This Cynical Patriot has previously written about the complicity of our Judiciary complicity in treason.
The Progressive Globalist WEF coup is engaged in a “Gradualism” paradigm of warfare. Gradualism calls for slow, covert infiltration of the target society over generations so no one generation experiences enough change to be moved to resist, revolt or mount a counter-revolution. It specific avoids producing the sights, sounds & smells of traditional warfare.
As posted previously, our Judges are rewriting Court rules to make it easier to advance the Seditious & treasonous Progressive Globalist WEF agenda. One of these changes is replacing the “Pound Principle” for heavy predisposition for cases to be resolved “ON THE MERITS” rather than on “technicality”. ( On a related issue, some municipalities are allowing non-citizens to vote & government attorneys do nothing, note that per Gradualism Warfare, this is an incremental step towards non-citizens voting in State, then National Elections.) As posted above, Technicality was the Progressive Globalist WEF method of choice for ruling against Lawsuits challenging the 2020 Election results. Technicality is also use to allow Judges to rule in favor of Progressive Allies & against those who oppose said coup.
As an Election Judge in MN for more than a decade, this Cynical Patriot also raised the issue of auditing the computer code of the “Electronic Ballot Boxes” before each election from 2012 to 2020. It was made clear to me by the Minnesota Election hierarchy that this issue did not concern. Further, it was also made clear they didn’t want to hear about it anymore.
This Cynical Patriot asserts that election fraud is too important an issue to let corrupt judges dismiss on technicality! Being the very foundation of our Republic, such litigation must be resolved ON THE MERITS by a jury.
That said, clearly the oath of office to “support & defend the Constitution from all enemies, foreign & domestic”, means nothing to the majority of Judges, Government Attorneys & Lawyers. If it did, the majority of judges, Government Attorneys & Lawyers would meet & organize to restore the Constitution, Rule of Law & our Republic.
Who is responsible for holding these folks accountable to their oath? Isn’t failing to uphold their oath, the same as treason? Perhaps when WE THE PEOPLE withdraw our CONSENT TO BE GOVERNED, justice & deterrent sentencing would best be served by exiling all of these folks from America, & requiring those who can prove they actually materially & vigorously did work to support & defend the Constitution, & suffered material retaliation, to apply for readmission to our country & restoration of their US citizenship?

Este patriota cínico ha escrito anteriormente sobre la complicidad de nuestro poder judicial en la traición. El golpe de Estado Progresista Globalista del FEM está inmerso en un paradigma de guerra de ‘gradualismo’.
El gradualismo exige una infiltración lenta y encubierta en la sociedad objetivo a lo largo de generaciones, de modo que ninguna generación experimente suficientes cambios como para verse impulsada a resistir, rebelarse o montar una contrarrevolución. Específicamente evita producir las imágenes, sonidos y olores de la guerra tradicional. Como se publicó anteriormente, nuestros jueces están reescribiendo las reglas de la Corte para que sea más fácil avanzar en la agenda sediciosa y traidora del Globalismo Progresista del FEM.
Uno de estos cambios es reemplazar el ‘Principio de la Libra’ por una fuerte predisposición a que los casos se resuelvan ‘BAJO EL FONDO’ en lugar de ‘tecnicismos’. Mr. Fitton is rightly indignant at the House’s failure to select a new Speaker for 3 weeks now. Mr. Fitton goes on to explain his view on how he believes we got here…
Mr. Fitton asserts that former Republican Speaker Kevin McCarthy made some major deals with the Democrats. Thus, House Republicans felt betrayed, became angry & voted Kevin McCarthy out.
Mr. Fitton goes on to say that “Establishment Republicans” did’t like replacement Speaker Candidate Jim Jordan’s politics & style. & Jim Jordan’s enemies joined the Mainstream Media’s chorus narrative that Jordan represented the radical MAGA minority of the Republican Party. Mr. Fitton also mentioned Congress folks felt pressured & threatened by all of their constituents calling their offices to express support for Jim Jordan. Mr. Fitton thought Mr. Jordan could have ran a better campaign & expressed himself better to the American Public.
Finally, Mr. Fitton was disappointed that secret meetings were now going to be held to try to determine who the next Speaker would be. (Mr. Fitton – If my summary materially misrepresents what you said, please contact me & I will act to correct any errors.)

Recall Repeal & Replace Obamacare failing when Republicans controlled the Presidency & both houses of Congress 2015-2019? And, the 2008 Bank & Real Estate Collapse during which Democrats controlled both house of Congress & the Presidency (2009-2011). Instead of Bank Charters being revoked & Bank Executives going to jail, the Banks were bailed out & Bank Executives gave themselves bonuses with taxpayer money.) An alternative explanation for these transgressions & the current House Speak Debacle will be provided later in this article.
Before more is said, This Cynical Patriot respects Mr. Fitton & Judicial Watch for all their expertise & all the hard work they do & have done. That said, we Patriots must work with each other to ESTABLISH TRUTH among ourselves, if we are to Restore Our Republic. WE THE PEOPLE must see past the smoke & mirrors & realize what actually is driving our politics, issues & events.
In the spirit of Patriotism & ESTABLISHING TRUTH, let us begin. Mr. Fitton Speaks from the faux “2 major political party” perception/perspective of reality. What is occurring contradicts material facts of the explanation Mr. Fitton provides. 8 House Republicans and 208 House Democrats voted to oust House Speaker Kevin McCarthy. Mr. Fitton asserts that former Republican House Speaker Kevin McCarthy was voted out because he made secret deals with the Democrats. But that simply is not true. (To be fair, Mr. Fitton may not feel he can speak as plainly as he would like. He is pleading many court cases, & Progressive Judges are petty, vindictive & unaccountable. Not to mention retribution by Progressive Congress folks, the senile Progressive President’s handlers & the Administrative State KGB FB I(https://rebrand.ly/ProgsLaugh). This retribution can go from limiting access to destroying People’s lives & livelihoods. Many have been destroyed for far less or instances of speaking truth to power.)
Only 8 Republicans defected while 208 Democrats voted for his removal. If McCarthy actually was secretly helping the Democrats, the Democrats would not vote to remove him. And, why didn’t the 8 Republicans vote with the Republican majority to replace the Speaker that allegedly betrayed them, with another Republican that has sworn not to betray them? There must be some other more logical explanation.
Further, both parties have officers with the title “Whip”. These Whips are supposed to cajole &/or force compliance with Party Congressfolks with position commanded by the party leadership. When party loyalty or simple cajoling doesn’t work, rewards &/or punishments are used. Some Congressfolks seek appointments to high office, etc. in exchange for their vote. For those who refuse to comply, they are threatened with the withholding of Party Campaign Cash &/or Party Campaign donor lists. These being strong motivators for compliance. Yet now the Republican Leadership appears to let its Congressional Members run wild with their voting. Clearly, the political establishment wants exactly this current House Speaker Debacle.
But what is a reasonable explanation. As this Cynical Patriot has previously posited, WE THE PEOPLE must stop thinking of the division in Congress as Republicans vs. Democrats & start realizing the more accurate perspective of the divide is #Constitutionalists vs. Progressive Globalist WEF coup loyalists, co-conspirators & accomplices. No matter which major party is the majority in Congress, the Progressive Globalist WEF Agenda Advances (https://rebrand.ly/ProgressiveAgenda). For this to be true, the majority of folks in Congress must be Progressive Globalists (D.I.N.O.s &R.I.N.O.s).

To wit, there is only 1 Progressive Globalist Elite Class pretending to be 2 major political parties. They use the 2 major parties as a stage from which to perform political theater. This scripted & choreographed political theater is used to manipulate, distract, divide & conquer the masses. Using this deception, the political establishment has rank & file members of both parties thinking they just have to work harder to elect more of their party to Congress to win next time. But the reality is, the political process is broken.

