Mr. Fitton is rightly indignant at the House’s failure to select a new Speaker for 3 weeks now. Mr. Fitton goes on to explain his view on how he believes we got here…
Mr. Fitton asserts that former Republican Speaker Kevin McCarthy made some major deals with the Democrats. Thus, House Republicans felt betrayed, became angry & voted Kevin McCarthy out.
Mr. Fitton goes on to say that “Establishment Republicans” did’t like replacement Speaker Candidate Jim Jordan’s politics & style. & Jim Jordan’s enemies joined the Mainstream Media’s chorus narrative that Jordan represented the radical MAGA minority of the Republican Party. Mr. Fitton also mentioned Congress folks felt pressured & threatened by all of their constituents calling their offices to express support for Jim Jordan. Mr. Fitton thought Mr. Jordan could have ran a better campaign & expressed himself better to the American Public.

That said, we Patriots must work with each other to ESTABLISH TRUTH among ourselves, if we are to Restore Our Republic. In the spirit of Patriotism & ESTABLISHING TRUTH, let us begin. Mr. Fitton Speaks from the faux “2 major political party” perception/perspective of reality. What is occurring contradicts material facts of the explanation Mr. Fitton provides. 8 House Republicans and 208 House Democrats voted to oust House Speaker Kevin McCarthy. Mr. Fitton asserts that former Republican House Speaker Kevin McCarthy was voted out because he made secret deals with the Democrats. But that simply is not true. (To be fair, Mr. Fitton may not feel he can speak as plainly as he would like. He is pleading many court cases, & Progressive Judges are petty, vindictive & unaccountable. Not to mention retribution by Progressive Congress folks, the senile Progressive President’s handlers & the Administrative State KGB FB I(https://rebrand.ly/ProgsLaugh). This retribution can go from limiting access to destroying People’s lives & livelihoods. Many have been destroyed for far less or instances of speaking truth to power.)
Only 8 Republicans defected while 208 Democrats voted for his removal. If McCarthy actually was secretly helping the Democrats, the Democrats would not vote to remove him. And, why didn’t the 8 Republicans vote with the Republican majority to replace the Speaker that allegedly betrayed them, with another Republican that has sworn not to betray them? There must be some other more logical explanation.
Further, both parties have officers with the title “Whip”. These Whips are supposed to cajole &/or force compliance with Party Congressfolks with position commanded by the party leadership. When party loyalty or simple cajoling doesn’t work, rewards &/or punishments are used. Some Congressfolks seek appointments to high office, etc. in exchange for their vote. For those who refuse to comply, they are threatened with the withholding of Party Campaign Cash &/or Party Campaign donor lists. These being strong motivators for compliance. Yet now the Republican Leadership appears to let its Congressional Members run wild with their voting. Clearly, the political establishment wants exactly this current House Speaker Debacle.
But what is a reasonable explanation. As this Cynical Patriot has previously posited, WE THE PEOPLE must stop thinking of the division in Congress as Republicans vs. Democrats & start realizing the more accurate perspective of the divide is #Constitutionalists vs. Progressive Globalist WEF coup loyalists, co-conspirators & accomplices. No matter which major party is the majority in Congress, the Progressive Globalist WEF Agenda Advances (https://rebrand.ly/ProgressiveAgenda). For this to be true, the majority of folks in Congress must be Progressive Globalists (D.I.N.O.s &R.I.N.O.s).

The political establishment is very successful in insuring that only folks who agree with the Progressive Globalist WEF Agenda get the party nomination or win the primaries. You think you are voting for change &/or voting out someone that betrayed you, but you are really just voting for another Progressive Globalist WEF D.I.N.O. or R.I.N.O..

Think about it, the majority party almost always selects the House Speaker because they vote along party lines. But 208 Democrats & only 8 Republicans voted to oust Former Speaker McCarthy. This reflect the Progressive D.I.N.O. Democrats being angry with McCarthy, & a few Progressive Republican D.I.N.O.s defecting to advance the Progressive Globalist WEF Coups agenda. Not the Republican’s voting out McCarthy because they felt betrayed by one of their own.
But clearly, Democrats wanted to get rid of McCarthy. Though 22 Republican voted to join Democrats in rejecting Jim Jordan, it is clear that far more Democrats rejected Jim Jordan that Republicans. It makes no sense that Republicans would defect to help the Democrats get rid of their own Speaker, unless they were voting along Progressive Globalist WEF vs Constitutionalist lines.
If anyone has alternative explanation that conforms with the facts in evidence, This Cynical Patriot would be happy to consider them. Barring some other explanation of how minority Democrats were able to for the ousting of the former Republican House Speaker, & prevent the election of a new Republican House Speaker, WE THE PEOPLE must stop doing what we have always done.
It should be clear that Americans must stop participating in the 2 faux major parties, & start meeting amongst themselves in person to ESTABLISH TRUTH, CREATE UNITY & select & campaign for persons loyal to the US Constitution & the best interests of the masses.

There is no higher legal issue for the courts to decide in a Representative, Constitutionally limited Republic than the integrity of our Elections. Our US Supreme Court aided and abetted the seditious and treason Progressive Globalist Coup in contriving to dismiss these matters on a technicality. Think about it. There are 1.3 million lawyers in America. 335 of the 555 members of Congress are lawyers. How is it that not one single lawyer could draft a lawsuit that could not be tossed out on a technicality? (see original print graphic at end of article) This writer’s entire column on Examiner.com was CENSORED within 24-48 hours of this writer submitting a credible petition on 11/06/2015 to the Minnesota Supreme Court to Remove a Minnesota District Court Judge from the bench for conspiring to perpetrate a fraud upon the Court.(An additional almost 200 blogs of this writer have been censored since 2012) The Minnesota Establishment has also taken other unlawful and unconstitutional punitive actions against this writer. I put it to you that your government is trying to erase your knowledge of Natural Law and Natural Rights to make you less able to resist their attempts at enslaving you. This writer leaves it to reader to deduce for themselves who wanted these articles CENSORED, and why the US Government wants this writer silenced.

As the day of this Country’s 237th Anniversary of our Declaration of Independence approaches, let us take this opportunity to revisit and discuss the events and circumstances that inspired the subjects of the American Colonies to revolt and declare independence from King George of England.

This won’t be the same old, dull rehash of the enumerated list of grievances the colonists had petitioned King George for relief from and were denied. You know that list from primary and secondary school: the King’s failure to enact laws necessary for the fair and proper governing of the colonies, the King’s failure to listen to and act upon the Colonists Petitions for Redress of Grievances, the King’s punishment and reprisal of those involved in said Petitions, the King’s failure to provide the colonies with adequate protection from external invasion and internal strife, No Due Process and the King’s failure to establish a Colonial Judiciary and his refusal to abide by the Rule of Law, the King forcing American Colonists to quarter large numbers of military troops and failing to adequately supervise them, his cutting off the Colonist’s trade with the rest of the world and inflicting other economic unfairness, taxation without representation, unreasonable searches and seizures and restrictions on free speech, free press and freedom of assembly [(and a host of other grievances). While these individual trespasses, that partially explain what happened on the 4th of July, 1776, are important to acknowledge, focusing on them obscures the bigger picture of a series philosophical epiphanies, enlightenments and events that would alter the future trajectory of humankind. While you watch fireworks this 4th of July, ponder this: The American Revolution was an intellectual revolution as much as it was a military revolution. The entire oppressive, overwhelming, all consuming Socio-economic-political status quo of the Old World was overthrown and cast off.

The new Socio-economic-political paradigm that replaced the old status quo resulted in the tremendous expansion of individual freedom and liberty as well as great improvement in the quality of life for each individual. On the 4th of July, 1776, 13 American colonies had trembled at the thought of declaring independence from what was then the greatest power in the world. However, these enhancements to the lives of every individual under the new American Socio-Economic-Political Perspective of Reality allowed the 13 American colonies to rise 170 years later as the greatest socio-economic-military power on earth.

The American Declaration of Independence on the 4th of July, 1776 was not just a Declaration of Independence from King George of England. It was also a Declaration of Independence by every American Colonial Subject from King George’s Perspective of Reality on the Nature of Mankind and the proper relationship of the between government and the governed.

“Huh? What the heck is he talking about?”, you are thinking to yourself. Relax and get ready to enjoy the wild ride adventure that led to our American Declaration of Independence and the formation of a new country. A country made up of former subjects, now self proclaimed citizens acting with their own Self-Determination. And, within a newly realized Perspective of Reality regarding the Nature of Mankind and the proper relationship between government and the governed.

This wild ride begins by recalling the fall of the Roman Empire and the descent of the Western World into the “Dark Ages”. Out of the political and economic chaos of the Dark Ages arose a Socio-Economic-Political system known as Feudalism [http://goo.gl/QqbHt] and the institutionalization of a Governance Doctrine known as the “Divine Right of Kings” [http://goo.gl/BHJHt].

The Governance Doctrine of the “Divine Right of Kings” meant that the King/Queen/Head of State (hereafter “King”) was a God or the representative of God here on earth. As such, no earthly being had the right to challenge the King’s authority or decisions, as they were a god or divinely inspired. Quite simply, the King was never wrong. Your parents may have declared to you, “My roof, My rules”, but King’s essentially declared, “My Country, My rules.”

