\\ ELECTION INTEGRITY UPDATE The November 3, 2020 presidential election was challenged in 92 courts. 9 are still pending, 83 have resolved.
Of those 83 resolved: 53 were tossed on technicality (re: standing, moot, filing too early or too late etc.)
30 were resolved “On The Merits”. (evidence) Of those 30 decided On The Merits, Trump won 22 (73%).
This Cynical Patriot has previously written about the complicity of our Judiciary complicity in treason. The Progressive Globalist WEF coup is engaged in a “Gradualism” paradigm of warfare. Gradualism calls for slow, covert infiltration of the target society over generations so no one generation experiences enough change to be moved to resist, revolt or mount a counter-revolution. It specific avoids producing the sights, sounds & smells of traditional warfare. As posted previously, our Judges are rewriting Court rules to make it easier to advance the Seditious & treasonous Progressive Globalist WEF agenda. One of these changes is replacing the “Pound Principle” for heavy predisposition for cases to be resolved “ON THE MERITS” rather than on “technicality”. ( On a related issue, some municipalities are allowing non-citizens to vote & government attorneys do nothing, note that per Gradualism Warfare, this is an incremental step towards non-citizens voting in State, then National Elections.) As posted above, Technicality was the Progressive Globalist WEF method of choice for ruling against Lawsuits challenging the 2020 Election results. Technicality is also use to allow Judges to rule in favor of Progressive Allies & against those who oppose said coup. As an Election Judge in MN for more than a decade, this Cynical Patriot also raised the issue of auditing the computer code of the “Electronic Ballot Boxes” before each election from 2012 to 2020. It was made clear to me by the Minnesota Election hierarchy that this issue did not concern. Further, it was also made clear they didn’t want to hear about it anymore. This Cynical Patriot asserts that election fraud is too important an issue to let corrupt judges dismiss on technicality! Being the very foundation of our Republic, such litigation must be resolved ON THE MERITS by a jury. That said, clearly the oath of office to “support & defend the Constitution from all enemies, foreign & domestic”, means nothing to the majority of Judges, Government Attorneys & Lawyers. If it did, the majority of judges, Government Attorneys & Lawyers would meet & organize to restore the Constitution, Rule of Law & our Republic. Who is responsible for holding these folks accountable to their oath? Isn’t failing to uphold their oath, the same as treason? Perhaps when WE THE PEOPLE withdraw our CONSENT TO BE GOVERNED, justice & deterrent sentencing would best be served by exiling all of these folks from America, & requiring those who can prove they actually materially & vigorously did work to support & defend the Constitution, & suffered material retaliation, to apply for readmission to our country & restoration of their US citizenship?

Without the traditional Native American Indian cultural signs of warfare to alert them, & not understanding the implications of the gunpowder paradigm of warfare, Native American Indians did not recognize the need to adapt and defend themselves in this new warfare paradigm. Thus, these white folks succeeded in taking control of these Native American Indians’ land, and replacing their rulers, culture, traditions and “Law of the Land”, with their own European rulers, culture, traditions and “LAW OF THE LAND”.

America (and the world) is in the middle of an unconventional revolution/coup. There has been a paradigm shift in the methods of revolution, coups & war. It is variously called Infiltration, Permeation, or Gradualism. It calls for slow, covert incremental infiltration over generations so no 1 generation experiences enough change to be moved to resist, revolt, and/or mount a counter-revolution.

In fact, a top priority of this unconventional coup is to NOT signal to the general public the need to defend themselves. This is done by NOT engaging in activities that produce any of the usual sights, sounds, smells, etc. that people associate with revolution/Coups/war.

