The Congressional Session scheduled for April 10th will be a combination live, physically attended session and a Live Video Conference over the internet using the ZOOM.com system.
The physical joint session will meet in Keene, Texas:

We will continue to use the traditional format for conducting our congressional sessions taking care of the republic’s business first. Following our break for lunch we have two options for the afternoon Session: 1.) Have our Open Public Comment session or 2.) Convene a Common Law Grand Jury hearing. Which one we have depends on the Grand Jury’s ability to complete all of the preparations necessary to convene the Jury. At the time we are submitting this for publication we do not know which it will be. Our Open Public Comment sessions are open to all. On the other hand the Grand Jury proceedings are not open to the public. Zoom will be disabled during the Grand Jury session. Therefore, starting at 9:30 A.M. the 25th Congress will be called to order to allow the Legislature to complete their business. When we recess for lunch, Zoom service will be maintained for the Open Public Comment Session or terminated for the balance of the day if the Grand Jury convenes.

PLEASE BE AWARE: : ZOOM performance has improved over the past year but we have continued to experience some technical difficulties. We are addressing those issues and now have a computer dedicated for use at our sessions and other meetings/events. In addition we have Texian IT professionals addressing our technical and operational issues. If you can’t make it to this session in Keene we urge you to try joining us remotely using ZOOM. All Texians and those that want true freedom and liberty will join us using ZOOM if they are unable to travel to the physical location of our Joint Congressional Sessions.
HOW TO USE ZOOM LIVE VIDEO CONFERENCING:
A.) TO CONNECT BY TELEPHONE: The phone only allows an audio connection for you to listen or to speak. Simply dial one of the two phone numbers, (346) 248 7799 or (253) 215-8782. When prompted enter the Meeting ID number (the Nine digit number included in the ZOOM Invitation[ 878 6549 1720 ] followed by either # (pound sign) or / (hash sign). You will then be prompted to enter your participant ID or # . You will have no participant ID so just enter #. You should now be audio connected to the Republic’s Congressional Session. Please identify yourself to the host/chairman and then please mute your phone to avoid background noise . Should you wish to speak, un-mute your phone and state your name and wait for the session chairman to acknowledge you by giving you the floor. Otherwise, you should refrain from speaking if you are not muted.
NOTICE: New requirement to participate on ZOOM effective Oct. 29, 2020:
Newly added by ZOOM is a Waiting Room that each attendee will enter. When the host is on board he will be notified and grant you admission. Because the host is often addressing technical issues with the system there may be delays before granting entry. It will be a priority to minimize waiting time for those wanting to be virtually connected.
Note: there are also instructions for using iPhone one-tap included in the ZOOM Invitation.
B.) TO CONNECT USING YOUR COMPUTER OR “SMART” DEVICE VIA THE INTERNET: This will allow audio and video connection including a chat room and desktop sharing. You will also have the ability to see who all is attending the session virtually. To join over the internet using the ZOOM invitation go to the line stating: “Join from PC, Mac, Linux, iOS or Android:” and mouse click on the URL (web address https://us02web.zoom.us/j/87865491720 ]) which should be a live link – if not, copy and past the URL onto the address line of your browser and press “enter”. This should take you to the ZOOM site where it may ask you to make further selections to launch the application. Select Zoom and click on “OK”. If prompted please enter your name. Familiarize yourself with the desktop and the various options for viewing, how to raise your hand and use the chat room for personal or group written notes. Please identify yourself to the host/chairman. If you wish to speak please click the “raise your hand” button and await recognition by the host/chairman. If not acknowledged in a reasonable time, state your name and request the floor from the host/chairman. Then await acknowledgment and granting “of the floor”.