Further, the King owned all the Land. No Person could be upon the King’s Land without the permission of the King or his representatives. No person on the King’s land had any rights, instead they had permissions and privileges; The King’s Permission (and privileges as he so desired). And the King’s permission (and privileges granted), including the permission to simply be on his land, could be revoked at the Kings discretion (whim). And that is why such persons are called subjects (as we shall more dramatically demonstrate later in this good read).

The King allowed certain persons the privilege to manage portions of his lands. These persons had a wide variety of titles, but for our purposes we will just refer to them as “Nobles”, “Lords” or “Aristocrats”. In exchange for being given the privilege to “manage” a portion of the King’s land, the Nobles were required to supply the King with Tax money and soldiers for the King’s Army. In turn, the Nobles collected taxes from anyone who lived upon the land the King had granted to the Noble and paid the King his required portion. And, when necessary the Noble pressed into military service some the subjects, when insufficient volunteers could be found to meet the Kings requirements for soldiers.

And with that foundation laid, the writer entices you to read onward with this teaser. Perhaps you did not notice this writers phrasing of the first paragraph of this writing:

It is impossible to fully grasp the perspective of reality of a person living under feudalism and the “Divine Right of Kings”. However, to more fully appreciate the scope of change the American Revolution represents, it is important that you try to intimately understand the “Perspective of Reality” of a “subject”. That is to say, a person living under the Socio-Political Governance Doctrine of the “Divine Right of Kings” and the Socio-Economic System of Feudalism. To do so, this writer asks you to participate in the following exercise.

To avoid unnecessarily offending any particular Nationality, you are going to envision yourself as the subject of an unnamed Country whose rules are an amalgamation of the written and unwritten rules that existed in the many countries of Old World Europe and the American Colonies during the Renaissance (1300-1700AD)[Columbus sailed the ocean blue in 1492 (AD “discovers islands near America) [http://goo.gl/LSf05] This exercise requires you to “inhabit and visualize the internal pressures, restrictions and constraints subjects living under the Government Doctrine of the “Divine Right of Kings” would have had to place upon themselves at all times in order to survive and avoid consequences”. (For the younger among you, think of this like setting up your character for a computer role-playing game. Your goal here is to survive.) Are you ready to start?

OK? First add each of the following rules to your Feudal Subject Perspective of Reality:

1. The King’s power is absolute. It cannot be questioned or overturned;
2. Only the King can own land, you can’t.
3. You have no rights, You have only the permissions and privileges from the King and/or the King’s designated privileged representatives (Noble or Lord);
4. It is by the King’s ultimate permission alone that you can do anything in or upon the King’s land, even simply walk. Your family and your friends also are allowed to be on the King’s land only by permission of the King and/or his designated representatives;
5. You can use some of the King’s land with the kings permission, but only as long as you pay the homage and taxes the king demands to the King and/or his designated representatives;
6. By the King’s word alone, you, your family and your friends can be thrown off the land upon which you reside and even out of the Country(or worse);
7. The King is the final arbitrator of justice. The king can search the place where you reside and/or work anytime. The King can detain and/or imprison you anytime. If the King says you are guilty, you are guilty. If the King wants to punish your family and or friends for your crime, they are punished. If the King commands your torture, you are tortured. If the King sentences you to death, you die. There is no Due Process of Law(even more so if you are a serf and not a freeman afforded justice through the “Law of the Land”;
8. The King can establish a religion and make the practice of any other religion a crime. The King can let a religion punish any person for anything a church calls heresy;
9. The Printing Press (1439AD) [http://goo.gl/FAIpQ] [http://goo.gl/4amhR] has not been yet been introduced into the Western World, or at least there are not enough of them to have any great impact on society yet. At this time, almost no one goes to school and more than half the population is totally or functionally illiterate. All of your knowledge comes to you from persons with wealth and time to provide you whatever knowledge they care to provide you. And this boils down to the Church, the King and the King’s loyal, privileged Aristocrats and Nobles. If somehow you learn information or form ideas contrary to the beliefs and positions of the Church and/or the King and dare to speak them out loud, you may be charged with treason or heresy. And therefore, the King, the Church, the Nobles and the Aristocrats provide almost all of the information which forms your personal perspective of reality. And this collective Aristocracy only gives you information which ensures the continuity of the status quo.
10. Now add to this that you and your family are living on the edge of survival. Missing one day’s wages can mean death. You do not have the resources and/or wherewithal to survive moving from here to someplace else within the country, let alone to another country. Being forced to leave where you currently reside will result in great hardship which you and your family may, or may not, survive. And the Black Plague is still strikes fear in the population.

Now that you have immersed yourself in your role as a “Subject” Perspective of Reality, let us take it out for a test drive. Wake up!

Ok, you have just woken up and are setting on the edge of your straw filled mattress… What else would it be filled with, you’re the town thatcher. You fix the lower middle class folk’s flats and huts that have thatched roofs made of straw and mud (or worse). As you sit there, you reflect on your life. You thank God you were born a freeman and not a serf. [In your country’s recent history, 60% of the population were serfs. Serfs were “peasants legally bound to the land. You have your own luxurious 2 room flat/hut. ( no running water, sanitation or refrigeration mind you) You are one lucky man [Sorry, you have to be a man – if you are a woman living in these times statistically you would likely be doing whatever your father or the man who paid the largest dowry for your hand in marriage wanted you to do [At this point in time the invention of the Western Notion of Romantic Love born of the French Troubadours (@1250AD) applies only for aristocratic women and was not practiced in the same way then as it traditionally supposed to be practiced today]

You are a skilled laborer; instead of an oaf or serf bound to the land and only qualified to work as unskilled labor at much lower wages. You are a thatcher because your dad was a thatcher. As a skilled thatcher you make a far better living than a serf or an oaf. Another thatcher tried to move into town but the Sheriff urged him out of town at the Noble’s direction. You are a thatcher because both you and your father have always demonstrated loyalty and respect toward the king and the Noble upon whose land you live and work (and paid your taxes).

You have a wife (who you purchased with a very small dowry) Her appearance is commensurate with your small dowry. She was also was born into the lower class. You have 3 children – 2 boys ages 14 and 5 and a daughter age 13. You would have 6 children, but 3 died of disease before the age of 5 despite the Noble guaranteeing the doctor’s fees. It is important to remember that during your lifetime, children of your socio-economic status are considered adults at age 14 (except during the 16th century children did not become adults until their father’s went before a Judge and had them declared adults). You are thankful to your God because the Church, King and Nobles tell you to be. You know the earth is the center of the Universe and that the Sun revolves around the Earth because the Church tells you so. You go to that Church because the King and Nobles tell you to. You know the king is the representative of your God here on earth because the Church, King and Nobles tell you so.

You have all that you have because you know all the written and unwritten rules to obey in order to not have some or all your permissions and/or privileges from your King and your Noble terminated.

What follows is your list of activities for the day. Along the way, you will encounter some “Termination of Permissions/Privileges” Landmines. You must navigate around these landmines to maintain your family’s standard of living and quality of life:

