Don Mashak’s 2017 Suggested New Year’s Resolutions

Happy New Year everyone! Have you made your list of 2017 New Year’s Resolutions yet?

With this Christmas and New Year Holiday season drawing to a close, the time has come to start turning from the joy of the season to contemplating the realities and challenges of 2017. And one of the ways American’s make this transition is the annual Tradition of New Year’s Resolutions. This writer suggests that our politicians betrayals of the best interests of rank and file Americans and erosions of our Constitution and Natural and Constitutional rights in 2016 behoove each of us make at least one 2017 New Year’s resolution to address this intolerable situation.

2016 saw the rank and file membership of both the Democrat and Republican parties come to grips with their betrayal by the Establishment of their respective political parties. In 2016, Americans Built on their distrust of government precipitated by the 2015 exposure of Progressive Government’s asserted right to” lie to the masses because the masses are allegedly too stupid to know what’s best with them”, when Progressive Professor Jonathan Gruber was caught on video. In 2016, rank and file members of both major parties became more aware of betrayals by their own party’s leadership and tuned into their respective party’s departure from the party platform.

2016 saw both major party’s rank and file rise up and defy the Establishment’s preferred Progressive Globalist nominees. The Democratic Party leadership successfully smacked down their internal rebellion by having the the DNC leadership helping Progressive Hillary Clinton cheat Bernie Sanders out of the Democratic Nomination. Rank and File Republican’s found a non-traditional, first time politician who was willing to challenge the Republican Establishment 16 Progressive Globalist RINO nominees. With his own money, Donald Trump Thwarted the US Supreme Courts draconian Campaign Finance rulings which attempted to ensure that only persons supported by the one American Progressive Tyrant Class pretending to be two major parties could fund a successful campaign for President.

Despite American’s Crony Main Stream Media rigging the debates, pushing FAKE NEWS unfavorable to Donald Trump and publishing phony FAKE NEWS Polls showing Progressive Hillary Clinton leading by double digits, Donald Trump won the 2016 Presidential election.

In 2016, even Democrats had to admit Obamacare was NOT what was promised*. Our  government has finally been admitted that Obamacare is a colossal financial boondoggle. Yet again, our government failed to secure our borders and let unknown numbers of terrorists into the country. Our politicians accelerated their abdication of power to the United Nations, and betrayed our loyal ally, Israel. Establishment Republicans joined with Establishment Democrats in selling the America Middle Class worker down the river; ObamaTrade aka Trans Pacific Partnership (TPP) exports yet more American jobs out of our country and is the next step in the Progressive Tyrant Class’s march towards a New World Order. Establishment Politicians moved further towards their ultimate goal of making every rank and file individual’s unalienable Natural Rights subordinate to the will of Progressive Government Educated Elites. In a first step toward limiting Free Speech, our 1 Progressive Tyrant Class Establishment pretending to be 2 major political parties, transfer control of the Internet out of our country on October 1, 2016. And the Progressives stepped up their efforts to take our guns. The bipartisan agreement on most these issues evidencing the fact that both Establishment Republicans and Establishment Democrats are implementing a fundamental transformation of America, contrary to the content of the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, Natural Law and the vision the Founding Fathers had for America.

That having been said, this writer would suggest to any would be American Patriot that they include once or more of the following suggestions amongst their 2016 New Year’s Resolutions:

1. Rank and file Republicans and rank and file Democrats need to recognize their common enemy is Progressives in the leadership of both parties. Please stopped being baited into the Progressive Tryant Class’s divide and conquer politics.  Stop by Crony Main Stream Media framing of American politics to facilitate the continuation of these divide and conquer tactics. It is amazing that the majority of Americans do not trust Crony Main Stream Media but accept the false Left/Right two party narrative Crony Main Stream Media perpetuates at face value. Stop it. The Establishment of both parties depart from platforms of their respective parties but the rank and file of the opposing party blames the “entire” opposing party for the trespass.  Stop it. Lets start identifying the enemy as Progressive RINO’s and DINO’s and unite to stop them. This writer ends with requesting the rank and file of both major parties recognizing the establishment of both major parties are the problem, not the rank and file of the other party. To that end, I would ask rank and file Republicans to stop labeling all Democrats “Libtards”, etc. Their are true Center-Left Democrats who just as concerned about the Progressive Globalist as are Center-Right Republicans. In fact, Center-Right Republicans and Center-Left Democrats more in common with each other than they do with the Progressive Establishment of both parties. I hasten to remind conservatives a lot of Democrats crossed over and vote for Donald Trump. And more elections are around the corner in 2018 and 2020. Republicans, please use 2017 to work to create unity rather then animosity with Center-Left Democrats.In this writer’s humble opinion, Republicans should work to out the Progressive RINO’s in the Republican party, and then invite Center-Left Democrats to join us. And, failing that, in this writer’s humble opinion, Rank and File Conservatives should join with Center-Left True liberals to form another party. Both Repubicans and Democrats can gain more perspective on the “Progressive Problem” here. Conservatives can get a Republican Perspective here. Liberals can get a Democrat perspective on Progressives here.

2. Resolve to read John Locke’s “Second Treatise of Civil Government (Audio)” which gives a great explanation of Natural Law, Natural Rights and Consent of the Governed that our country is founded upon. This writer suggests there is no more empowering and “self-awareness” defining piece of literature than this. The Founder’s relied heavily upon the writings of Locke in writing the foundational documents of our country. Reading and understanding Locke’s Second Treatise of Civil Government will provide you and your fellow citizens with a common “perspective of reality” from which to discuss the issues of the day;

3. Resolve not to be “silent” on the issues. Progressives assert that “Your Silence is Your Consent.” Therefore, resolve to make a call, meet with and/or fax/email/snailmail your elected officials on every vote and/or action they take that you do not agree with; Even if it is just a couple of sentences to state your disagreement;

4. Parents, this writer suggests a resolution committing to 5 hours a month of politics and government involvement to secure the future of your children. Perhaps as a way to help hold yourselves accountable, you can give the gift certificates suggested at the bottom of this article, “Gift ideas for American Patriots” to your children as birthday and/or graduation gifts or belated Christmas gifts?

Parents, if your number one priority this year is not getting involved in politics and government to secure the economic welfare, freedoms and liberty of your children, your pronouncements of loving your children and being willing to do anything for them, will hence forward ring hollow. And for you men and fathers of the old school belief of what it means to be a man, now is the time for you to come to the aid and comfort of those less able to protect and provide for themselves.

5. Resolve to think for yourself. Do not let any political party’s dogma,

propaganda or belief system, be the source of my personal position on any issue. Do not let your political party tell you who your enemies are. Resolve to assert your personal positions on issues, even when doing so is contrary to your party’s position on the issue and/or may result in your being exposed to chastisement and ridicule from others.

6. Resolve to be aware of the Establishment’s use of Progressive Edward Bernays’ Emotion/Base-Instinct driven Propaganda. You can also learn more about your Progressive Government exploiting of the Emotions and Base Instincts of the Masses by watching this video:

Resolve to quit allowing the two major political parties make the masses chase their own tails. The two major political parties distract the masses from their skullduggery and duplicity by dividing and conquering the masses with various issues; often deliberately framing issues in a manner that promotes division, rather than unity.

7. Resolve to hold your elected officials accountable by contacting them about issues that concern you and forcing them to put their positions on those issues in writing. (A list of suggested issues you may be interested in can be found here)

8. If you are one of those who has vowed to “take back my party”, make this the year to accomplish taking back your party. We have heard this mantra for the past couple of elections, and thus far Establishment Politicians remain in control of both major parties. Please resolve that if you are unable to take back your party this year, you will accept the necessity of joining and/or creating a Third Party and/or join in drafting/editing a modern Declaration of Causes with an approximate one year deadline. (similar to what the Founder’s did on July 6, 1775) You can read the current proposed version of such a document here: “Second Declaration of Causes”

9. If you belong to the TEA Party Movement or Occupy Wall Street Movement and/or any other political Movement, please become aware of and stop letting yourselves become rendered ineffective through the “Delphi Technique”. The Establishment has usurped and/or astroturfed various political dissent movements and installed their own “leaders”. In many cases, these Establishment political operatives have charged with misdirecting the respective groups into unproductive issues and activities. For example, “How does meeting on street corners to yell and protest against the rank and file members of an opposing political group address and force change the true issues you are concerned about?”

