America is founded on Natural Law. (Prg. 1, DOI) Per Natural Law (Locke, Two Treatises of Government), the individual has the unalienable Natural Right to ESTABLISH TRUTH for themselves using their own observations & reasoning.
Our founder’s assessment of the ‘Nature of Man’ is perhaps best summarized by the ‘Cato Letters’: ” All [people] have free will & are not virtuous by nature”. To wit, our Founders railed that government can’t be trusted, & must be kept very small. In such a reality, no single person can be trusted to ESTABLISH TRUTH for any other person or group of people. With this in mind, the Founders insisted there must be full, fair, free & vigorous debate on all issues of importance to give each individual enough observations & perspectives from which to ESTABLISH TRUTH for themselves.
Under the forced Metaphysical paradigm of ‘Divine Right of Kings’, The King/Queen was considered a God, or representative of God, here on earth & therefore no earthly-being could challenge their authority & decisions. The King/Queen & church asserted the right to ESTABLISH TRUTH from the masses because of this alleged divinity. America revolted from the forced metaphysics of ‘Divine Right of Kings’, in favor of the paradigm shift to ‘Natural Law”.
Progressive Globalist WEF Elite want to replace the paradigm of ‘Natural Law’, with their owned forced metaphysical paradigm of ‘Progressive Globalism’ paradigm which mirrors ‘Divine Right of Kings’. Where Kings/Queens asserted divinity as the basis for their right to rule, Progressive Globalist WEF Elites assert their greater wealth makes them genetically superior to the masses (Survival of the Fittest) [https://rebrand.ly/SocialDarwinism]. They further state they are superior to the masses because of their superior knowledge & intellect. Progressive Globalist WEF Elites replace the divinity of Kings/Queens, with wealth & intellect as the basis for their right to rule. We fought a revolution to depose one form of unaccountable authoritarian government. We must not allow ourselves to be duped into another form of unaccountable authoritarian government just because they are able to lie convincingly.
Our Courts have failed us with regard to the protecting the unalienable Natural Right of the individual to ESTABLISH TRUTH for themselves, using their own observations & reasoning as reduced to writing in the US First Amendment.
Our Courts & Congress have failed WE THE PEOPLE by not recognizing that the Internet that was created with taxpayer money inherently is subject to the Constitution & Bill of Rights. Our Courts & Congress should have required that any business using the taxpayers’ Internet should comply with our Constitution & Bill of Rights.
This, and many other transgressions of Natural Law & our organic original Federal Constitution, are grounds for WE THE PEOPLE to withdraw our ‘Consent to be Governed’. Our government will not fix itself. WE THE PEOPLE must force them to RESTORE OUR REPUBLIC.