The political establishment is very successful in insuring that only folks who agree with the Progressive Globalist WEF Agenda get the party nomination or win the primaries. You think you are voting for change &/or voting out someone that betrayed you, but you are really just voting for another Progressive Globalist WEF D.I.N.O. or R.I.N.O..

Think about it, the majority party almost always selects the House Speaker because they vote along party lines. But 208 Democrats & only 8 Republicans voted to oust Former Speaker McCarthy. This reflect the Progressive D.I.N.O. Democrats being angry with McCarthy, & a few Progressive Republican D.I.N.O.s defecting to advance the Progressive Globalist WEF Coups agenda. Not the Republican’s voting out McCarthy because they felt betrayed by one of their own.
But clearly, Democrats wanted to get rid of McCarthy. Though 22 Republican voted to join Democrats in rejecting Jim Jordan, it is clear that far more Democrats rejected Jim Jordan that Republicans. It makes no sense that Republicans would defect to help the Democrats get rid of their own Speaker, unless they were voting along Progressive Globalist WEF vs Constitutionalist lines.
If anyone has alternative explanation that conforms with the facts in evidence, This Cynical Patriot would be happy to consider them. Barring some other explanation of how minority Democrats were able to for the ousting of the former Republican House Speaker, & prevent the election of a new Republican House Speaker, WE THE PEOPLE must stop doing what we have always done.
It should be clear that Americans must stop participating in the 2 faux major parties, & start meeting amongst themselves in person to ESTABLISH TRUTH, CREATE UNITY & select & campaign for persons loyal to the US Constitution & the best interests of the masses.

How much longer will WETHEPEOPLE let the Political Establishment Pee on our heads and tell us it is raining? Fellow Citizens and Patriots, I say to you, “WE THE PEOPLE must stop waiting for someone to rescue us, WE THE PEOPLE must rescue ourselves.

Many of you speak of redressing the issues of Election 2020 by pushing new Election Integrity Laws to prevent a repeat of the 2020 Election travesty in 2022. And, that is good and necessary, as the Founder’s roadmap for dealing with tyranny requires, WE THE PEOPLE must exhaust our peaceful remedies befoe we consider alternative remedies. But,with due respect, I must point out my belief that the majority of the masses,will not find such remedies adequate, effective or acceptable redress of the true issues which caused the masses to question the  integrity of the results of Election 2020.

Unhappily, I must point out the problem with the 2020 Election was not due to the lack of Election Integrity Laws. The real problem of was one of government officials purposely ignoring and/or actively violating Election Integrity Laws. To further elaborate, the real problem was a combination of Progressive Election Administrators, often forcibly ignoring already established rules. , along with Election Integrity Laws and Rules ALREADY ON THE BOOKS.  And, the later failure of Law Enforcement, SCOTUS and Congress to act in accordance with the Constitution’s Checks and Balances. Don’t kill the messenger, but what is the point of new & tougher Election Integrity Laws if you don’t address the failure of Election Administrators, Law Enforcement, SCOTUS, State Courts, State Legislators and Congress to enforce them. Later in this article, I will put a finer point on SCOTUS’s role in these matters.

As an election judge, I long warned of potential election fraud, including rigged Electronic Ballot Box Computer Code for many years. [ http://rebrand.ly/IMHOElectionsRigged ]  From the treatment I received as an Election Judge from Minnesota Election Administrators, their attempts to hide the issue and their failure to take action, my sense was that Progressive Election Administrators were more interested in the “appearance” of election integrity, rather than actual election integrity. [ http://rebrand.ly/Unmasked2020 & http:// rebrand.ly/BFIN2020ElectionFraudFacts] And, in my opinion, the reason they were concerned only with the appearance of Integrity, was so WE THE PEOPLE (the masses) would just accept whatever fraudulent results Progressive Election Administrators presented us with. As an Election Judge and upon all the facts myself, and my fellow citizens have been witnessing too, I assert to you our government is engaged in sedition and treason evinced by rigging, and covering up the rigging, of Election 2020.

The question is, “What should WE THE PEOPLE believe and what should WE THE PEOPLE do?” We all know Mainstream Media, Social Media and Politicians have been using Propaganda, Indoctrination, Censorship and suspect COVID-19 Quarantine Protocols to prevent WE THE PEOPLE from Establishing Truth for ourselves by discussing matters among ourselves. At the same time, this is a decision that may possibly determine the fate of your children and humanity for eternity. Trust your own gut in Establishing Truth for yourself. But, before anyone establishes truth for themselves on such an important matter, I ask you to read “Illiberal Reformers: Race, Eugenics and American Economics in the Progressive Era”. It was first published in 2016 by hardcore, practicing Progressive Professor, Thomas Leonard. (You can check it out from your local library). Once you have established the truth of these matters for yourself, only then can you plot an appropriate course of action.

To summarize, the Progressive Globalist Elites are waging an unconventional Civil War by slow, covert infiltration over generations so no one generation notices enough change to resist, revolt, take up arms and/or mount a counter-revolution. This seditious and treasonous revolution began with the establishment of a 4^th Branch of Government (Administrative State) under Progressive President Woodrow Wilson (1913-1921). Among other bullroar, Progressives Elites believe they are genetically and intellectually superior to the masses and should NOT be accountable to the allegedly ignorant masses. Progressive Elites tasked the Administrative State with reducing the accountability of the original 3 branches of government to WE THE PEOPLE and spearheading the advancement of the unconstitutional agenda of the Progressive Globalist Elites. At the moment that the unconstitutional thoughts of the Progressive Globalist Elites turned to action to make them reality, their thoughts and acts became treason and sedition.

Returning to SCOTUS’s role in these matters… To put a finer point on it, the prevailing jurisprudence in deciding matters before the Courts in our country, had been the “(Roscoe)Pound Principle”. The “Pound Principle” gave high preferences for all matters before any court to be decided on the merits, and not on technicality. Over the course of the 100+ years of Progressive Globalist Insurgency’s revolution by slow infiltration, our traitor Judiciary & US BAR replaced the common-sense Pound Principle’s great preference to resolve matters on the merits. Progressive Jurists and Lawyers replaced “great preference for court decisions on the merits” with the Progressive Globalists preference to decide matters on technicality and without a jury comprised of the allegedly ignorant masses. SCOTUS decided NOT to hear the matter of 2020 Election Fraud based on technicality and not the merits. This, despite the fact that the issue of Election Integrity is a matter of the highest importance in a Representative, Constitutionally-Limited Republic. But SCOTUS, overrun by Progressive RINOs and DINOs, chose to aid and abet the Progressive Globalist Insurgency. To repeat, SCOTUS did so by refusing to hear the matter of 2020 Election Fraud on technicality, but used their decision to give the appearance of legitimacy and legality of the 2020 Election. Co conspirator Congress then failed to “Check and Balance” SCOTUS, instead continuing the misrepresentation that the decision of SCOTUS in refusing to hear the matter on technicality, was proof of the legitimacy of the 2020 Election results. 

Yes, I know there are still cases pending in the matters of the 2020 Election Fraud. However, this case perhaps more than any other, evinces the adage, “Justice Delayed is Justice denied. Despite this fact, somehow SCOTUS and CONGRESS wants to assert their actions were just and Constitutional. And, still further, use this misrepresentation as a false pretext to punish citizens, who having established truth for themselves, petitioned them for redress of their grievances (Natural Law, 1^st Amendment, Declaration of Independence – Long Train of Abuses) in the strongest possible terms and manner.

Natural Law (1^st paragraph, Declaration of Independence) and the US Constitution are the established civil authority and government of our Country. Per Merriam-Webster dictionary, the definition of insurrection: “an act or instance of revolting against civil authority or an established government”. Progressive Globalist are the traitors who have been engaged in acts of “Insurrection” for 100+ years.

18 U.S. Code § 2383 – Rebellion or insurrection

Whoever incites, sets on foot, assists, or engages in any rebellion or insurrection against the authority of the United States or the laws thereof, or gives aid or comfort thereto, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.