1. Now that you are awake and your wife and children have served you breakfast. Afterwards you instruct your wife to tend the garden and then to take your daughter and youngest son out to the forest to pick berries to supplement the family’s diet. You do not worry for their safety, because everyone relies upon your trade and they know you are in good standing with the Nobles. Strangers can’t freely come to your area because the Sheriff is enforcing a quarantine as a result of nearby out break of the Black Plague.
2. You and your oldest son (almost a man himself) are off to your first job of the day. Your son has already loaded your tools and materials on your cart and is ready pull it to your destination.
3. You tell your son to take the most direct route to the job as you are going to go a couple blocks out of the way to drop off taxes at the Sheriff’s office. (Without your son, you would be pulling the cart yourself.)
4. At the Sheriff’s office you pay what you can and ask if you can pay 2 chickens to make up the difference. You explain it has been a particularly dry summer with much fewer calls for roof repair. The Sheriff agrees. However, the Sheriff also informs you taxes are going up next month to fund the King’s new war. The Sheriff also warns you that your jealous neighbors have started a rumor that your wife is a witch. Not to worry though; as you are a good, loyal subject the Noble assures you he will see to it the rumors are nipped in the bud.
5. You rush back to catch up with your oldest son before he reaches the first job. You must catch up to him before your son reaches the job because these folks live next to the Noble’s castle. They are complaining about the repair job your son previously did on his own.
6. You catch up to your son. He has stopped to flirt with the fruit and vegetable girl. You weigh the pros and cons of that relationship and then you disapprovingly interrupt them. You need to get your son’s botched thatch repair inspected and fixed before a rumor starts and your good reputation is destroyed.
7. As you continue, your son complains he does not want to be a thatcher; he wants to be a Knight and compete in jousting tournaments. You weigh the pros and the cons, and then tell him it simply is not in his stars. [A Knights Tale http://goo.gl/9fgfg](In your mind you determine that his slight build due to malnutrition, makes wasting a favor from the noble for a dream your son is not well suited for, imprudent)
8. Your son then mentions to you that the 14 year old daughter of the Noble flirted with him while he was performing the botched repair. In your son’s wild, unbridled naïve exuberance of youth, he speculates that the two might marry allowing him to study and train to be a Knight or even a Noble. Knowing the precarious position this encounter exposes your permissions and privileges to, you scold your son to know his place in the world and never speak to the Noble’s daughter again. You tell him the whole thing was just his imagination. Nobles do not marry commoners, period! You are horrified by the thought of your son being caught having sex with the Noble’s daughter. With the monumental consequences of this landmine in mind you bark at your son, “Do you understand? Tell me you understand the consequences and will have nothing further to do with the Noble’s daughter!” Your son nods yes with that reluctant look of defiance teenage boys emote so well.
9. You arrive at the job. You greet the home dweller’s wife and ask her to apologize to her husband on your behalf for your son’s lack of craftsmanship. But, you explain, “It’s the only way he will learn”. You and your son climb on the roof and inspect the repair. It’s certainly not as good as one of your own, but it got the job done. You go through the motions of re-repair anyhow for appearances sake. You scold your son in front of the home dweller’s wife again for appearances sake. The home dweller’s wife feels guilty and admits she complained at the Noble’s daughter’s request and with some small compensation. She explains that the Noble’s daughter wanted to see your son again. You spy the Noble’s daughter hiding around a nearby corner. Your son does not see her or pretends not to see her. You and your son leave for your next job.
10. A short distance away, you run into the Noble riding horseback. After the initial greetings, the noble invites you to lunch with him at a nearby shop. You send your son with the cart ahead and onto the next job. You offer apologies and try to excuse yourself with pressing job demands and inability to pay. The Noble insists and says “my treat”. You know you can’t refuse without risking your permissions and privileges. And off to the local coffee house you go. Over lunch, the Noble informs you that his people advise him that you handled the situation between your son and his daughter to his great satisfaction. The fact that you know, not only your place, but also your son’s place, pleases him greatly. Further, the Noble advises you that the King needs more men for his war. He advises you that he was going to suggest to you that your son might make a good pike-man in the King’s army. However, in light of how you handled this young love situation, he has reconsidered. He notes that as you are getting older, you will come to rely on your son more and more to assist you in your profession. (A none to subtle hint as to part of what will happen should your son forget his place again) Next, in what the Noble intends as good news, the Noble asks what dowry amount you were asking for your daughter. He indicates that the Sheriff’s son has taken an interest in her. Flabbergasted, you reply that you don’t know what a proper amount would be and ask the Noble his advice. (All the while, you feel your 13 year old daughter is too young for such talk but feel trapped by the implied consequences of refusing or not skillfully maneuvering yourself out of the implicit command. Bulkier dresses, no more hair ribbons and more time in church for her you think to yourself) The Noble’s 1st response is, “Wouldn’t it be nice to have an ox or a mule to pull around that cart of yours?” Yet, as you have proven your loyalty to the Noble, he does not press the matter. You thank the Noble for lunch and part on good terms. One Landmine avoided but one still smoldering.
11. You hurry to catch up with your son, afraid that he is not thinking with his head and has forgotten his place. (No need to worry though; unknown to you the Noble has already had his people pick up his daughter and take her to the local Nun Cloister)
12. On the way to catch up with your son, you hear the Town Crier announcing the general tax increase, the call for volunteers for the King’s Army, and the new tax and a permit required to hunt deer, trap rabbits and/or pick berry’s in the King’s forest;
13. You are happy to find that your son has stopped half way up the hill to the next job to rest and not gotten into mischief. You are glad that the steep hill has sapped his energy and dampened his ardor. You help him pull the cart to the top of the hill while thinking to yourself how hard it would be to do this every day by yourself (and how nice it would be to have an ox or a mule). You also think to yourself how lucky you are that the Noble did not force your oldest son to join the king’s army.
14. You arrive at and finish your second job without much problem. And also your third and fourth job of the day.
15. Despite how tired you are, you decide you are going to stop by the church to make a contribution, thank God for your good fortune, ask the priest for advice about your son and your daughter and to have the priest talk to your son about his lustful urges and knowing his place in the world.
16. Outside the Church a group is discussing the fate that awaits some fool by the name of Galileo (1633AD) [http://goo.gl/7hsNr]. The fool is under house arrest for teaching the heretical and ridiculous notion that the Earth is not the Center of the Universe and the Earth revolves around the sun. “Pure heresy” you think to yourself, “If this guy was a nameless commoner they would just draw and quarter him”. Another person commnets, “Kepler got off easy. The Catholic church only made that Protestant bastard keep moving from place to place” for asserting a similar heresy. Meanwhile, someone continues, “Even if you accept his ludicrous proposition, after Giordano Bruno was burned at the stake in Rome (1600AD) [http://goo.gl/HPdKf], only a fool or an idiot would persist”. Everyone agrees that the heretic deserves such a fate for his blasphemy. You scuttle by to avoid the conversation so you won’t have to assess its potential as permission termination landmine. But as you make your way to the Church door you wonder, “Did those men really believe what they were saying or were they hoping to maintain their permissions and/or privileges and/or gain favor by siding with the ruling class position?”;
17. Inside the Church you make sure a priest sees you make your tithing [(donation) http://goo.gl/OYNOm]. You send your son off to pray while you go speak to the priest about your concerns. The priest says he will talk to your daughter after Sunday Mass but will speak to your son now. He will also make the appropriate inquiries about the situation with your daughter. The priest suggests your daughter could become a nun and join the cloister to avoid the situation, if necessary. But on the other hand, he continues, would it be so bad to be father in law to the Sheriff’s son? While the priest talks to your son, you pray. You thank God for your good fortune, ask for divine guidance in matters of your son and daughter and dare to pray for more rain (so more roofs will need repair).
18. You leave the church, with your now sullen son. He does not want to speak about his conversation with the priest;
19. Outside you overhear a group of people talking about the Sheriff running someone out of town. Someone who lived near the Noble’s castle. You see a familiar face. You ask who got run out of town and learn it was the family who claimed your son botched the roof repair so the Noble’s daughter could see your son again. (You recoil at the thought of that particular permissions terminating landmine.)
20. The group turns to the topic of the King’s new taxes. (You think to yourself, “This is just the reason I don’t join group discussions – This discussion is definitely a Permissions Terminating landmine – Must make excuse to abruptly leave”) Your son starts to speak but you sternly interrupt and send your son home, instructing him to tell your wife you will be home shortly. Meanwhile, from within the group you hear, “Tomorrow, a group known as the “Men of Letter’s” [http://goo.gl/PDGZd] [http://goo.gl/KyNMN] is meeting with the local debating club at the local coffeehouse to discuss the King’s new taxes. (You think to yourself, “Note to self – No Coffeehouse tomorrow – Are these folks all mad? Do they not realize the permissions/privileges termination landmine attending this debate will be?) You announce you must leave because you don’t want to eat your wife’s cooking cold. And then make your exit.
21. You get home only to find your wife tear-stained and supper not ready. Your wife explains that she and your children just got home a little while ago. They were jailed for picking berries without a permit. Your eldest son interjects that the King is a jerk for raising taxes and tyrant for taxing the natural bounty of the forest. You sternly and forcefully admonish your son to never speak ill of the King again. Your submissive wife, knowing her place, has held her tongue during your tirade against the words of your eldest son. When it seems appropriate, your wife continues. “When the Sheriff came in, he asked his deputies why they had locked us up. When the Sheriff learned I was the thatcher’s wife and these were your children, he flew into a rage and immediately released us. Then the Sheriff made his deputies apologize to all of us. And then he told the Deputies that for any infraction, short of murder, treason or Court order, we were to be allowed to go home while they immediately informed him of the situation. The Sheriff told us he knew the lack of rain had been bad for your business. He told me we could pick berries without a permit until the end of the month, but then even he had to submit to the will of the King and the Nobles.” Your wife continues by admiringly saying, “Husband, I had no idea what a powerful and respected man you are. This entire family and I are lucky to have you as father and husband. Our eldest son can learn from your manly example. I will get a meal on the table just as quick as possible.” “If she knew the truth…” you think to yourself, ”Does a real man let himself be treated like this ?”(but then again, how do you even know there is any different possible reality).
22. Before supper, you wife says the blessing. She thanks God for the great man and provider you are. During supper you inform your family that no one is to go near the coffee house tomorrow. You regale them with the Noble having bought you lunch today which further enhances your image to them. (Even if their image of you is based on a flawed perception of reality, you still enjoy the feeling.) You edit the conversation greatly. You tell the family the King is looking for Pikeman for his army, in the most discouraging, but not Permission and/or Privilege terminating, way possible. You do not mention the issue of the Sheriff’s son being interested in your daughter because you are waiting to hear back from the Priest. You announce that next Sunday you all will be attending church in your best clothes.
23. With the Children in bed, you and your wife go to bed. You reject your wife’s amorous overtures motivated by her false perception of your manliness. Today’s hard work and difficult maneuvering through the permissions and privileges terminating minefield has left you exhausted. As you lie in bed, you thank god for the permissions and privileges terminating landmines he helped you to avoid today. But you are tormented by those landmines left smoldering from today and the new landmines you will face tomorrow. You know the precarious reality in which you live. At the King’s, the Noble’s or the Sheriff’s whim, all that you and your family have could be gone. It is with this depressing, distressing Perception of Reality that you fall in to a restless, fitful sleep. “But at least you are a free man”, you console yourself.
24. Your are awakened by the nightmare of your family being run out of town by the Sheriff. You roll over and spoon cuddle with your wife. And you try to go back to sleep. All the while the truth gnaws at you, “My family sees me as a great and powerful man; How pitiful they do not know my true plight. I can only hope that they never find out that their Perception of Reality of me as a great and powerful man is simply false. It is built upon my pathetic total submissiveness to the King, the Noble, the Sheriff and the rest of the powers that be in this apparently godforsaken country.”