10.Resolve not prioritize your own personal comfort over the liberty and finances of future generations. Our Politicians have buying our votes on the backs of future generations of Americans. In addition, our government engages in unlawful and unconstitutional Progressive Conditioning and COINTELPRO operations against those who openly protest and oppose them. It is selfish and lacking in foresight for today’s rank and file American’s to trade future of succeeding generations for their own personal comfort. Such an attitude and philosophy will ensure that tyranny eventually secures its stranglehold on future generations of Americans.

11. Resolve to not vote for any politician who does not denounce the Progressive belief that Government Educated Elites have the “right to lie to the masses because the masses are too stupid to know what’s best for them”. Make them put their unequivocal denunciation of this repugnant asserting in writing.

12. Resolve to not vote for any politician who believes they and/or any other elected and/or government official are superior to the rest of us. Behind closed doors, this writer has been told “the masses don’t matter” and “the masses don’t care”. It was a travesty to see DOJ Lynch tell FBI Comey to give Hillary Clinton on 33,000 individual counts of Obstruction of Justice and then have Celebrities repeat this as evidence Hillary Clinton did nothing criminal.

Politicians and Government officials cite their superiority to rank and file Americans with circular logic. First, these Politicians and Government officials assure you that you can trust them. Having convinced the masses they can trusted, these Politicians and Government officials then lie to the masses. The Politicians and Government officials then cite the masses’ gullibility in believing their lies as evidence of their superiority to the masses. Therefore, this writer suggests you RESOLVE to no longer be duped into believing their lies. 13. Resolve to not vote for any politician, nor support any government official, that supports any portion of the Pro-New World Order Progressive Agenda. The Progressive Agenda includes, but is not limited to: Common Core, Trans Pacific Partnership (aka ObamaTrade), Agenda 21, Eugenics, Open Borders, unbridled immigration, Net Neutrality, transferring control of the Internet outside of the US, Keynesian Economics, less transparency and accountability of government and government officials, making an individual’s Natural and Constitutional Rights subordinate to the will of government educated elites, creating two classes of Americans and asserting government’s right to lie to the masses because the masses are too stupid to know what best for them, and dismantling the US Constitution.

14.  Please ask each of your US Senators and US Representatives these six questions and demand a written, understandable, non-evasive answer to each question: Ask them: * Why do WE THE PEOPLE pay interest to the privately owned Federal Reserve Banking System to get back our money that only Congress has the Constitutional authority to print?
* Please explain how the privately owned Federal Reserve (Banking) System’s Debt Based Money that creates a debt to this private bank that can never be paid off is not a violation of the 13th Amendment’s prohibition of involuntary servitude.
* Why do WE THE PEOPLE pay the private owners of the privately owned Federal Reserve Banking System $25 Billion per year, on top of the interest WE THE PEOPLE pay to get our own money back?
* How much money do Fractional Reserve Banking Institutions create each year?
* How much do these banking Institutions pay each year in licensing fees to use the National Resource of being able to create this money?
* How much do the Fractional Reserve Banking Institutions pay each year in to Government Officials in the way of Campaign contributions, bribes and other consideration?

15. Resolve to read and study the Declaration of Independence.

Christmas, Birthday and Graduation Day Gift Suggestions For True American Patriots

So you are stumped on what gift to give your favorite American Patriot. This list of gift suggestions will make your gifting process much easier.
Any American Patriot will appreciate your thoughtfulness and consideration in giving them any gift from this suggested gift list.

Further, each of the gifts here will serve to commemorate and/or advance the cause of Liberty. Further this gift list is written with consideration of various comments made to them by his many readers. Comments like, “How do you think of this stuff?”, “Where do you get your ideas”, “I never thought of it that way?”, “You have reduced to writing, what many of the rest of us are thinking in an succinct and memorable way”, “I never thought of that issue in that way.” And my favorite, “This ‘Engineering Consent’ article is Nobel/Pulitzer Prize caliber literature”. To which I have responded on Twitter:

Hence, it has since dawned on this writer that the best way advance the cause of liberty is to provide other patriots with some of the components, thoughts and thought processes that make up this writer’s perspective of reality. With that in mind, what follows is a list of gift suggestions for those who are buying Christmas, Birthday or Graduation Gifts for those who are Patriots and/or those whom they would like to inspire to be patriots.