Further consider, that there are 335 members (of 535 members) of Congress who are lawyers. Further still, there are 1.3 million lawyers in the USA. Yet, not one lawyer was able and/or willing to draft a pleading on election fraud that could survive being rejected by SCOTUS on technicality. This further evinces the US BAR and Judiciary as conspirators in this long running, seditious and treasonous coup, and/or the existence of some form of Judicial “Code Red” (see 1992 movie, “A Few Good Men”) rules that punishes lawyers and judges who oppose the Progressive Globalist Insurgency. Either way, how is it possible that NOT one single lawyer in America could draft a rule-conforming lawsuit to the US Supreme Court on the single most important issue in our Representative, Constitutionally-limited Republic? Again, I leave it to you, the reader, to establish truth for yourself.

Based on these facts, I ask all US Law Enforcement and Military personnel to Establish Truth for yourselves and then act, according to the truth you establish for yourselves, to fulfill your oaths to support and defend the US Constitution from all enemies, foreign and domestic. Please do so, that WE THE PEOPLE need not be burdened with mounting a Counter-Revolution to the Progressive Globalist Insurgency.

I call upon Law Enforcement and Military to assess and/or reassess the facts for themselves and act accordingly, and not rely upon, nor act upon, the propaganda, spin, perspectives and decisions that compromised government officials have dictated to you. Once again, I demand you uphold your oaths of offices to support and defend the US Constitution, by acting upon the bonafide truth they establish for themselves. (County Sheriffs especially have a Constitutional Authority and Duty to unilaterally support and defend the Constitution and enforce the Law without asking permission of anyone.) At the same time, no one should rely upon the assessment of their superiors. Many or most have been compromised and/or are willing Coconspirators in the nontraditional Progressive Globalist Insurgency. I pray that all US Law Enforcement and Military realize that the fate of humanity may rest in their rugged individualist hands. I say, “may” because WE THE PEOPLE may yet become the final arbitrators of right and wrong.

   At the same time, the Founder’s instructed us that WE THE PEOPLE must exhaust our peaceful remedies, before we consider alternate remedies. To wit, I advise you as follows: Your efforts at electing true Constitutional Conservative Candidates and enacting better Election Integrity Law serve a dual purpose of actually trying to peacefully remedy our grievances with government and documenting exhausting of these peaceful remedies. At the same time, I implore you, “Do NOT let the political establishment simply play you by exhausting your physical, emotional and financial resources, leaving you with no energy left to pursue alternative remedies, if and when that time comes”.

   My final thought is as follows, I see no way for America nor Humanity to recover if the injustices of US Election 2020 are not redressed and undone, post-haste.

     This delay is bullroar. SCOTUS is the 2nd highest court in the land; our biennial elections being the highest court, as it is then when WETHEPEOPLE pass judgement on our government. More than 2 months passed from Nov 3. 2020 and 6JAN2021 & 20JAN2021. SCOTUS should have made it priority to rule on the merits (hear the facts) before these 2 dates. Instead SCOTUS aided & abetted the Progressive Globalist coup by refusing to hear election fraud facts by citing technical defects & hoped WETHEPEOPLE would NOT notice SCOTUS’s failure to uphold their oaths to support and defend the Constitution. (It is ridiculous that in a land of 1.3 million lawyers, with a Congress where 315 of the 535 members are lawyers, that NOT ONE SINGLE LAWYER could draft a brief on election fraud which SCOTUS would NOT dismiss for contrived technical reasons.)

    As I have written before, US Judges and Lawyers have spent the last 100+ years since the creation of the Progressive 4th Branch of Government (Pages 40-29, Illiberal Reformers) rewriting the Rules and precedents of Case Law, so they can now advance the Progressive Globalist Insurgency. The 4^th Branch being called the Administrative State was to advance the unconstitutional Progressive Agenda and spearhead the Progressive Globalist Insurgency’s unconventional revolution by slow, covert infiltration over generations so no 1 generation would notice enough change to revolt.         

     It Is time for WETHEPEOPLE to hold trials for sedition and treason for every member of SCOTUS. Clearly there is NO issue greater in our Republic than widespread bonafide concern by WETHEPEOPLE for the integrity of our elections, yet SCOTUS ignored its oath and duty to WETHEPEOPLE, the Sovereigns of our country. Hello Melania Trump:

Nice speech last night. Take heart in allegations that portions of your speech were plagiarized. You are in good company. Thomas Jefferson was accused of plagiarizing John Locke in drafting the American Declaration of Independence, the most famous document in American History. In my estimation, this caused no significant nor lasting damage to his reputation. Nor will similar allegations have any lasting affect on you.

In my opinion, you plagiarized no one, the thoughts were your own.  You were speaking to universal memes of American Culture. Memes of Natural Rights like self-ownership, self-determination and Individualism and traits of American rugged Individualism like self-sufficiency, self-reliance, tenacity and perseverance.

When Jefferson was confronted with the allegation of plagiarizing John Locke, he responded along these lines. There are only so many ways you can state certain absolute truths relating to Natural Rights and Natural Law. (Proof our Country & Constitution founded upon Natural Law http://bit.ly/1PbViKr) The English language is finite and if someone has succinctly well defined and explained a fundamental concept its likely a person approaching the same fundamental concept on their own with a fresh perspective will use some or many of the same English words as those who first broached the topic before.

Further, as a legal immigrant learning “English as a Second Language” (ESL) you may have a smaller working English vocabulary than someone who has a life time of speaking English as a first language. Brains tend to remember “concepts” not words, and convert concept to words to communicate to others. Without 13+ years of cultural immersion on American Memes in American schools, your brain drew upon words it knew and understood, and/or suggested to it by others, to express your thoughts. And experience I am pretty sure is common to all immigrants to America.

Still further, in some instances, its harder or “clunkier” to express universal truths and/or fundamental and/or seminal concepts in different words. Can you imagine the Declaration of Independence (http://www.ushistory.org/Declaration/document/) without phrases like

“that all men are created equal…….certain unalienable rights, among these being life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness”

Compare that with Locke’s

“that being all equal and independent, no one ought to harm another in his life, health, liberty or possessions.“.

The Enlightenment (1650-1800AD), was an attempt to order the metaphysical nature of man. It attempted to do so in much the same way Sir Isaac Newton, and his scholarly contemporaries, attempted to make order out of the natural physical world during the European Renaissance(1300-1600AD). With that in mind, I like to summarize Jefferson’s explanation of the similarities of his writing in the Declaration of Independence to that of Locke’s in his 2nd Treatise of Civil Government with this analogy:

“There simply are a very limited number of ways you can state the Natural Law and absolute truth that the freezing point of pure water at sea level is 32F. Such also are the characteristics of certain unalienable Natural Rights.”

In my humble opinion, the memes of American culture you were discussing (self-ownership, self-determination, self-reliance, self-sufficiency, tenacity and perseverance), being themselves based in Natural Law and Natural Rights, share the same characteristic of having a limited number of ways and words which adequately and/or magnificently express them.

I believe the more important point to be made is that you, as immigrant to America, have embraced them and can express them in a manner all Americans can understand and appreciate.  And we can further extrapolate that since you came to America as a legal immigrant speaking English as a 2nd language your knowledge of these American ideals and memes is largely attributable to those you chose to surround yourself, including and especially your husband Donald Trump and the Americans you two chose to surround yourselves with. Kudos!

In my humble opinion you should stand proud in the company of Thomas Jefferson as two people who were merely trying to express their interpretations of various aspects of Natural Law, Natural Rights and American exceptionalism, but whose detractors chose to ungraciously ridicule and/or malign you. I would argue that your and Jefferson detractors should have instead celebrated the aspects of Natural Law, Natural Rights and American Exceptionalism for which you were both expressing your understanding, love and admiration.