But wait, you cannot have such thoughts because you are unaware that any other form of existence exists. All you know is what the King, the Noble, the Sheriff and the Town Crier tell you… Strike all that enlightened thinking… You have no way of knowing there can be any other Perspective of Reality. You King tells you it is his law and Your Church tells you “It is God’s will”. And with all of your sources of information are controlled by your king or your church, you only know the Perspective of Reality they want you to know.

So instead of thinking of yourself as a pitiful, submissive man you just thank God you are a freeman and a serf or an oaf. You are a lucky man doing the best you can in world of God’s design… You are just happy to be a free man.

Now that we are done with the exercise, “How fun was that?” For you younger folks who viewed this as computer role playing game, how did you like playing the role of a “subject” Is this writer correct in presuming that “subject” character and the choices this “subject” was faced with character weren’t very fun nor exciting? And you were only imagining it, imagine living it. And you only know how enslaved the thatcher subject character was because you have been exposed to the American Perception of Reality based on…. Wait, hold that thought for a while.

WHAT DID YOU LEARN FROM THE “SUBJECT” ROLE PLAY EXERCISE?

With this immersion in the life of a subject through this exercise, you now have an inkling of what it was to be a Subject living under the Governance Doctrine of the Divine Right of Kings. Similarly, you know what a bleak, repressed, restrained, constrained, forlorn, hopeless, resigned, frustrated happiness-stifling Perception of Reality Subjects operated under within such governance doctrine.

Under the Governance Doctrine of the Divine Right of Kings, subjects had little or no control over their own lives:

1. You had no rights – You had only permissions and privileges that could be revoked upon the whim of the King and/or his privileged Nobles;
2. There was no right to be “Secure in your person”.
3. You had no control over your personal destiny. Your social class at birth would most likely be your social class at death; Your occupation would likely be that of your father, if the King and his Noble’s permitted it;
4. Justice was often arbitrary. Injustice and/or amoral government acts were given the appearance of legitimacy as institutionalized and government sanctioned acts;
5. There was little freedom of thought. You only knew what the King, Aristocrats and the Church wanted you to know. And any belief or idea that was not sanctioned by the King and/or Church that you dared to utter, or put in writing, was subject to brutal reprisal and/or punishment;
6. There was no free speech nor freedom of assembly;
7. There was no government transparency nor accountability;
8. There was no freedom of Religion;
9. Your standard of living and quality of life were contingent on your perceived absolute loyalty to the King and his representatives;
10. And if you were a woman, for most the situation was far worse.

This was the Perception of Reality that inhabited the minds of the American colonist until a relatively short while before they Declared Independence from the King of England. And it is the ability of the American’s colonist to overcome this oppressive Perception of Reality that makes the American Declaration of Independence far more amazing and earth shattering than the mere military fight for Independence that ensued.

And this is where the wild ride to the 4th of July, 1776 really begins. How did the Revolutionary American Colonist overcome this depressing, repressive Divine Right of Kings Perspective of Reality? How did they dare to cast off the only Governance Doctrine they had ever known? How did they create and reduce to writing a Governance Doctrine wholly different from the only one they had ever lived under? How did they cast off a System of Permissions and replace it with a System of Natural Law with individuals having “certain unalienable rights”? How did the Revolutionary American Colonist become the first British Colony to Declare Independence and successfully cast of British rule [http://goo.gl/jchhS]? These points were the “intellectual fireworks” that marked America’s Declaration of Independence on the 4th of July, 1776.

We have already listed and/or referenced the many common complaints of the American colonists in 1776. But now you are about to hear, the rest of the story….

Natural Law: How WE THE PEOPLE got to the 4th of July, 1776 – Part 2 of 2

(see original print graphic at end of article) This writer’s entire column on Examiner.com was CENSORED within 24-48 hours of this writer submitting a credible petition on 11/06/2015 to the Minnesota Supreme Court to Remove a Minnesota District Court Judge from the bench for conspiring to perpetrate a fraud upon the Court.(An additional almost 200 blogs of this writer have been censored since 2012) The Minnesota Establishment has also taken other unlawful and unconstitutional punitive actions against this writer. I put it to you that your government is trying to erase your knowledge of Natural Law and Natural Rights to make you less able to resist their attempts at enslaving you. This writer leaves it to reader to deduce for themselves who wanted these articles CENSORED, and why the US Government wants this writer silenced.

Last warning before this wild ride takes off and the fireworks begin! Do you have your seat belt on and your thinking cap secured firmly under your brain bucket?

Our thatcher Subject has long passed away never knowing anything but a world of permissions and privileges granted by a King and the King’s Aristocracy. Before he died however, his eldest son got into trouble for criticizing the King. The thatcher used every bit of political collateral to secure his son’s release, and then only with the promise that the son would leave the country. The Thatcher’s son moved to the British Colonies in America, where he thrived and raised a family. We will catch up to him, later in this fireworks filled saga; A saga that ends with the American Colonies declaring independence on the 4th of July, 1776.

We preface the rest of the story with this comment: Humankind and Americans owe a great debt of gratitude to a few great men: Johannes Gutenberg [http://goo.gl/fIkbP] and the “Men of Letters” such as Locke, Voltaire, Diderot, Montesquieu and Rousseau [http://goo.gl/PDGZd] [http://goo.gl/KyNMN]. Such men, in their time, were reviled by the King’s and the Aristocracy as malcontents, incorrigible troublemakers, rabble rousers – They were the stewards of Natural law and the voices of political dissent in the Public Sphere.

THE PRINTING PRESS

We have previously mentioned the Printing Press. Johannes Gutenberg brought the Movable type Printing Press to Europe and improved upon it. It was the Printing Press that broke the King’s Aristocracy’s and the Church’s monopoly on the flow of information. Ideas and beliefs could now be much less expensively and much more quickly be transferred among individuals and groups. And, this flow of information occurred in a manner the Kings and Churches could not easily control. As men became exposed to idea’s different from the King’s and the Church’s desired Perspective of Reality, they began to make their own choices and conclusions based on reason.

Further, humanity began to experience what in modern terms is called “synergy”. Synergy is the improvement in ideas, and/or problem solving, which results from a group of people, instead of one person, discussing and examining the idea or problem. Before the introduction of the movable type printing press to Europe, there was not much “diversity of thought” nor many “opportunities for group discussion” to allow the productivity of synergy to occur. When this movable type printing press became widely distributed, Synergy happened.

The materials the printing presses printed ended up in Universal Libraries, Coffeehouses and the hands of men who belonged to debating clubs. The rank and file masses could now participate in the intellectual debate about the nature of man and the proper governance of man. This synergy was used by the Men of Letters to change all men’s Perception of Reality. The Printing Press allowed the masses to be exposed to and inspired by ideas of freedom, liberty, private property ownership and self-determination.

MEN OF LETTERS

During The Enlightenment (1650-1800AD) [http://goo.gl/vDrw2] [http://goo.gl/01Lur] the Men of Letters built on the discoveries of men like Galileo, Kepler and Newton earlier during the Renaissance (1300-1700AD) [http://goo.gl/q0tKI]. The discoveries of these men revealed a universe that was infinite, yet governed by universal laws that could be discovered by the human intelligence. The Men of Letters were convinced that all creation was similarity rational, so that it was possible for man to uncover laws which regulated society, politics, the economy, and even morality. The Men of Letters believed that once they understood these laws they would understand the Nature of Man, what man was and what man should be. (Wow, that made me a little dizzy, how about you?)

As a result, most men’s then current Perspective of Reality as manipulated by the King, Church and Aristocracy came under great scrutiny. The Men of Letters first secretly and then openly challenged the beliefs and authority of the King and Religion; and often, at great peril to themselves and those associated with them.

NATURAL LAW

During the Enlightenment, the Men of Letters reduced to writing the concepts of Natural Law, Natural Rights and the philosophy of Government Known “Consent of The Governed” (The literary works of John Locke such as “Two Treatises of Government” provide a good starting point to understand Natural Law, Natural Rights and Consent of the Governed) The Men of Letters were quick to point out that they did not invent Natural Law, they were merely reducing to writing that which already existed. The Men of Letters described Natural Law as a set of self-evident truths.

“The sacred rights of mankind are not to be rummaged for among old parchments or musty records. They are written, as with a sunbeam, in the whole volume of human nature, by the hand of the divinity itself; and can never be erased or obscured by mortal power.“

Alexander Hamilton, 1st US Secretary of Treasury

Natural Law holds that all people have certain intrinsic unalienable rights at birth, from which they cannot be deprived of by any earthly power, except as in punishment for violating the Natural Law Rights of others and then only after being afforded Due Process of Law.

Natural Rights include, but are not limited to:

1. Life;
2. Liberty;
3. Self-Determination aka Pursuit of Happiness;
4. Rights to Property ownership (including the rights to the fruits of their labor)

“Government has no other end, but the preservation of property.”
John Locke

5. Right to Due Process Pursuant to the Rule of Law properly applied to the freely admitted, non-machinated facts in evidence.