President Obama’s Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan made several changes as Dean of Harvard Law School. Many commentators have focused on her ban on military recruiting but CNS news reports on another major change — eliminating U.S. Constitutional law as a required course:
“As dean, Kagan won approval from the faculty in 2006 to make major changes to the Harvard Law’s curriculum.
“My understanding is that she instituted three new courses to the required curriculum and, in so doing, got rid of a requirement to take constitutional law,” Robert Alt, senior legal fellow and deputy director of the Center for Legal and Judicial Studies at the Heritage Foundation, told CNSNews.com.
“Currently, at Harvard, constitutional law is not required for first-year law students, or even for graduation,”Alt added.
Indeed, according to Harvard documents, constitutional law is NOT listed among the law school’s academic requirements, though the catalogue for 2010-2011 does list more than a dozen elective courses dealing with some form of constitutional law.
MY TAKE: America was founded upon NATURAL LAW (para 1, Declaration of Independence) & the RULE OF LAW. (The Rule of Law requires one set of laws applied equally to all citizens with no preference for wealth, status or government position) That one set of Laws is our US Constitution. How can you teach the Rule of Law to Lawyers without first teaching them the foundations of the Rule of Law, which is our Constitution? OUR US SUPREME COURT (SCOTUS), upon hearing so much blowback regarding the 2020 Election, notes they are hearing election fraud lawsuits in February.
This delay is bullroar. SCOTUS is the 2nd highest court in the land; our biennial elections being the highest court, as it is then when WETHEPEOPLE pass judgement on our government. More than 2 months passed from Nov 3. 2020 and 6JAN2021 & 20JAN2021. SCOTUS should have made it priority to rule on the merits (hear the facts) before these 2 dates. Instead SCOTUS aided & abetted the Progressive Globalist coup by refusing to hear election fraud facts by citing technical defects & hoped WETHEPEOPLE would NOT notice SCOTUS’s failure to uphold their oaths to support and defend the Constitution. (It is ridiculous that in a land of 1.3 million lawyers, with a Congress where 315 of the 535 members are lawyers, that NOT ONE SINGLE LAWYER could draft a brief on election fraud which SCOTUS would NOT dismiss for contrived technical reasons.)
As I have written before, US Judges and Lawyers have spent the last 100+ years since the creation of the Progressive 4th Branch of Government (Pages 40-29, Illiberal Reformers) rewriting the Rules and precedents of Case Law, so they can now advance the Progressive Globalist Insurgency. The 4th Branch being called the Administrative State was to advance the unconstitutional Progressive Agenda and spearhead the Progressive Globalist Insurgency’s unconventional revolution by slow, covert infiltration over generations so no 1 generation would notice enough change to revolt.
It Is time for WETHEPEOPLE to hold trials for sedition and treason for every member of SCOTUS. Clearly there is NO issue greater in our Republic than widespread bonafide concern by WETHEPEOPLE for the integrity of our elections, yet SCOTUS ignored its oath and duty to WETHEPEOPLE, the Sovereigns of our country. Pasaron más de 2 meses desde el 3 de noviembre de 2020 y el 6 de enero de 2021 y el 20 de enero de 2021. SCOTUS debería haber dado prioridad a pronunciarse sobre el fondo (escuchar los hechos) antes de estas 2 fechas. En cambio, SCOTUS ayudó e instigó al golpe de Estado Progressive Globalist al negarse a escuchar hechos de fraude electoral citando defectos técnicos y esperaba que WETHEPEOPLE NO se diera cuenta de que SCOTUS no cumplió con sus juramentos de apoyar y defender la Constitución. (Es ridículo que en una tierra de 1,3 millones de abogados, con un Congreso donde 315 de los 535 miembros son abogados, que NINGÚN ABOGADO pueda redactar un escrito sobre fraude electoral que SCOTUS NO descartaría por razones técnicas artificiales).
Como he escrito antes, los jueces y abogados de EE. UU. Han pasado los últimos 100 años desde la creación de la cuarta rama progresista del gobierno (páginas 40-29, reformadores iliberales) reescribiendo las reglas y los precedentes de la jurisprudencia, para que ahora puedan avanzar la insurgencia globalista progresista.