This was the object of the Declaration of Independence. Not to find out new principles, or new arguments, never before thought of, not merely to say things which had never been said before; but to place before mankind the common sense of the subject, in terms so plain and firm as to command their assent, and to justify ourselves in the independent stand we are compelled to take. Neither aiming at originality of principle or sentiment, nor yet copied from any particular and previous writing, it was intended to be an expression of the American mind, and to give to that expression the proper tone and spirit called for by the occasion.

Natural Law: How WE THE PEOPLE got to the 4th of July, 1776 – Part 1 of 2

I put it to you that your government is trying to erase your knowledge of Natural Law and Natural Rights to make you less able to resist their attempts at enslaving you. While these individual trespasses, that partially explain what happened on the 4th of July, 1776, are important to acknowledge, focusing on them obscures the bigger picture of a series philosophical epiphanies, enlightenments and events that would alter the future trajectory of humankind. While you watch fireworks this 4th of July, ponder this: The American Revolution was an intellectual revolution as much as it was a military revolution. The entire oppressive, overwhelming, all consuming Socio-economic-political status quo of the Old World was overthrown and cast off.

The new Socio-economic-political paradigm that replaced the old status quo resulted in the tremendous expansion of individual freedom and liberty as well as great improvement in the quality of life for each individual. On the 4th of July, 1776, 13 American colonies had trembled at the thought of declaring independence from what was then the greatest power in the world. However, these enhancements to the lives of every individual under the new American Socio-Economic-Political Perspective of Reality allowed the 13 American colonies to rise 170 years later as the greatest socio-economic-military power on earth.

The American Declaration of Independence on the 4th of July, 1776 was not just a Declaration of Independence from King George of England. It was also a Declaration of Independence by every American Colonial Subject from King George’s Perspective of Reality on the Nature of Mankind and the proper relationship of the between government and the governed.

Relax and get ready to enjoy the wild ride adventure that led to our American Declaration of Independence and the formation of a new country. A country made up of former subjects, now self proclaimed citizens acting with their own Self-Determination. And, within a newly realized Perspective of Reality regarding the Nature of Mankind and the proper relationship between government and the governed.

This wild ride begins by recalling the fall of the Roman Empire and the descent of the Western World into the “Dark Ages”. Out of the political and economic chaos of the Dark Ages arose a Socio-Economic-Political system known as Feudalism [http://goo.gl/QqbHt] and the institutionalization of a Governance Doctrine known as the “Divine Right of Kings” [http://goo.gl/BHJHt].

The Governance Doctrine of the “Divine Right of Kings” meant that the King/Queen/Head of State (hereafter “King”) was a God or the representative of God here on earth. As such, no earthly being had the right to challenge the King’s authority or decisions, as they were a god or divinely inspired. Quite simply, the King was never wrong. Your parents may have declared to you, “My roof, My rules”, but King’s essentially declared, “My Country, My rules.”

Further, the King owned all the Land. No Person could be upon the King’s Land without the permission of the King or his representatives. No person on the King’s land had any rights, instead they had permissions and privileges; The King’s Permission (and privileges as he so desired). And the King’s permission (and privileges granted), including the permission to simply be on his land, could be revoked at the Kings discretion (whim). And that is why such persons are called subjects (as we shall more dramatically demonstrate later in this good read).

The King allowed certain persons the privilege to manage portions of his lands. These persons had a wide variety of titles, but for our purposes we will just refer to them as “Nobles”, “Lords” or “Aristocrats”. In exchange for being given the privilege to “manage” a portion of the King’s land, the Nobles were required to supply the King with Tax money and soldiers for the King’s Army. In turn, the Nobles collected taxes from anyone who lived upon the land the King had granted to the Noble and paid the King his required portion. And, when necessary the Noble pressed into military service some the subjects, when insufficient volunteers could be found to meet the Kings requirements for soldiers.

And with that foundation laid, the writer entices you to read onward with this teaser. Perhaps you did not notice this writers phrasing of the first paragraph of this writing:

“…that inspired the subjects of the American Colonies to revolt and declare independence from King George of England.”

It is impossible to fully grasp the perspective of reality of a person living under feudalism and the “Divine Right of Kings”. However, to more fully appreciate the scope of change the American Revolution represents, it is important that you try to intimately understand the “Perspective of Reality” of a “subject”. That is to say, a person living under the Socio-Political Governance Doctrine of the “Divine Right of Kings” and the Socio-Economic System of Feudalism. To do so, this writer asks you to participate in the following exercise.

To avoid unnecessarily offending any particular Nationality, you are going to envision yourself as the subject of an unnamed Country whose rules are an amalgamation of the written and unwritten rules that existed in the many countries of Old World Europe and the American Colonies during the Renaissance (1300-1700AD)[Columbus sailed the ocean blue in 1492 (AD “discovers islands near America) [http://goo.gl/LSf05] This exercise requires you to “inhabit and visualize the internal pressures, restrictions and constraints subjects living under the Government Doctrine of the “Divine Right of Kings” would have had to place upon themselves at all times in order to survive and avoid consequences”. (For the younger among you, think of this like setting up your character for a computer role-playing game. Your goal here is to survive.) Are you ready to start?

OK? First add each of the following rules to your Feudal Subject Perspective of Reality:

1. The King’s power is absolute. It cannot be questioned or overturned;
2. Only the King can own land, you can’t.
3. You have no rights, You have only the permissions and privileges from the King and/or the King’s designated privileged representatives (Noble or Lord);
4. It is by the King’s ultimate permission alone that you can do anything in or upon the King’s land, even simply walk. Your family and your friends also are allowed to be on the King’s land only by permission of the King and/or his designated representatives;
5. You can use some of the King’s land with the kings permission, but only as long as you pay the homage and taxes the king demands to the King and/or his designated representatives;
6. By the King’s word alone, you, your family and your friends can be thrown off the land upon which you reside and even out of the Country(or worse);
7. The King is the final arbitrator of justice. The king can search the place where you reside and/or work anytime. The King can detain and/or imprison you anytime. If the King says you are guilty, you are guilty. If the King wants to punish your family and or friends for your crime, they are punished. If the King commands your torture, you are tortured. If the King sentences you to death, you die. There is no Due Process of Law(even more so if you are a serf and not a freeman afforded justice through the “Law of the Land”;
8. The King can establish a religion and make the practice of any other religion a crime. The King can let a religion punish any person for anything a church calls heresy;
9. The Printing Press (1439AD) [http://goo.gl/FAIpQ] [http://goo.gl/4amhR] has not been yet been introduced into the Western World, or at least there are not enough of them to have any great impact on society yet. At this time, almost no one goes to school and more than half the population is totally or functionally illiterate. All of your knowledge comes to you from persons with wealth and time to provide you whatever knowledge they care to provide you. And this boils down to the Church, the King and the King’s loyal, privileged Aristocrats and Nobles. If somehow you learn information or form ideas contrary to the beliefs and positions of the Church and/or the King and dare to speak them out loud, you may be charged with treason or heresy. And therefore, the King, the Church, the Nobles and the Aristocrats provide almost all of the information which forms your personal perspective of reality. And this collective Aristocracy only gives you information which ensures the continuity of the status quo.
10. Now add to this that you and your family are living on the edge of survival. Missing one day’s wages can mean death. You do not have the resources and/or wherewithal to survive moving from here to someplace else within the country, let alone to another country. Being forced to leave where you currently reside will result in great hardship which you and your family may, or may not, survive. And the Black Plague is still strikes fear in the population.

Now that you have immersed yourself in your role as a “Subject” Perspective of Reality, let us take it out for a test drive. Wake up!