First on this writer’s list of Christmas, Birthday and/or Graduation Gift suggestions is John Locke’s Second Treatise of Civil Government and/or Locke’s combined Two Treatise of Civil Government. These documents explain Natural Law and Natural Rights upon which America is Founded and aspects of American Government such as “Consent of the Governed.

This is the document that President James Madison strongly hinted Thomas Jefferson misappropriated portions of in drafting the Declaration of Independence.The First Treatise of Civil Government is John Locke’s rebuttal and debunking of Thomas Hobbe’s “Leviathan” arguing the legitimacy of the “Divine Right of Kings” Governance Doctrine. In this writer’s humble opinion, every patriot should read this book, and study and learn Natural Law, Natural Rights and Consent of the Governed to provide themselves the proper perspective of reality with and from which to view and communicate with the rest of the world. This writer often asserts that the first step taking back our country from the corrupt politicians is restoring a common perspective of reality based on Natural Law and Consent of the Governed to prevent the corrupt politicians from so easily dividing and conquering us.

Next on this writer’s list of Christmas, Birthday and/or graduation gift suggestions is Chess. Why Chess? In this world full of duplicity and educators, politicians and government apparatchiks telling you to trust government, you need to develop some kind of “radar” to help you distinguish between truth and falsehood. The recent admissions of the Progressive Governance philosophy made by Progressive Johnathan Gruber, (Americans masses too stupid to know what’s good for them, therefore government has the right to lie to the masses) make it even more imperative that each of us American Patriots develop the ability to be able to determine truth from government lie. Chess teaches you to think a few moves ahead to outsmart, outwit and defeat your opponent. As importantly as Chess teaching you to think a few moves ahead, the process gives you an idea of how to look a few moves back.

This ability to think a few moves ahead and a few moves back translates into your ability to see what our lying, duplicitous government is planning to do in the future based on what it is doing now. And this same ability allows you to look at the steps and actions the lying, duplicitous government took in the past leading up to (and hopefully telegraphing) their betrayal of the best interests of rank and file Americans. And if you are buying a chess board for a child, chess provides an excellent opportunity to spend meaningful, life altering quality time with your would-be child patriot. And Chess Boards can be as cheap or expensive a gift as you want it to be. Under $5 or several hundred dollars. And the simplicity and/or ornateness of the chess board you purchase as a gift, can make it appropriate for any occasion. And don’t forget to consider magnetic travel chess boards for those long family trips. And their are even computer versions of Chess. An added benefit is that the thought processes inherent and inspired by Chess can be applicable to all areas of a Patriots life; business, romance, vacations, investments, etc. All of these characteristics make Chess a great choice as a Christmas, Birthday or graduation gift for any current or aspiring American Patriot.

A gift of the Avalon Hill’s game Diplomacy teaches similar thought processes as Chess. But Diplomacy has much fewer rules and introduces an element of human nature much less pronounced in Chess. This game is said to be a favorite of President John F. Kennedy, Henry Kissinger and Walter Cronkite. This game allows the Patriot Player to develop their sense of strategy, but more importantly exposes the Patriot to the truer understanding of human nature. The American Founder’s agreed with John Locke’s assertion that Government must be created with the nature of man in mind. The perspective the Founder’s had of human nature is perhaps best summed up with a quote from the Cato Letters:

“All people [men] have free will and are not virtuous by nature.”

These characteristics make Diplomacy make it a great choice as a Christmas, Birthday or graduation gift for any current or aspiring American Patriot. Sid Meier’s Civilization (Warning – chronically addictive, seriously) is a Sci-fi based game where you lead a band of humans from the dawn of mankind to the future. This game teaches some fundamental concepts of Governance, Economics and War that may surprise to you. Perhaps most importantly, as each player plays the role of Government, it exposes the player to Government’s perspective of its rank and file citizens. This writer often incorporates in his understanding of issues and policies perspectives of how government’s think and manipulate the masses in reaching his own perspectives on real world issues and policies.