“The end of law is not to abolish or restrain, but to preserve and enlarge freedom. For in all the states of created beings capable of law, where there is no law, there is no freedom.”
John Locke

Again, no man-made law can revoke any Natural Law right of any individual (except as punishment for a crime against the Natural Law Rights of another after being afforded Due Process of Law).

CONSENT OF THE GOVERNED

Consent of the Governed is based upon the fact Government is a Compact with the individual and the Government. And that said compact is based upon the fact that Individuals willingly give up some of their Natural Law liberty to live in a more harmonious state with each other. Therefore, that anytime the Government does not conform to Natural Law they have violated the individuals consent to be governed. And under such circumstances, the individual retains the right to withdraw their consent to be governed.

“The origin of all civil government, justly established, must be a voluntary compact, between the rulers and the ruled; and must be liable to such limitations, as are necessary for the security of the absolute rights of the latter; for what original title can any man or set of men have, to govern others, except their own consent? To usurp dominion over a people, in their own despite, or to grasp at a more extensive power than they are willing to entrust, is to violate that law of nature, which gives every man a right to his personal liberty; and can, therefore, confer no obligation to obedience”

Consent of the Governed is another way of Expressing the Natural Law Right to Revolution.

MAGNA CARTA VS NATURAL LAW

The Magna Carta was an English Charter originally issued in 1215AD. It was the result of a King that was very cruel and abusive in his rule. Magna Carta was the first document forced onto an English King by a group of his subjects (the barons) in an attempt to limit his powers by law and protect their privileges.

There are several important distinctions between the Magna Carta and Natural Law.

1. The Magna Carta only applied to freeman and not serfs whereas Natural Law Rights apply to every individual person.
2. The Magna Carta essentially says that the King will not exercise some of the King’s Rights pursuant to the Governance Doctrine of the Divine Right of Kings and, therefore, this will afford the Freeman more liberty. This as opposed to Natural Law which states that every person is born with certain unalienable rights that cannot be rescinded by any law of any man. And every individual has the right (and must) assert these rights by any means necessary.

And this brings us to the dramatic explanation of why this writer wrote:

“…that inspired the subjects of the American Colonies to revolt and declare independence from King George of England.”

King George III was operating under the Divine Right of Kings. As such, WE THE PEOPLE of the American Colonies were not declaring independence from the people of England, Great Britain or the British Empire, WE THE PEOPLE were declaring independence from King George III and the Governance Doctrine of the Divine Right of Kings!

Wherefore, we arrive at the dramatic difference between a person’s status as a subject as opposed to being a citizen:

• Subjects have Permissions and Privileges that can be rescinded.
• Citizens have Rights; Unalienable, Natural Law Rights (some of which are listed above) that cannot be rescinded (except as punishment for a crime after being afforded Due Process of Law pursuant to the Rule of Law)
• Citizens have the Natural Law Right to Revolt whereas subjects, under the Divine Right of Kings, have no such right.

Those that benefited most under the Old World status quo, desparately resisted change. But they were doomed to fail as the rank and file masses had their perspectives of reality and expectations changed by the Men of Letter’s Natural Law Concepts. In the end, governments adapted their governance style to allow for Natural Law and Consent of the governed, or the Natural Law Right to revolution was exacted upon them and they were swept aware by violent revolutions. (e.g. American Revolution, French Revolution)

THE DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE

4TH OF JULY, 1776

Evidence that the Declaration of Independence was based on Natural Law abounds in said document [http://goo.gl/FgZRR].

Within the first paragraph of the Declaration of Independence appear the words, “Laws of Nature”. This does not refer to “Survival of the fittest” as many today believe. “Laws of Nature” was the vernacular used at the time of the American Revolution. It was their way of saying “Natural Law”

Next we have the following:

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness

Examine the phrases “… that all men are created equal” and “endowed……with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness”. These are references to the Natural Law Rights that cannot be rescinded by any law of any man. Compare these thoughts to the thoughts of John Locke.

And when we examine the phase “We hold these truths to be self-evident” it is an obvious reference to Men of Letters assertion that Natural Law was composed of self-evident truths, had always existed and they merely reduced it to writing.

And, furthermore, the Founders spelled out the Natural Law Right to Revolution aka “Consent of the Governed”:

That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, –That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to affect their Safety and Happiness.

No other single document in the history of mankind has so greatly altered the Condition of Humankind. This simple piece of parchment embodies the paradigm shift resulting from the common man’s change in his Perception of Reality and the Nature of Man. The American Revolution was the culmination of the Enlightenment and the embodiment of Natural Law that the Men of Letters had identified and reduced to writing.

In one single document, the Declaration of Independence released men from the status of being subjects to the status of being citizens with the ability to self determine their futures and own property. Under the Governance Doctrine of the Divine Right of Kings, every individual was virtually a slave to the King. And a large portion of the King’s subjects; namely serfs and later indentured servants, did share almost exactly the same status as slaves.

In fact, Natural Law and Natural Rights were so clear in the minds of the Founder’s that most felt that a Bill of Rights was unnecessary. The Bill of Rights was created only upon the insistence of Founder James Madison (and then even he had misgivings about the need and/or usefulness of a Bill of Rights. [http://goo.gl/DzIg7]

DIVINELY INSPIRED?

This writer prefers to think of Natural Law and Natural Rights on a “Stand alone” basis for understanding what humankind is, what human kind should aspire to be and, further, for understanding the philosophy upon which governance of humankind should be based. Natural Law and Natural Rights are self-evident universal truths. In viewing Natural Law and Natural Rights in this way, a more similar Perspective of Reality can be created between religious and non-religious persons.

In that way, those that choose to believe Natural Law and Natural Rights are a gift from a god are free to do so, while those that believe Natural Law and Natural Rights are simply self-evident truths, and/or simply intrinsic elements of being human, are free to have that perspective. The point being that a Natural Law and Natural Rights based Perspective of Reality creates a shared vision for what humankind should aspire to here on earth so we can live in greater harmony together. Whether Natural Law and Natural Rights are gifts from a God or not makes them no less truthful nor any less monumental.

That having been said, some have described the Declaration of Independence, penned upon a single piece of paper, as “divinely inspired”; lacking any other explanation of how common men could draft such an eloquent and permanently earth altering document.

SLAVERY AND WOMEN’S RIGHTS

Yet others point out the issues of slavery and women’s rights, which would not be addressed for another almost 100 and 150 years respectively, as proof that this was just another document drafted by ordinary men acting solely in their own selfish best interests.

[Some have advised this writer to leave out addressing this issue. However, this writer did not pen this article as a “Fluff Piece”. If WE THE PEOPLE are to unite to defend our Natural Law Rights and/or to withdraw our consent as the governed, we must be forthright with each other on all matters of significance – especially this one.]

Hearing such derision of this document irritates this writer. Surely, before reading this article, these folks who would minimize the importance of the Declaration of Independence, did not realize the advancement in the condition of mankind this document represented… Still further, these same similarly motivated detractors before reading this article, must not have realized that at the time of the American Revolution most rank and file American colonists were only a few rungs up the ladder from slavery themselves; A status caused by King George’s Governance Doctrine of the Divine Right of Kings. As such, this writer puts it to you that the condition of American colonial men was in such a poor state, that they barely had the will and energy to extract themselves from their near servitude under the Divine Right of Kings, let alone recognize and/or advance the status of those just a few steps down the ladder of servitude from themselves.

Before we go further on this wild ride, this writer would point out that there was language in the originally presented Declaration of Independence that would have abolished slavery. However, earlier in the convention it had been determined that the vote to declare independence had to be unanimous. To do otherwise, would be to force the colonies that did not agree to declare independence to enter the war on the side of the British.

In his first draft of the Declaration of Independence, Jefferson condemned the King George III in more forceful language, asserting that the king had “waged cruel war against human nature itself, violating its most sacred rights of life and liberty” by perpetuating the slave trade. And in later revisions, the language was toned down and made subtler.

But, as the votes were cast, a few southern colonies made it clear that they would vote “NO” if the somewhat deliberately ambiguous language abolishing slavery were not removed. And this forced the Founder’s to confront the choice of continuing enslavement of themselves under the Divine Right of Kings or being forced to relent and allow slavery to be an issue to be addressed later. The language abolishing slavery was removed to secure the unanimous vote to declare independence. In no way does this writer condone the suffering of slaves that would go on for another 100+ years, but this writer can only posit to you, “In the Founder’s position, what would you have done?”

And, returning to this writer’s original line of argument, this writer will invoke the words of a famous Civil Rights leader to clarify his argument.

“Freedom is never voluntarily given by the oppressor; it must be demanded by the oppressed.”

Before the American Revolution, slavery was an extension of King George’s Divine Right of Kings. WE THE PEOPLE were not the instrument of enslavement of the slaves until after WE THE PEOPLE extricated our self from Governance by the Divine Right of Kings.

Before independence was declared and won, White American men were embroiled in securing their own freedom (some of them being essentially serfs and/or indentured servants) from their oppressor and achieved their goal.

Does it make the Declaration of Independence any less likely to have been divinely inspired, if a God in their infinite wisdom, foresaw that white men being made of aware of Natural Law and Natural Rights, and then securing those Natural Law Rights for themselves would eventually be forced to admit that all persons, regardless of sex or color, were also endowed with these certain unalienable Natural Rights?