Ok, you have just woken up and are setting on the edge of your straw filled mattress… What else would it be filled with, you’re the town thatcher. You fix the lower middle class folk’s flats and huts that have thatched roofs made of straw and mud (or worse). As you sit there, you reflect on your life. You thank God you were born a freeman and not a serf. [In your country’s recent history, 60% of the population were serfs. Serfs were “peasants legally bound to the land. Serfs had to provide labor services, pay rents and be subject to the lord’s control.” – essentially slaves. (http://goo.gl/EGBr4)]

You have your own luxurious 2 room flat/hut. ( no running water, sanitation or refrigeration mind you) You are one lucky man [Sorry, you have to be a man – if you are a woman living in these times statistically you would likely be doing whatever your father or the man who paid the largest dowry for your hand in marriage wanted you to do [At this point in time the invention of the Western Notion of Romantic Love born of the French Troubadours (@1250AD) applies only for aristocratic women and was not practiced in the same way then as it traditionally supposed to be practiced today]

You are a skilled laborer; instead of an oaf or serf bound to the land and only qualified to work as unskilled labor at much lower wages. You are a thatcher because your dad was a thatcher. As a skilled thatcher you make a far better living than a serf or an oaf. Another thatcher tried to move into town but the Sheriff urged him out of town at the Noble’s direction. You are a thatcher because both you and your father have always demonstrated loyalty and respect toward the king and the Noble upon whose land you live and work (and paid your taxes).

You have a wife (who you purchased with a very small dowry) Her appearance is commensurate with your small dowry. She was also was born into the lower class. You have 3 children – 2 boys ages 14 and 5 and a daughter age 13. You would have 6 children, but 3 died of disease before the age of 5 despite the Noble guaranteeing the doctor’s fees. [You are living towards the end of the Renaissance (1300-1699AD) http://goo.gl/q0tKI. It is important to remember that during your lifetime, children of your socio-economic status are considered adults at age 14 (except during the 16th century children did not become adults until their father’s went before a Judge and had them declared adults). You are thankful to your God because the Church, King and Nobles tell you to be. You know the earth is the center of the Universe and that the Sun revolves around the Earth because the Church tells you so. You go to that Church because the King and Nobles tell you to. You know the king is the representative of your God here on earth because the Church, King and Nobles tell you so.

You have all that you have because you know all the written and unwritten rules to obey in order to not have some or all your permissions and/or privileges from your King and your Noble terminated.

What follows is your list of activities for the day. Along the way, you will encounter some “Termination of Permissions/Privileges” Landmines. You must navigate around these landmines to maintain your family’s standard of living and quality of life:

1. Now that you are awake and your wife and children have served you breakfast. Afterwards you instruct your wife to tend the garden and then to take your daughter and youngest son out to the forest to pick berries to supplement the family’s diet. You do not worry for their safety, because everyone relies upon your trade and they know you are in good standing with the Nobles. Strangers can’t freely come to your area because the Sheriff is enforcing a quarantine as a result of nearby out break of the Black Plague.
2. You and your oldest son (almost a man himself) are off to your first job of the day. Your son has already loaded your tools and materials on your cart and is ready pull it to your destination.
3. You tell your son to take the most direct route to the job as you are going to go a couple blocks out of the way to drop off taxes at the Sheriff’s office. (Without your son, you would be pulling the cart yourself.)
4. At the Sheriff’s office you pay what you can and ask if you can pay 2 chickens to make up the difference. You explain it has been a particularly dry summer with much fewer calls for roof repair. The Sheriff agrees. However, the Sheriff also informs you taxes are going up next month to fund the King’s new war. The Sheriff also warns you that your jealous neighbors have started a rumor that your wife is a witch. Not to worry though; as you are a good, loyal subject the Noble assures you he will see to it the rumors are nipped in the bud.
5. You rush back to catch up with your oldest son before he reaches the first job. You must catch up to him before your son reaches the job because these folks live next to the Noble’s castle. They are complaining about the repair job your son previously did on his own.
6. You catch up to your son. He has stopped to flirt with the fruit and vegetable girl. You weigh the pros and cons of that relationship and then you disapprovingly interrupt them. You need to get your son’s botched thatch repair inspected and fixed before a rumor starts and your good reputation is destroyed.
7. As you continue, your son complains he does not want to be a thatcher; he wants to be a Knight and compete in jousting tournaments. You weigh the pros and the cons, and then tell him it simply is not in his stars. [A Knights Tale http://goo.gl/9fgfg](In your mind you determine that his slight build due to malnutrition, makes wasting a favor from the noble for a dream your son is not well suited for, imprudent)
8. Your son then mentions to you that the 14 year old daughter of the Noble flirted with him while he was performing the botched repair. In your son’s wild, unbridled naïve exuberance of youth, he speculates that the two might marry allowing him to study and train to be a Knight or even a Noble. Knowing the precarious position this encounter exposes your permissions and privileges to, you scold your son to know his place in the world and never speak to the Noble’s daughter again. You tell him the whole thing was just his imagination. Nobles do not marry commoners, period! You are horrified by the thought of your son being caught having sex with the Noble’s daughter. With the monumental consequences of this landmine in mind you bark at your son, “Do you understand? Tell me you understand the consequences and will have nothing further to do with the Noble’s daughter!” Your son nods yes with that reluctant look of defiance teenage boys emote so well.
9. You arrive at the job. You greet the home dweller’s wife and ask her to apologize to her husband on your behalf for your son’s lack of craftsmanship. But, you explain, “It’s the only way he will learn”. You and your son climb on the roof and inspect the repair. It’s certainly not as good as one of your own, but it got the job done. You go through the motions of re-repair anyhow for appearances sake. You scold your son in front of the home dweller’s wife again for appearances sake. The home dweller’s wife feels guilty and admits she complained at the Noble’s daughter’s request and with some small compensation. She explains that the Noble’s daughter wanted to see your son again. You spy the Noble’s daughter hiding around a nearby corner. Your son does not see her or pretends not to see her. You and your son leave for your next job.
10. A short distance away, you run into the Noble riding horseback. After the initial greetings, the noble invites you to lunch with him at a nearby shop. You send your son with the cart ahead and onto the next job. You offer apologies and try to excuse yourself with pressing job demands and inability to pay. The Noble insists and says “my treat”. You know you can’t refuse without risking your permissions and privileges. And off to the local coffee house you go. Over lunch, the Noble informs you that his people advise him that you handled the situation between your son and his daughter to his great satisfaction. The fact that you know, not only your place, but also your son’s place, pleases him greatly. Further, the Noble advises you that the King needs more men for his war. He advises you that he was going to suggest to you that your son might make a good pike-man in the King’s army. However, in light of how you handled this young love situation, he has reconsidered. He notes that as you are getting older, you will come to rely on your son more and more to assist you in your profession. (A none to subtle hint as to part of what will happen should your son forget his place again) Next, in what the Noble intends as good news, the Noble asks what dowry amount you were asking for your daughter. He indicates that the Sheriff’s son has taken an interest in her. Flabbergasted, you reply that you don’t know what a proper amount would be and ask the Noble his advice. (All the while, you feel your 13 year old daughter is too young for such talk but feel trapped by the implied consequences of refusing or not skillfully maneuvering yourself out of the implicit command. Bulkier dresses, no more hair ribbons and more time in church for her you think to yourself) The Noble’s 1st response is, “Wouldn’t it be nice to have an ox or a mule to pull around that cart of yours?” Yet, as you have proven your loyalty to the Noble, he does not press the matter. You thank the Noble for lunch and part on good terms. One Landmine avoided but one still smoldering.
11. You hurry to catch up with your son, afraid that he is not thinking with his head and has forgotten his place. (No need to worry though; unknown to you the Noble has already had his people pick up his daughter and take her to the local Nun Cloister)
12. On the way to catch up with your son, you hear the Town Crier announcing the general tax increase, the call for volunteers for the King’s Army, and the new tax and a permit required to hunt deer, trap rabbits and/or pick berry’s in the King’s forest;
13. You are happy to find that your son has stopped half way up the hill to the next job to rest and not gotten into mischief. You are glad that the steep hill has sapped his energy and dampened his ardor. You help him pull the cart to the top of the hill while thinking to yourself how hard it would be to do this every day by yourself (and how nice it would be to have an ox or a mule). You also think to yourself how lucky you are that the Noble did not force your oldest son to join the king’s army.
14. You arrive at and finish your second job without much problem. And also your third and fourth job of the day.
15. Despite how tired you are, you decide you are going to stop by the church to make a contribution, thank God for your good fortune, ask the priest for advice about your son and your daughter and to have the priest talk to your son about his lustful urges and knowing his place in the world.
16. Outside the Church a group is discussing the fate that awaits some fool by the name of Galileo (1633AD) [http://goo.gl/7hsNr]. The fool is under house arrest for teaching the heretical and ridiculous notion that the Earth is not the Center of the Universe and the Earth revolves around the sun. “Pure heresy” you think to yourself, “If this guy was a nameless commoner they would just draw and quarter him”. Another person commnets, “Kepler got off easy. The Catholic church only made that Protestant bastard keep moving from place to place” for asserting a similar heresy. Meanwhile, someone continues, “Even if you accept his ludicrous proposition, after Giordano Bruno was burned at the stake in Rome (1600AD) [http://goo.gl/HPdKf], only a fool or an idiot would persist”. Everyone agrees that the heretic deserves such a fate for his blasphemy. You scuttle by to avoid the conversation so you won’t have to assess its potential as permission termination landmine. But as you make your way to the Church door you wonder, “Did those men really believe what they were saying or were they hoping to maintain their permissions and/or privileges and/or gain favor by siding with the ruling class position?”;
17. Inside the Church you make sure a priest sees you make your tithing [(donation) http://goo.gl/OYNOm]. You send your son off to pray while you go speak to the priest about your concerns. The priest says he will talk to your daughter after Sunday Mass but will speak to your son now. He will also make the appropriate inquiries about the situation with your daughter. The priest suggests your daughter could become a nun and join the cloister to avoid the situation, if necessary. But on the other hand, he continues, would it be so bad to be father in law to the Sheriff’s son? While the priest talks to your son, you pray. You thank God for your good fortune, ask for divine guidance in matters of your son and daughter and dare to pray for more rain (so more roofs will need repair).
18. You leave the church, with your now sullen son. He does not want to speak about his conversation with the priest;
19. Outside you overhear a group of people talking about the Sheriff running someone out of town. Someone who lived near the Noble’s castle. You see a familiar face. You ask who got run out of town and learn it was the family who claimed your son botched the roof repair so the Noble’s daughter could see your son again. (You recoil at the thought of that particular permissions terminating landmine.)
20. The group turns to the topic of the King’s new taxes. (You think to yourself, “This is just the reason I don’t join group discussions – This discussion is definitely a Permissions Terminating landmine – Must make excuse to abruptly leave”) Your son starts to speak but you sternly interrupt and send your son home, instructing him to tell your wife you will be home shortly. Meanwhile, from within the group you hear, “Tomorrow, a group known as the “Men of Letter’s” [http://goo.gl/PDGZd] [http://goo.gl/KyNMN] is meeting with the local debating club at the local coffeehouse to discuss the King’s new taxes. (You think to yourself, “Note to self – No Coffeehouse tomorrow – Are these folks all mad? Do they not realize the permissions/privileges termination landmine attending this debate will be?) You announce you must leave because you don’t want to eat your wife’s cooking cold. And then make your exit.
21. You get home only to find your wife tear-stained and supper not ready. Your wife explains that she and your children just got home a little while ago. They were jailed for picking berries without a permit. Your eldest son interjects that the King is a jerk for raising taxes and tyrant for taxing the natural bounty of the forest. You sternly and forcefully admonish your son to never speak ill of the King again. Your submissive wife, knowing her place, has held her tongue during your tirade against the words of your eldest son. When it seems appropriate, your wife continues. “When the Sheriff came in, he asked his deputies why they had locked us up. When the Sheriff learned I was the thatcher’s wife and these were your children, he flew into a rage and immediately released us. Then the Sheriff made his deputies apologize to all of us. And then he told the Deputies that for any infraction, short of murder, treason or Court order, we were to be allowed to go home while they immediately informed him of the situation. The Sheriff told us he knew the lack of rain had been bad for your business. He told me we could pick berries without a permit until the end of the month, but then even he had to submit to the will of the King and the Nobles.” Your wife continues by admiringly saying, “Husband, I had no idea what a powerful and respected man you are. This entire family and I are lucky to have you as father and husband. Our eldest son can learn from your manly example. I will get a meal on the table just as quick as possible.” “If she knew the truth…” you think to yourself, ”Does a real man let himself be treated like this ?”(but then again, how do you even know there is any different possible reality).
22. Before supper, you wife says the blessing. She thanks God for the great man and provider you are. During supper you inform your family that no one is to go near the coffee house tomorrow. You regale them with the Noble having bought you lunch today which further enhances your image to them. (Even if their image of you is based on a flawed perception of reality, you still enjoy the feeling.) You edit the conversation greatly. You tell the family the King is looking for Pikeman for his army, in the most discouraging, but not Permission and/or Privilege terminating, way possible. You do not mention the issue of the Sheriff’s son being interested in your daughter because you are waiting to hear back from the Priest. You announce that next Sunday you all will be attending church in your best clothes.
23. With the Children in bed, you and your wife go to bed. You reject your wife’s amorous overtures motivated by her false perception of your manliness. Today’s hard work and difficult maneuvering through the permissions and privileges terminating minefield has left you exhausted. As you lie in bed, you thank god for the permissions and privileges terminating landmines he helped you to avoid today. But you are tormented by those landmines left smoldering from today and the new landmines you will face tomorrow. You know the precarious reality in which you live. At the King’s, the Noble’s or the Sheriff’s whim, all that you and your family have could be gone. It is with this depressing, distressing Perception of Reality that you fall in to a restless, fitful sleep. “But at least you are a free man”, you console yourself.
24. Your are awakened by the nightmare of your family being run out of town by the Sheriff. You roll over and spoon cuddle with your wife. And you try to go back to sleep. All the while the truth gnaws at you, “My family sees me as a great and powerful man; How pitiful they do not know my true plight. I can only hope that they never find out that their Perception of Reality of me as a great and powerful man is simply false. It is built upon my pathetic total submissiveness to the King, the Noble, the Sheriff and the rest of the powers that be in this apparently godforsaken country.”

But wait, you cannot have such thoughts because you are unaware that any other form of existence exists. All you know is what the King, the Noble, the Sheriff and the Town Crier tell you… Strike all that enlightened thinking… You have no way of knowing there can be any other Perspective of Reality. You King tells you it is his law and Your Church tells you “It is God’s will”. And with all of your sources of information are controlled by your king or your church, you only know the Perspective of Reality they want you to know.

So instead of thinking of yourself as a pitiful, submissive man you just thank God you are a freeman and a serf or an oaf. You are a lucky man doing the best you can in world of God’s design… You are just happy to be a free man.

Now that we are done with the exercise, “How fun was that?” For you younger folks who viewed this as computer role playing game, how did you like playing the role of a “subject” Is this writer correct in presuming that “subject” character and the choices this “subject” was faced with character weren’t very fun nor exciting? And you were only imagining it, imagine living it. And you only know how enslaved the thatcher subject character was because you have been exposed to the American Perception of Reality based on…. Wait, hold that thought for a while.

WHAT DID YOU LEARN FROM THE “SUBJECT” ROLE PLAY EXERCISE?

With this immersion in the life of a subject through this exercise, you now have an inkling of what it was to be a Subject living under the Governance Doctrine of the Divine Right of Kings. Similarly, you know what a bleak, repressed, restrained, constrained, forlorn, hopeless, resigned, frustrated happiness-stifling Perception of Reality Subjects operated under within such governance doctrine.