A variety of other written material make great Christmas, Birthday and Graduation gifts for current and/or aspiring True American Patriots.

The next amongst these (after Locke’s Second Treatise of Civil Government) is the US Constitution. This writer suggests two copies of the Constitution be given to the current or aspiring Patriot. One Constitution in a frame for proudly displaying on the wall and a pocket copy to keep upon ones person for use in educating others or the patriot themselves, as they go about their daily business.

Other Literature that would be great Christmas, Birthday or graduation fits for current and/or aspiring Patriots include;

• • Common Sense (1776) by Thomas Paine – This pamphlet was used to promote the idea of revolution and adoption of the Declaration of Independence.
• Federalist Papers (1787-1788) – This is a collection of articles that folks of with a “Federalist” vision of government used in promoting the adoption of the Constitution.
• Anti-Federalist Papers (circa 1785 to circa 1995) – This of a collection of articles that folks wrote in opposition to the adoption of the Constitution. After the adoption of the Constitution, many of the Founder’s advised future generations to look to both the Federalists and Anti-Federalist Papers when attempting the original intent of the Framer’s of the Constitution.
• 5000 Year Leap (1981) – This book discusses how the United States prospered because it was established upon universal natural law principles.

The reader should note that for all except the “5000 Year Leap”, this writer has provided links to the actual books. The books can be downloaded legally for free. In a bind for cash and/or time, these 4 publications can be downloaded for free. Then you can burn them to a DVD or A Zip or drive for under $10. Of you can go to your local book store and purchase them.
For those with a Video Preference, there are two movies that come to mind that would be great Christmas, Birthday and graduation gifts for current and/or aspiring Patriots.

• 1776 – The Musical ( 1969) – This began as a broadway play and was recorded as a movie. Though it is a musical, it is often hysterically funny while being very informative and offering incite into how consensus to Declare Independence was not so easily achieved as one my presume.
• The Patriot (2000) – This Movie is a fictional account of a farmer reluctantly leads the local militia during the American Revolutionary War after a British Officer orders the execution of his son.

This writer often draws on concepts addressed in the 1776 and The Patriot Movies in originating and reducing to writing his perception of the events unfolding around all of us in present day America.

And once the mind has been properly nourished, this Patriot writer reminds his fellow patriots that the Supreme Natural Right is Self-Preservations/Self-Defense. “What do you give a Patriot living in a country where the government takes the individual citizens Natural and Constitutional Rights for granted and tramples them at will?” None of our other Natural Rights can be preserved without the ability to Defend ourselves.

 

This is why the Founders made the Right to Bear Arms, the Second Amendment. This year, more than ever, the gift of an age appropriate gun is great, and even necessary gift for an American Patriot.

Minnesota Establishment Republicans(Progressive RINO’s) select Cruz in straw vote (12/05/2015)

Last weekend, Minnesota Main Stream Media trumpeted news of Ted Cruz’s victory in a meaningless straw vote of the MNGOP establishment.  Surprise, Surprise. Minnesota Establishment Republicans  don’t want Donald Trump as their presidential nominee. Mr. Trump’s rhetoric suggests he opposes much of the Progressive Agenda.

Even though this writer is still undecided about Mr. Trump, he suggests perhaps Mr. Cruz should rethink this Minnesota Republican love fest.  (My support of any candidate at this point will require them to reduce to writing their unequivocal opposition to the entire Pro NWO, Progressive Agenda.) More importantly, perhaps voters can gain some insight into Ted Cruz’ intended follow though on reversing Obama’s reign of terror.

The Minnesota Republican Establishment is a bunch of Pro New World Progressive RINO’s. And immediately the Minnesota Republican will bristle at that suggest and state that the position is nonsense or baseless.

Quite simply, Progressives believe that Government Educated Elites (selected from the wealthy, leisure class because only they have the time and resource to study governance) should be free to make and implement decisions without accountability to WE THE PEOPLE. Progressive Professor Jonathan Gruber admitted as much when he was recorded assert that Progressives believe Government has the right to the masses, because the masses are too stupid to know what best for them. The best evidence of the Progressive Nature of MNGOP comes in the following concrete evidence.