Did not any God making white men aware of Natural Law and Natural Rights and granting them the power to secure those rights for themselves make the following undeniable truth and logic available for colored men and all women to invoke (and it was):

If these Natural Rights are a gift of a God and/or simply self-evident truths and intrinsic elements of being human, how is it possible that they accrue only to white men and not to men and women of all colors?

On behalf of all American white men who did not have to endure the 100 and 150 years of injustices suffered by slaves and women respectively, this write expresses his sincere and deepest apologies. What transpired was a great tragedy and can only be explained as being only the practical course of action in a world dominated with the Governance Doctrine of the Divine Right of Kings.

THE GREAT AMERICAN EXPERIMENT

Perhaps the perspective of a foreign observer regarding the then relatively new American nation, speaks better to the ambitious and monumental nature of the Declaration of Independence than does assertions that it was divinely inspired.

Alexis de Tocqueville wrote such a perspective. He called our new Governance structure based on Natural Law and Natural Rights, the “Great American Experiment” in Democracy in America 1835 & 1840. Government by WE THE PEOPLE and for WE THE PEOPLE represented an enormous shift in the philosophy of government that had prevailed for centuries.

The Term “The Great American Experiment” evidences an unbiased, 3rd party perspective of a foreigner summarizing how the rest of the world viewed our Declaration of Independence and our subsequent Constitution and Bill of Rights.

CREATING A SHARED NATURAL LAW PERCEPTION OF REALITY

With that, this writer informs you that this wild ride retracing the path from almost overwhelming oppression to the 4th of July, 1776 is nearly over. Please put your trays back to their storage position and return your seats in the upright position. We are coming in for a landing.

This writer hopes what he has written here creates a shared Natural Law Perspective of Reality among rank and file Americans. Further, he hopes that through this shared Perspective of Reality, rank and file Americans can more easily reach a consensus on the various problems that currently confront us. As this wild ride rolls to a stop, this writer hopes this shared perspective will bring an end to the division of rank and file Americans into 2 warring factions, each suspicious of the motivations of the other camp.

The improvement in the human condition that Natural Law, the Declaration of Independence, our Constitution and Bill of Rights represents is far too valuable for us to let it slip away.

If this article and the history incorporated herein has aided you in clarifying your Perception of Reality in the manner the Founders intended, please make sure this information gets relayed to your children(in an age appropriate format). This next fall, attend at least 2 of your local Curriculum Review Board Meetings and demand The Enlightenment and Natural Law and its relationship to the Declaration of Independence is taught to your children. This next school year or this summer, have your children write a report on The Enlightenment, Natural Law, Natural Rights or Consent of the Governed and submit to you or for a class. DISCUSS IT WITH THEM. Please do not burden your children by having them discover their Natural Rights only after they are saddled with student loans, a mortgage, a spouse and children and are no longer free to demand their Natural Law Rights from those who would oppress us.

SUMMARY

It is this writer hope that he has done justice to explaining just how historic, colossal in scope and monumental in nature, the 4th of July, 1776 and the US Declaration of Independence were. It is this writer’s further hope that this information will inspire great reflection amongst his fellow rank and file American citizens, and lead to greater unity.

The American Revolution was not a common petty revolt based upon grievances against a particular government. Rather, the American Declaration of Independence evidenced the first time a diverse population asserted and enforced their unalienable Natural Law Rights against an oppressor. WE THE PEOPLE must put aside our differences so we can do great and monumental things together again.

A suggestion to dejected Bernie Sanders followers

Before we begin, this writer wants to tip his hat to Bernie Sanders and his supporters for efforts to confront the corrupt status quo Democratic Party Establishment to date. While most Bernie Sanders supporters consider Mainstream Media pronouncement of Hillary Clinton as the presumptive Democratic Party Nominee, what Mainstream Media (MSM) failed to say is the real story. The real story being that it is remarkable to consider that even with the overwhelming support and machinations of the Democratic Party Establishment and the 1%, Hillary Clinton, the Establishments puppet, is barely beating Bernie Sanders(the candidate of rank and file Democrats). That having been said, lets assess the playing field as it stands now.

To begin with, this writer asks the reader to please forgive him if he hasn’t fully digested and processed all the facts and drama surrounding Bernie Sanders Meeting with President Barack Obama yesterday(09June2016) . (Nor had time what is MSM propaganda and what is truth) And that meeting was quickly followed by President Barack Obama’s public announcement of his endorsement of Hillary Clinton as the presumptive Presidential nominee of the Democratic Party Establishment. (as opposed to rank and file Democrats)

The flood of reporting from Mainstream Media yesterday had this writer believing that Bernie Sanders came away from his meeting with President Barack Obama yesterday with the demeanor of a whipped dog.

But later in the day, prospective Democratic Party nominee Bernie Sanders made no mention of Hillary Clinton at his rally in DC:

So where does this leave ardent Bernie Sanders supporters. And more importantly to this writer, where does that leave rank and file members who are tired of corruption permitted and encouraged by the political establishment of both major parties. (This writer strongly identifies and aligns himself with that portion of Bernie Sanders Campaign that called for a strong and forceful redress of systemic corruption in America.) It seems to this writer, that if Bernie Sanders’ admonishments that he was going to take on the systemic corruption in Washington were/are sincere, there is no conceivable way Bernie Sanders can throw his support to Hillary Clinton.  Hillary Clinton is part and parcel of the corrupt status quo in DC and will make no efforts to reign in corruption. Worse, Hillary Clinton will expand and promote any corrupt scheme she believes she can personally profit from.  But, perhaps there is an explanation for Bernie Sanders sudden support for Hillary Clinton (and we will address this a little later) But for now, this all seems to leave Bernie Sanders supporters with two choices; vote for someone other than Hillary Clinton or don’t vote at all.

But perhaps there is a third option for those Bernie Sanders supporters who remain committed to confronting and reforming the corrupt status quo establishment in Washington.  And that third option comes from America’s own history. And ironically, this suggested option is inspired by George Washington himself.  At the time of the revolutionary war, the military tradition was for linear  warfare. Essentially, Military Leaders had rank and file soldiers lined up across from each other in parallel lines and fired at each other until one side or the other ran out of soldiers and/or ammunition.  General Washington knew that in this style of warfare England, with its larger, better trained and better supplied military, would soon win by attrition.  Because of this knowledge, General George Washington adopted a “Quasi-Guerilla style warfare” This included surprise attacks, night raids and taking cover (hiding behind bullet stopping objects).  Only because of General George Washington’s thinking “outside the box” did America come to be free. Had George Washington blindly conformed to tradition, America would have lost the Revolutionary War. This writer encourages those Bernie Sanders’ followers whose allegiance to Bernie Sanders was based on principle over loyalty to learn from George Washington’s example.

In the present scenario, the corrupt American Political Establishment have created an unfair and fraudulent election process which makes it virtually impossible for rank and file Americans to get someone who will champion their best interests elected. Perhaps even more infuriating is the way the Establishment then cites this machinated fraud of an electoral system as reflecting the “will of the masses” to quell those who dare criticize our government.

The Political Establishment of both major parties is better organized and gets “party delegates” loyal to the establishment elected in large majority over novice rank and file party delegates. (This writer believes there are not actually two major political parties but rather one Tyrant Class pretending to be two major parties, but for the majority of this article will continue to speak in the false left/right two party paradigm) These delegates then vote in lock step with the Party Establishment at every level of the process, including the State and National Party Conventions.  The party rules are written to give the Establishment’s preferred candidate(s) an advantage, particularly in the bogus Democrat Super-Delegate system. Further, veteran establishment party officers use their knowledge of the rules (and their interpretations of the rules) to the further detriment of true rank and file challengers.  Still further, the hard and soft money the Party Establishment and the 1% give to their preferred Presidential Candidates is just enormous. Add to this that some how, the Political Establishment exercises control over the Mainstream Media to control the political conversation; in the present case giving Hillary Clinton far greater media coverage than Bernie Sanders. The point here being that the current electoral system, similar to the traditional linear warfare George Washington encountered, is stacked in favor of Establishment candidates and against candidates who would champion the best interests of rank and file Americans.

And, then there is the “White House Woodshed” Yesterday President Barack Obama took Bernie Sanders to the proverbial White House woodshed and told him the way things really are and will be.  (This portrayal reflects this writer’s perception of Bernie Sanders as a man of integrity, as opposed to the typical lying politician) This writer believes Bernie Sanders would not willingly support Hillary Clinton, a person antithetical to reform and cracking down on corruption. Yet Mainstream Media is full video and soundbites of Bernie Sanders now saying he supports Hillary Clint.

This writer can tell you from personal experience, the Political Establishment has a variety of carrots and sticks to cajole and/or force people to tow the party line.  If Bernie Sanders is chairman of any Senate committees, he was likely warned he would lose them if he didn’t give full support to Hillary Clinton. Bernie Sanders was also likely reminded that cooperation in moving any of his legislation forward would dry up if he failed to “play ball”  And of course, the Party has a large budget at its discretion it can use to support its preferred members seeking reelection. Say bye, bye to that….   And of course, the 1% have large sums of money they can offer anyone to induce them compromise their principles. The point here being that what Bernie Sanders says publicly, may not reflect what he believes personally. This writer submits Bernie Sanders, the man of principle, would want his followers to follow their hearts and principles to achieve the goal of combating corruption and restoring the “Rule of Law” in any legitimate matter available to them.