Under the Governance Doctrine of the Divine Right of Kings, subjects had little or no control over their own lives:

1. You had no rights – You had only permissions and privileges that could be revoked upon the whim of the King and/or his privileged Nobles;
2. There was no right to be “Secure in your person”.
3. You had no control over your personal destiny. Your social class at birth would most likely be your social class at death; Your occupation would likely be that of your father, if the King and his Noble’s permitted it;
4. Justice was often arbitrary. Injustice and/or amoral government acts were given the appearance of legitimacy as institutionalized and government sanctioned acts;
5. There was little freedom of thought. You only knew what the King, Aristocrats and the Church wanted you to know. And any belief or idea that was not sanctioned by the King and/or Church that you dared to utter, or put in writing, was subject to brutal reprisal and/or punishment;
6. There was no free speech nor freedom of assembly;
7. There was no government transparency nor accountability;
8. There was no freedom of Religion;
9. Your standard of living and quality of life were contingent on your perceived absolute loyalty to the King and his representatives;
10. And if you were a woman, for most the situation was far worse.

This was the Perception of Reality that inhabited the minds of the American colonist until a relatively short while before they Declared Independence from the King of England. And it is the ability of the American’s colonist to overcome this oppressive Perception of Reality that makes the American Declaration of Independence far more amazing and earth shattering than the mere military fight for Independence that ensued.

And this is where the wild ride to the 4th of July, 1776 really begins. How did the Revolutionary American Colonist overcome this depressing, repressive Divine Right of Kings Perspective of Reality? How did they dare to cast off the only Governance Doctrine they had ever known? How did they create and reduce to writing a Governance Doctrine wholly different from the only one they had ever lived under? How did they cast off a System of Permissions and replace it with a System of Natural Law with individuals having “certain unalienable rights”? How did the Revolutionary American Colonist become the first British Colony to Declare Independence and successfully cast of British rule [http://goo.gl/jchhS]? These points were the “intellectual fireworks” that marked America’s Declaration of Independence on the 4th of July, 1776.

We have already listed and/or referenced the many common complaints of the American colonists in 1776. But now you are about to hear, the rest of the story….

Don Mashak’s Suggested 2016 New Year’s Resolutions

Happy New Year everyone! Have you made your list of 2016 New Year’s Resolutions yet?

With this Christmas and New Year Holiday season drawing to a close, the time has come to start turning from the joy of the season to contemplating the realities and challenges of 2016. And one of the ways American’s make this transition is the annual Tradition of New Year’s Resolutions. This writer suggests that our politicians betrayals of the best interests of rank and file Americans and erosions of our Constitution and Constitutional rights in 2015 behoove each of us make at least one 2016 New Year’s resolution to address this intolerable situation.

2015 saw the rank and file membership of both the Democrat and Republican parties beginning to come to grips with their betrayal by the Establishment of their respective political parties. In 2015, Americans Built on their distrust of government precipitated by the 2014 exposure of Progressive Government’s asserted right to” lie to the masses because the masses are allegedly too stupid to know what’s best with them”, when Progressive Professor Jonathan Gruber was caught on video. In 2015, rank and file members of both major parties became more aware of and tuned into their respective party’s departure from the party platform.

Obamacare was found to not be what was promised*. Our government failed to secure our borders and let unknown numbers of terrorists into the country. Our politicians accelerated their abdication of power to the United Nations. Establishment Republicans joined with Establishment Democrats in selling the America Middle Class worker down the river; ObamaTrade aka Trans Pacific Partnership (TPP) exports yet more American jobs out of our country and is the next step in the Progressive Tyrant Class’s march towards a new world order. Establishment Politicians moved further towards their ultimate goal of making every rank and file individual’s unalienable Natural Rights subordinate to the will of Progressive Government Educated Elites. In a first step toward limiting Free Speech, our 1 Progressive Tyrant Class Establishment pretending to be 2 major political parties, initiated steps to transfer control of the Internet out of our country. The bipartisan agreement on these evidencing the fact that both Establishment Republicans and Establishment Democrats are implementing a fundamental transformation of America, contrary to the content of the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution and the vision the Founding Fathers had for America.

That having been said, this writer would suggest to any would be American Patriot that they include once or more of the following suggestions amongst their 2016 New Year’s Resolutions:

1. Resolve to read John Locke’s “Second Treatise of Civil Government (Audio)” which gives a great explanation of Natural Law, Natural Rights and Consent of the Governed that our country is founded upon. This writer suggests there is no more empowering and     “self-awareness” defining piece of literature than this. The Founder’s relied heavily upon the writings of Locke in writing the foundational documents of our country. Reading and understanding Locke’s Second Treatise of Civil Government will provide you and your fellow citizens with a common “perspective of reality” from which to discuss the issues of the day;
2. Resolve not to be “silent” on the issues. Progressives assert that “Your Silence is Your Consent.” Therefore, resolve to make a call, meet with and/or fax/email/snailmail your elected officials on every vote and/or action they take that you do not agree with; Even if it is just a couple of sentences to state your disagreement;
3. Parents, this writer suggests a resolution committing to 5 hours a month of politics and government involvement to secure the future of your children. Perhaps as a way to help hold yourselves accountable, you can give the gift certificates suggested at the bottom of this article, “Gift ideas for American Patriots” to your children as birthday and/or graduation gifts or belated Christmas gifts?

   Parents, if your number one priority this year is not getting involved in politics and government to secure the economic welfare, freedoms and liberty of your children, your pronouncements of loving your children and being willing to do anything for them, will hence forward ring hollow. And for you men and fathers of the old school belief of what it means to be a man, now is the time for you to come to the aid and comfort of those less able to protect and provide for themselves.

4. Resolve to think for yourself. Do not let any political party’s dogma,

   propaganda or belief system, be the source of my personal position on any issue. Do not let your political party tell you who your enemies are. Resolve to assert your personal positions on issues, even when doing so is contrary to your party’s position on the issue and/or may result in your being exposed to chastisement and ridicule from others.

5. Resolve to be aware of the Establishment’s use of Progressive Edward Bernays’ Emotion/Base-Instinct driven Propaganda. You can also learn more about your Progressive Government exploiting of the Emotions and Base Instincts of the Masses by watching this video:
   
   
   Resolve to quit allowing the two major political parties make the masses chase their own tails. The two major political parties distract the masses from their skullduggery and duplicity by dividing and conquering the masses with various issues; often deliberately framing issues in a manner that promotes division, rather than unity.
6. Resolve to hold your elected officials accountable by contacting them about issues that concern you and forcing them to put their positions on those issues in writing. (A list of suggested issues you may be interested in can be found here: “2016 Presidential Debates: What say we not let them make us chase our own tails again?”
7. If you are one of those who has vowed to “take back my party”, make this the year to accomplish taking back your party. We have heard this mantra for the past couple of elections, and thus far Establishment Politicians remain in control of both major parties. Please resolve that if you are unable to take back your party this year, you will accept the necessity of joining and/or creating a Third Party and/or join in drafting/editing a modern Declaration of Causes with an approximate one year deadline. (similar to what the Founder’s did on July 6, 1775) You can read the current proposed version of such a document here: “Second Declaration of Causes”
8. If you belong to the TEA Party Movement or Occupy Wall Street Movement and/or any other political Movement, please become aware of and stop letting yourselves become rendered ineffective through the “Delphi Technique”. The Establishment has usurped and/or astroturfed various political dissent movements and installed their own “leaders”. In many cases, these Establishment political operatives have charged with misdirecting the respective groups into unproductive issues and activities. For example, “How does meeting on street corners to yell and protest against the rank and file members of an opposing political group address and force change the true issues you are concerned about?”
9. Resolve not prioritize your own personal comfort over the liberty and finances of future generations. Our Politicians have buying our votes on the backs of future generations of Americans. In addition, our government engages in unlawful and unconstitutional Progressive Conditioning and COINTELPRO operations against those who openly protest and oppose them. It is selfish and lacking in foresight for today’s rank and file American’s to trade future of succeeding generations for their own personal comfort. Such an attitude and philosophy will ensure that tyranny eventually secures its stranglehold on future generations of Americans.
10. Resolve to not vote for any politician who does not denounce the Progressive belief that Government Educated Elites have the “right to lie to the masses because the masses are too stupid to know what’s best for them”. Make them put their unequivocal denunciation of this repugnant asserting in writing.
11. Resolve to not vote for any politician who believes they and/or any other elected and/or government official are superior to the rest of us. Behind closed doors, this writer has been told “the masses don’t matter” and “the masses don’t care”. Politicians and Government officials cite their superiority to rank and file Americans with circular logic. First, these Politicians and Government officials assure you that you can trust them. Having convinced the masses they can trusted, these Politicians and Government officials then lie to the masses. The Politicians and Government officials then cite the masses’ gullibility in believing their lies as evidence of their superiority to the masses. Therefore, this writer suggests you RESOLVE to no longer be duped into believing their lies.
12. Resolve to not vote for any politician, nor support any government official, that supports any portion of the Pro-New World Order Progressive Agenda. The Progressive Agenda includes, but is not limited to: Common Core, Trans Pacific Partnership (aka ObamaTrade), Agenda 21, Eugenics, Open Borders, unbridled immigration, Net Neutrality, transferring control of the Internet outside of the US, Keynesian Economics, less transparency and accountability of government and government officials, making an individual’s Natural and Constitutional Rights subordinate to the will of government educated elites, creating two classes of Americans and asserting government’s right to lie to the masses because the masses are too stupid to know what best for them, and dismantling the US Constitution.

