posit we should begin by: 1) Create unity of the masses, to counter Progressive fomented division; 2) Restore First Principles of our Representative, Constitutionally-Limited Republic that have been erased by Progressive “Common Core” Education and Progressive Mainstream Media. As well as restoring our traditions and values; 3) We must counter the infiltration of Progressives into the leadership of institutions that are supposed to “support and defend the Constitution from all enemies, foreign and domestic”. Initially, I think we should concentrate on Law Enforcement and the Military. Perhaps most effective would-be Family members communicating with rank-and-file members in Law Enforcement and the Military during family functions, such as Holidays. For example, discussions about values and expectations of the family if family members in law enforcement and/or the military are UNLAWFULLY ordered to fire upon civilians. Further, asking family members to make sure they Establish Truth for themselves and not to blindly rely upon the representations of superiors (who may be compromised Progressive operatives). And then, to act in a manner they feel best reflects their duty and oath, to support and defend the Constitution from all enemies, foreign and domestic.
If others disagree, feel free to so advise. And if others have better ideas for restoring the Republic, please communicate them. I have no compelling need to lead this restoration of the Republic… Please someone else step up with a better plan with a greater chance of success, so I can step aside…

NOSOTROS EL PUEBLO debemos comenzar a actuar para contrarrestar este despotismo creciente ahora … Ahora, mientras las pequeñas acciones de muchos ciudadanos actuando al unísono brindan una buena oportunidad de restaurar nuestra República con la menor perturbación en cada una de nuestras vidas.
Si bien algunos sugieren remedios alternativos más tradicionales, yo recomiendo lo contrario. Sugiero que antes de que NOSOTROS EL PUEBLO consideremos remedios alternativos, debemos adaptarnos a este nuevo método de revolución que está utilizando la insurgencia globalista progresista. Fundamentalmente, postulo que deberíamos comenzar por: 1) Crear la unidad de las masas, para contrarrestar la división fomentada por los progresistas; 2) Restaurar los primeros principios de nuestra República representativa, constitucionalmente limitada, que han sido borrados por la educación progresiva de “núcleo común” y los medios progresivos convencionales. Además de restaurar nuestras tradiciones y valores; 3) Debemos contrarrestar la infiltración de los progresistas en el liderazgo de las instituciones que se supone que “apoyan y defienden la Constitución de todos los enemigos, extranjeros y domésticos”. Inicialmente, creo que deberíamos concentrarnos en las fuerzas del orden y las fuerzas armadas. Quizás los posibles miembros de la familia más efectivos se comunican con miembros de base en las fuerzas del orden y las fuerzas armadas durante las funciones familiares, como las vacaciones. Por ejemplo, discusiones sobre los valores y expectativas de la familia si los miembros de la familia en las fuerzas del orden y / o el ejército reciben la orden ILEGAL de disparar contra civiles.