The Founder’s provided just such a legitimate course of action for dealing with tyranny and injustice.  The road map for dealing with rogue and tyrannical government can be found in the First Declaration of Causes (July 6, 1775) and the Declaration of Independence (July 4, 1775).   This process calls for using all peaceful remedies before considering alternative remedies.  This process calls for documenting the exhausting of all peaceful remedies.  This process calls for a final Petition for Redress of Grievances (First Amendment) in the form of a “Declaration of Causes” that asserts WE THE PEOPLE have nearly exhausted our peaceful remedies and giving a deadline for the government to comply with redress of grievances in the document.  Only upon documenting all the exhausting of all peaceful remedies, submitting a Declaration of Causes to the Government containing a reasonable deadline, and that deadline expiring are WE THE PEOPLE free to consider and implement alternative remedies.

Every year since 2005, the Judicial TAR (Transparency, Accountability and Reform) Movement in Minnesota has asked for a hearing before the Minnesota House and Senate Judiciary Committees. The purpose of these hearing being to have these committees receive evidence and testimony of systemic corruption in the Minnesota Judiciary. Each year we have been denied said hearing. Additionally, the Government has engaged in unlawful and unconstitutional retaliation against the leaders of this movement causing some to move out of the state and at least one to move out of the country to escape the retaliation. Requests for such hearings at the Federal level have also been rebuffed. Clearly, WE THE PEOPLE have exhausted our peaceful remedies on this matter.

Further, as this article goes to press this writer has litigation before the US Supreme Court moving to declare the Federal Reserve (Banking) System unconstitutional.  The FED’s Debt Based Money is the largest single cause of the growing wealth disparity in the USA. Upon the US Supreme Court Failing to declare the Federal Reserve (Banking) System, et. al. unconstitutional and further, satisfactorily redressing the damages the FED has caused, we believe we can declare that WE THE PEOPLE have exhausted our peaceful remedies on this matter. Our peaceful remedies through elections and the Courts having been bought off using the very Debt Based Money revenues which are amongst the reasons the FED is unconstitutional.

There is a third proof that WE THE PEOPLE have almost exhausted (sans serving upon Congress our own Declaration of Causes) that this writer has been personally involved in. This writer has asked Wright County, Minnesota (where his residence has been located in since 2000) for various government financial information that is supposed to be a matter of public record.  This writer intended to post this information on the internet so all Wright County residents could “audit” the spending of their tax dollars. This writer has asked for this information every year since 2008. Yet, as of 2016, this writer has not received this information. Clear Wright County, MN has no intention of providing this information. This writer has been advised by persons from other counties through out the united States of America that they have had similar experiences when asking government entities for financial records.   Transparency and Accountability are requirements the Founders build into our system of government. Will Minnesota follow Wisconsin’s “RINO Hunt” Lead?

Dissatisfaction with  Speaker Paul Ryan’s betrayal on the recent budget bill, has led rank and file Conservative Wisconsinites to oppose his re-election. Rank and file Conservative Wisconsinites now recognize  Speaker Paul Ryan as the Pro New World Progressive(NWO) RINO that he his. (Liberals call Pro NWO Progressives Progressives. Republicans call Pro NWO Progressives RINOs) Speaker Paul Ryan was suppose to “fix” to the John Boehner betrayal, instead he betrayed rank and file Republicans straights out of the shoot.

This article, “PAYBACK: After Turning on Conservatives, Paul Ryan Just Got MASSIVE Bad News From Home,” reports that one person with a conservative Wisconsin group expressed his dissatisfaction with Speaker Paul Ryan and stated his intentions to have Speaker Paul Ryan opposed in the Wisconsin Primary. Major news sources in Wisconsin and Fox News picked up the story, given the Wisconsin RINO hunt drive momentum.

Rank and File Conservatives and Republican around the country are suddenly aware, and/or willing to admit, that two back to back Pro NWO Progressive RINOs to get elected Speaker of the House.  And it is dawning on rank and file conservatives, that for this to happen more than half of all Republican’s must also be Pro NWO Progressive RINOs. (Lest the reader forget, a true conservative as President is hamstrung if stuck with a Pro NWO Progressive RINO Congress.)

This writer has heard murmurs in Minnesota of a similar RINO hunt, to remove persons who are not true conservatives from representing them in Congress.  Our 3 current Minnesota RINOs in Congress are 2nd District, John Kline; 3rd District, Eric Paulsen and 6th District, Tom Emmer.  While there are many factors in identifying a Pro NWO Progressive RINO, one factor seems to stand out.  All of these RINOs voted for both RINO John Boehner and RINO Paul Ryan for Speaker of the House. (MN Republicans unite to support Paul Ryan for Speaker of the House)  And this writer hasn’t heard any of them strongly criticizing Speaker Paul Ryan’s handling of the recent budget deal.

Minnesota’s Caucuses occur on March 1, 2016; Super Tuesday. With the deadline fast approaching, its time to start planning for your RINO Safari. Start meeting with your friends and neighbors. Get them to support you as a delegate at each successive level of the Political Process. Vote against Party officials who have been in office for several terms. The only way Pro NWO Progressive RINOs get elected is with help from like minded persons. NO MORE STATUS QUO. Change must come from the bottom. And the status quo establishment Republicans will be working actively against you.

For you Conservatives living in Congressional Districts with Democrat incumbents running for reelection, please realize that starting with a true Conservative to begin with avoids the difficulty of getting rid of an entrenched incumbent RINO. In other Congressional Districst: John Kline won’t be running for re-election in the 2nd Minnesota Congressional District. Therefore, finding and nominating a true conservative should be easier for you than those with incumbents running for re-election. Those incumbents are Eric Paulson in the 3rd Judicial District and Tom Emmer in the Sixth Judicial. The 6th Congressional District is supposed to be the most Conservative District in Minnesota. Heaven only knows how we got stuck with as big a Pro NWO Progressive RINO as Tom Emmer. Nevertheless, in Progressive Minnesota, conservatives have their work cut out for them.

May I suggest that you require all of your conservative candidates sign the Anti-Progressive Pledge?  You can find an example here.

Christmas, Birthday and Graduation Day Gift Suggestions For True American Patriots

So you are stumped on what gift to give your favorite American Patriot. This list of gift suggestions will make your gifting process much easier.
Any American Patriot will appreciate your thoughtfulness and consideration in giving them any gift from this suggested gift list.

Further, each of the gifts here will serve to commemorate and/or advance the cause of Liberty. Further this gift list is written with consideration of various comments made to them by his many readers. Comments like, “How do you think of this stuff?”, “Where do you get your ideas”, “I never thought of it that way?”, “You have reduced to writing, what many of the rest of us are thinking in an succinct and memorable way”, “I never thought of that issue in that way.” And my favorite, “This ‘Engineering Consent’ article is Nobel/Pulitzer Prize caliber literature”. Hence, it has since dawned on this writer that the best way advance the cause of liberty is to provide other patriots with some of the components, thoughts and thought processes that make up this writer’s perspective of reality. With that in mind, what follows is a list of gift suggestions for those who are buying Christmas, Birthday or Graduation Gifts for those who are Patriots and/or those whom they would like to inspire to be patriots.

First on this writer’s list of Christmas, Birthday and/or Graduation Gift suggestions is John Locke’s Second Treatise of Civil Government and/or Locke’s combined Two Treatise of Civil Government. These documents explain Natural Law and Natural Rights upon which America is Founded and aspects of American Government such as “Consent of the Governed.

This is the document that President James Madison strongly hinted Thomas Jefferson misappropriated portions of in drafting the Declaration of Independence.The First Treatise of Civil Government is John Locke’s rebuttal and debunking of Thomas Hobbe’s “Leviathan” arguing the legitimacy of the “Divine Right of Kings” Governance Doctrine. In this writer’s humble opinion, every patriot should read this book, and study and learn Natural Law, Natural Rights and Consent of the Governed to provide themselves the proper perspective of reality with and from which to view and communicate with the rest of the world. This writer often asserts that the first step taking back our country from the corrupt politicians is restoring a common perspective of reality based on Natural Law and Consent of the Governed to prevent the corrupt politicians from so easily dividing and conquering us.

Next on this writer’s list of Christmas, Birthday and/or graduation gift suggestions is Chess. Why Chess? In this world full of duplicity and educators, politicians and government apparatchiks telling you to trust government, you need to develop some kind of “radar” to help you distinguish between truth and falsehood. The recent admissions of the Progressive Governance philosophy made by Progressive Johnathan Gruber, (Americans masses too stupid to know what’s good for them, therefore government has the right to lie to the masses) make it even more imperative that each of us American Patriots develop the ability to be able to determine truth from government lie. Chess teaches you to think a few moves ahead to outsmart, outwit and defeat your opponent. As importantly as Chess teaching you to think a few moves ahead, the process gives you an idea of how to look a few moves back.