13. Resolve to ask the following 5 questions of your government officials if you want to return to the days when one person working 40 hours a week could support a family of 4 or 5. Please ask each of your US Senators and US Representatives these six questions and demand a written, understandable, non-evasive answer to each question: Ask them:                                                                                                                          * Why do WE THE PEOPLE pay interest to the privately owned Federal Reserve Banking System to get back our money that only Congress has the Constitutional authority to print?
    * Please explain how the privately owned Federal Reserve (Banking) System’s Debt Based Money that creates a debt to this private bank that can never be paid off is not a violation of the 13th Amendment’s prohibition of involuntary servitude.
    * Why do WE THE PEOPLE pay the private owners of the privately owned Federal Reserve Banking System $25 Billion per year, on top of the interest WE THE PEOPLE pay to get our own money back?
    * How much money do Fractional Reserve Banking Institutions create each year?
    * How much do these banking Institutions pay each year in licensing fees to use the National Resource of being able to create this money?
    * How much do the Fractional Reserve Banking Institutions pay each year in to Government Officials in the way of Campaign contributions, bribes and other consideration?
14. Resolve to read and study the Declaration of Independence.

This writer hopes that you will find one or more of these proposed 2016 New Year’s Resolutions worthy of including in your own personal list of 2016 New Year’s Resolutions.

* You can keep your Doctor or insurance, and it is not cheaper but far more expensive. Far fewer formerly uninsured Americans than the 49Million, and then the later asserted 24 million, used to sell Obamacare became insured. 1.3 Million was the last number this writer heard as being the number of formerly uninsured Americans who are now insured under Obamacare. This writer asserts that 1.3 Million does not justify throwing out the entire traditional healthcare system. And finally, Obamacare has been demonstrated to be just politically correct for the Progressive Eugenics Program.

Halloween 2015: What are Americans most afraid of?

Halloween returns bringing with it the annual tradition of frights and fears, costumes and pranks as well as Tricks and Treats. The question is, what are Americans most afraid of these years.  One would think this Halloween would be like any other. The average American would guess the usual menu super natural frights such as ghosts, goblins, demons and Zombies. (Judging by Hollywood Movie and TV program offerings)  Or, judging by the stereotype of women and city slickers, one might guess things like spiders, mice and bats.  In most years and, on most Halloweens, those would seem to be safe bets.  But alas, this Halloween you would be wrong with those guesses.

This Chapman University Survey of American Fears (2015) recently announced the results from this years Halloween Season Polling. This year our American Government is the source of two of the top five fears of Americans, with Government Corruption striking fear in the hearts of nearly 60% of Americans.

• Corruption of government officials (58.0%)
• Cyber-terrorism (44.8%)
• Corporate tracking of personal information (44.6%)
• Terrorist attacks (44.4%)
• Government tracking of personal information (41.4%)

Now this writer is no politician or government expert, but should Government Corruption be the number one issues of the 2016 Election Presidential Debates?  Yet, this writer has heard little to nothing about government corruption the political debate thus far, nor even in the 2016 Election Presidential Debates to date.  How is this possible?

Its seems Americans are to believe the Main Stream Media is unaware of Corruption in American Government.  Even then, how is it possible for our elected officials, or at least the leadership of the Republican National Committee (RNC )and the Democratic National Committee (DNC) to not be aware of some degree of Government Corruption.  How is it possible that Government Corruption has not been the mainstay of the Election 2016 Presidential Debates to date?

Now, again this writer is no expert, but doesn’t 58% of Americans placing Government Corruption as their number one fear, illicit some level of concern from our elected officials?  These folks who are supposed to represent us. Have their been some high level top secret Government meetings to address this concern? Have the Election 2016 Presidential Candidates gotten together and discussed this crisis in confidence the American People have in their Government and Politicians?  Correct this writer if he is wrong, but in an election wouldn’t any candidate receiving 58% of the vote be considered as having won in a “landslide”.

In fact, this writer has written many credible articles of his particular experiences and knowledge of government corruption. However, Main Stream Media refuses to print them. This writer is instead forced to post them on blogs and “Tweet” and “post” them in other Social Media.  )Perhaps that is why this writer has 77000+ followers on Twitter.) The fact of the matter is that our Main Stream Media is complicit with corrupt government officials in censoring the news of government corruption. (This despite Main Stream Media Fourth Estate obligation is to keep government transparent and accountable.) Again, this writer is aware of government corruption from personal experience and investigative research. This writer also has first hand knowledge of the censorship by Main Stream Media of his well documented articles exposing government corruption.

Clearly, if our government cared about the distress and angst they were causing their constituents, they would not commit this acts of government corruption in the first place.  Further, if politicians cared what WE THE PEOPLE thought of them, they would at least go through the motions of pretending to care and appearing to address the issue of government corruption in a forthright manner. (But in fact, not only does our Progressive Government not care, creating stress and duress amongst their constituency is desired goal and affect. It is part of the Progressive philosophy of managing and manipulating WE THE PEOPLE like livestock. But that is a topic for another article Main Stream Media won’t publish. All that having been said, it is this writer’s advice to his fellow American Citizens that they contact their elected officials and let them know how they feel. The one and only one Progressive Tyrant Class pretending to be two major political parties views your silence as consent to anything they do.  Go to their public appearances and confront them. My advise is to observe “proper decorum” for at least two months.  If they haven’t satisfactorily addressed your concerns within two months, they have no intentions of doing so.  (Hundreds of Minnesotans have asked every year since 2005 for a hearing dedicated to receiving evidence and testimony of systemic corruption in the Minnesota Judiciary. And every year we have been refused.) After 2 months, elected officials have “play book” handed down over the years from politician to politician on how to give you the run around.

Finally, at 58% of Americans living in fear of Government Corruption, the problem has reached the level where it requires and demands presidential action.  As has been said, government corruption should be the number one issue for all Election 2016 Presidential Debates. Demand your preferred political party make government corruption part of the rest of the Election 2016 Presidential Debates. If they don’t respond, take to Social Media and out them.  Participate in the Twitter exchanges during the rest of the Election 2016 Presidential Debates. And for gosh sake, grill our Federal and State Legislators, Executives and Judiciary.

Again, this 1 Progressive Tyrant Class pretending to be 2 major political parties views your silence as your consent. Remember and take heart in knowing you are not alone. At least 58% of your fellow citizens identify government corruption as their number one fear. This writer personally takes heart at knowing that at least 58% his fellow Americans share his view of our corrupt government.

WE THE PEOPLE surround them. Together WE THE PEOPLE can force government transparency and accountability.