We’ve been Grubered

First, I will produce an article that details Wright County Government’s and MNGOP’s scheming refusal to produce financial records which are supposed to be a matter of public record. In 2008, this writer’s property taxes were spiraling quickly upward. Thinking the problem was mismanagement, waste and/or fraud, this writer requested various financial data from the county, to be used to assess the cause of these rapid tax increases. The country engaged in a wicked stall tactic. It is now 2015, and this writer still does not have the overwhelming majority of the records he has been requesting since 2008. This writer even tried to advance a Fiscal TAR (Transparency, Accountability and Reform) resolution to the Republican Platform through the Caucus process; A proposal that would require Municipalities (Cities, Counties, Schools, etc.) to post financial information on the internet. MNGOP officials engaged in more shenanigans to keep the proposal from going forward. Read more here:

Minnesota Republicans (& Democrats) resist Fiscal TAR

So in our first example, Minnesota Republicans who are supposed to be the party of Fiscal Responsibility have helped a government entity to hide its finances from a citizen. Further, they have engaged in illegal and unconstitutional punishment and retaliation against me. [Progressive Conditioning – http://wp.me/p4KIHq-27 ] And clearly, MNGOP officials actions have been consistent with the Progressive principle that Government officials should not have to be accountable to citizens.

And now for our second example. Every year since 2005, hundreds of Minnesota Citizens have asked the Minnesota House and Senate Judiciary committee’s for a hearing dedicated to receiving evidence and testimony of corruption in the Minnesota Judiciary. This is what as known as the Natural Right to Petition the Government for Redress of Grievances without fear of punishment or reprisal, as reduced to writing in the First Amendment. These two articles evidence some of the issues WE THE PEOPLE have been attempting to redress:

In years when the Democrats had control of the Minnesota Legislature, Republican would blame the Democrats. Yet even in the years the Republicans held the majority (2010-2012) in the Minnesota Legislature, the Republicans failed to provide the Judicial TAR groups said hearing. The retaliation and punishment for advocating Judicial TAR was harsh. Careers and business were destroyed. Some people moved out of the state to escape the retaliation. At least one person moved out of the country. After 10 consecutive years of being refused this hearing, it is pretty clear that WE THE PEOPLE have exhausted our peaceful remedies with regards to Judicial TAR.

So once again we have established that Republican elected officials and MNGOP officials have acted in a manner consistent with the Progressive assertion that Government officials should not be accountable to the masses.

Which leads this writer to assert that the Minnesota Republican Establishment wants Ted Cruz because Ted Cruz thinks like them. And I can’t fathom why any rank and file American would want to vote for any politician who believes they are not accountable to WE THE PEOPLE.

This writer will as quickly point out that he has contacted @realDonaldTrump and @TedCruz through their Twitter accounts. This writer has asked both of them and almost every conservative candidate to reduce to writing their equivocating opposition to the entire Pro NWO Progressive Agenda. So far none have responded.

That would seem to be a pretty clear indicator that Progressives have a strangle hold on our liberty and the leadership of both major political parties. The wise conservative is even forced to differentiate between true grass roots TEA Party groups and those that have been started and/or usurped by Republican Establishment Political Operatives. In any case, it seems clear to this writer that its time to go forward with our Second Declaration of Causes:

This writer was going to write an article on this last weekend but several factors prevented him from doing so. Perhaps tops amongst those factors being the need to repost many of the articles I referenced in this article. Last month, your government censored more than 200 of my articles off the internet.  Over the past two years, your government has arranged to shut down almost 200 of my blogs. It takes lots of effort to repost these censored articles.

I almost passed on writing this article, until the Des Moines IA register made the dubious report that Ted Cruz had surpassed Donald Trump as the first choice among of conservative Iowa likely voters. I could take it no more when Main Stream Media ran with that to the exclusion of the rest of the polls showing Trump still in the lead. As I stated, I have not jump on the Trump train, but wrong headed reporting is just wrong.