This ability to think a few moves ahead and a few moves back translates into your ability to see what our lying, duplicitous government is planning to do in the future based on what it is doing now. And this same ability allows you to look at the steps and actions the lying, duplicitous government took in the past leading up to (and hopefully telegraphing) their betrayal of the best interests of rank and file Americans. And if you are buying a chess board for a child, chess provides an excellent opportunity to spend meaningful, life altering quality time with your would-be child patriot. And Chess Boards can be as cheap or expensive a gift as you want it to be. Under $5 or several hundred dollars. And the simplicity and/or ornateness of the chess board you purchase as a gift, can make it appropriate for any occasion. And don’t forget to consider magnetic travel chess boards for those long family trips. And their are even computer versions of Chess. An added benefit is that the thought processes inherent and inspired by Chess can be applicable to all areas of a Patriots life; business, romance, vacations, investments, etc. All of these characteristics make Chess a great choice as a Christmas, Birthday or graduation gift for any current or aspiring American Patriot.

A gift of the Avalon Hill’s game Diplomacy teaches similar thought processes as Chess. But Diplomacy has much fewer rules and introduces an element of human nature much less pronounced in Chess. This game is said to be a favorite of President John F. Kennedy, Henry Kissinger and Walter Cronkite. This game allows the Patriot Player to develop their sense of strategy, but more importantly exposes the Patriot to the truer understanding of human nature. The American Founder’s agreed with John Locke’s assertion that Government must be created with the nature of man in mind. The perspective the Founder’s had of human nature is perhaps best summed up with a quote from the Cato Letters:

“All people [men] have free will and are not virtuous by nature.”

These characteristics make Diplomacy make it a great choice as a Christmas, Birthday or graduation gift for any current or aspiring American Patriot. A free online version of Diplomacy may be found here. The game provide parents with many opportunities to discuss and instill values and life strategies in their children.

Sid Meier’s Civilization (Warning – chronically addictive, seriously) is a Sci-fi based game where you lead a band of humans from the dawn of mankind to the future. This game teaches some fundamental concepts of Governance, Economics and War that may surprise to you. Perhaps most importantly, as each player plays the role of Government, it exposes the player to Government’s perspective of its rank and file citizens. This writer often incorporates in his understanding of issues and policies perspectives of how government’s think and manipulate the masses in reaching his own perspectives on real world issues and policies.

A variety of other written material make great Christmas, Birthday and Graduation gifts for current and/or aspiring True American Patriots.

The next amongst these (after Locke’s Second Treatise of Civil Government) is the US Constitution. This writer suggests two copies of the Constitution be given to the current or aspiring Patriot. One Constitution in a frame for proudly displaying on the wall and a pocket copy to keep upon ones person for use in educating others or the patriot themselves, as they go about their daily business.

Other Literature that would be great Christmas, Birthday or graduation fits for current and/or aspiring Patriots include;

• • Common Sense (1776) by Thomas Paine – This pamphlet was used to promote the idea of revolution and adoption of the Declaration of Independence.
• Federalist Papers (1787-1788) – This is a collection of articles that folks of with a “Federalist” vision of government used in promoting the adoption of the Constitution.
• Anti-Federalist Papers (circa 1785 to circa 1995) – This of a collection of articles that folks wrote in opposition to the adoption of the Constitution. After the adoption of the Constitution, many of the Founder’s advised future generations to look to both the Federalists and Anti-Federalist Papers when attempting the original intent of the Framer’s of the Constitution.
• 5000 Year Leap (1981) – This book discusses how the United States prospered because it was established upon universal natural law principles.

The reader should note that for all except the “5000 Year Leap”, this writer has provided links to the actual books. The books can be downloaded legally for free. In a bind for cash and/or time, these 4 publications can be downloaded for free. Then you can burn them to a DVD or A Zip or drive for under $10. Of you can go to your local book store and purchase them.
For those with a Video Preference, there are two movies that come to mind that would be great Christmas, Birthday and graduation gifts for current and/or aspiring Patriots.

• 1776 – The Musical ( 1969) – This began as a broadway play and was recorded as a movie. Though it is a musical, it is often hysterically funny while being very informative and offering incite into how consensus to Declare Independence was not so easily achieved as one my presume.
• The Patriot (2000) – This Movie is a fictional account of a farmer reluctantly leads the local militia during the American Revolutionary War after a British Officer orders the execution of his son.

This writer often draws on concepts addressed in the 1776 and The Patriot Movies in originating and reducing to writing his perception of the events unfolding around all of us in present day America.

And once the mind has been properly nourished, this Patriot writer reminds his fellow patriots that the Supreme Natural Right is Self-Preservations/Self-Defense. “What do you give a Patriot living in a country where the government takes the individual citizens Natural and Constitutional Rights for granted and tramples them at will?” None of our other Natural Rights can be preserved without the ability to Defend ourselves.

 

This is why the Founders made the Right to Bear Arms, the Second Amendment. This year, more than ever, the gift of an age appropriate gun is great, and even necessary gift for an American Patriot.

Halloween 2015: What are Americans most afraid of?

Halloween returns bringing with it the annual tradition of frights and fears, costumes and pranks as well as Tricks and Treats. The question is, what are Americans most afraid of these years.  One would think this Halloween would be like any other. The average American would guess the usual menu super natural frights such as ghosts, goblins, demons and Zombies. (Judging by Hollywood Movie and TV program offerings)  Or, judging by the stereotype of women and city slickers, one might guess things like spiders, mice and bats.  In most years and, on most Halloweens, those would seem to be safe bets.  But alas, this Halloween you would be wrong with those guesses.

This Chapman University Survey of American Fears (2015) recently announced the results from this years Halloween Season Polling. This year our American Government is the source of two of the top five fears of Americans, with Government Corruption striking fear in the hearts of nearly 60% of Americans.

• Corruption of government officials (58.0%)
• Cyber-terrorism (44.8%)
• Corporate tracking of personal information (44.6%)
• Terrorist attacks (44.4%)
• Government tracking of personal information (41.4%)

Now this writer is no politician or government expert, but should Government Corruption be the number one issues of the 2016 Election Presidential Debates?  Yet, this writer has heard little to nothing about government corruption the political debate thus far, nor even in the 2016 Election Presidential Debates to date.  How is this possible?

Its seems Americans are to believe the Main Stream Media is unaware of Corruption in American Government.  Even then, how is it possible for our elected officials, or at least the leadership of the Republican National Committee (RNC )and the Democratic National Committee (DNC) to not be aware of some degree of Government Corruption.  How is it possible that Government Corruption has not been the mainstay of the Election 2016 Presidential Debates to date?

Now, again this writer is no expert, but doesn’t 58% of Americans placing Government Corruption as their number one fear, illicit some level of concern from our elected officials?  These folks who are supposed to represent us. Have their been some high level top secret Government meetings to address this concern? Have the Election 2016 Presidential Candidates gotten together and discussed this crisis in confidence the American People have in their Government and Politicians?  Correct this writer if he is wrong, but in an election wouldn’t any candidate receiving 58% of the vote be considered as having won in a “landslide”.

In fact, this writer has written many credible articles of his particular experiences and knowledge of government corruption. However, Main Stream Media refuses to print them. This writer is instead forced to post them on blogs and “Tweet” and “post” them in other Social Media.  )Perhaps that is why this writer has 77000+ followers on Twitter.) The fact of the matter is that our Main Stream Media is complicit with corrupt government officials in censoring the news of government corruption. (This despite Main Stream Media Fourth Estate obligation is to keep government transparent and accountable.) Again, this writer is aware of government corruption from personal experience and investigative research. This writer also has first hand knowledge of the censorship by Main Stream Media of his well documented articles exposing government corruption.

Clearly, if our government cared about the distress and angst they were causing their constituents, they would not commit this acts of government corruption in the first place.  Further, if politicians cared what WE THE PEOPLE thought of them, they would at least go through the motions of pretending to care and appearing to address the issue of government corruption in a forthright manner. (But in fact, not only does our Progressive Government not care, creating stress and duress amongst their constituency is desired goal and affect. It is part of the Progressive philosophy of managing and manipulating WE THE PEOPLE like livestock. But that is a topic for another article Main Stream Media won’t publish. All that having been said, it is this writer’s advice to his fellow American Citizens that they contact their elected officials and let them know how they feel. The one and only one Progressive Tyrant Class pretending to be two major political parties views your silence as consent to anything they do.  Go to their public appearances and confront them. My advise is to observe “proper decorum” for at least two months.  If they haven’t satisfactorily addressed your concerns within two months, they have no intentions of doing so.  (Hundreds of Minnesotans have asked every year since 2005 for a hearing dedicated to receiving evidence and testimony of systemic corruption in the Minnesota Judiciary. And every year we have been refused.) After 2 months, elected officials have “play book” handed down over the years from politician to politician on how to give you the run around.

Finally, at 58% of Americans living in fear of Government Corruption, the problem has reached the level where it requires and demands presidential action.  As has been said, government corruption should be the number one issue for all Election 2016 Presidential Debates. Demand your preferred political party make government corruption part of the rest of the Election 2016 Presidential Debates. If they don’t respond, take to Social Media and out them.  Participate in the Twitter exchanges during the rest of the Election 2016 Presidential Debates. And for gosh sake, grill our Federal and State Legislators, Executives and Judiciary.

Again, this 1 Progressive Tyrant Class pretending to be 2 major political parties views your silence as your consent. Remember and take heart in knowing you are not alone. At least 58% of your fellow citizens identify government corruption as their number one fear. This writer personally takes heart at knowing that at least 58% his fellow Americans share his view of our corrupt government.

WE THE PEOPLE surround them. Together WE THE PEOPLE can force government transparency and accountability.
